Everyone needs to visit this place if only to see all the new state-of-the-art toilets. Common folks who dont normally shop for high-end appliances or fixtures will be stunned by what is on the market these days. If youre renovating a kitchen or bathroom, and cant find it here, then it just aint made.

Locked on arrival and said appointments only. So we were about to walk away and was greeted by someone who said all our sales clients are busy so they cant help you buy, but you can look. So we did come in to look, to find out there was no one in the store but us and no one was busy. So thats a turn off if we were to come back to buy from this store.My family was very disgusted that for high quality items to be filled with employees trash and food in the fridge and stoves. Felt like I was in someones unkept home not a display store.Also dont treat any customer like they dont have any money... You lost a potential customer by judging my familys attire to other customers with appointments and we didnt look any different in the way we arrived.
The representative I spoke to told me either her or someone else would call me about a corner kitchen sink. No one ever called me back.
I work 4 General Electric Appliances, so I was there 2 service a Monogram Pizza oven. But Wow this place is fantastic, even the mens room has a fancy toilet. If you are thinking of purchasing appliances such as Monogram/ Cafē do yourself a favor and check this place out.

Nice selection overall. However we didnt appreciate how we were greeted upon arrival. Door locked and a site manager unlocking and then asking us ... Do you have an appointment? Why are you here? Oh, you want to browse. We were like ummm, we have to have an appointment to see your showroom? Then he just opens door and kinda infers we can look around. Was just weird... Prices are very high for what we needed so we decided to move on. Probably just a single bad experience for us ... The lady inside was very nice and helpful. I wish the site manager would have been the same as her. Our experience would have been better.
A great resource for kitchen and bathroom new builds and remodel. Excellent selection of bathroom fixtures which was my interest area. During Covid19 restrictions, an appointment for design consultation is needed, but Joyce was very helpful to get information on ordering.

You know what really matters besides the large selection of good quality products are the employees who work daily to help. Ive been many times with a decent amount of help but today was different. I had a particularity difficult part to find. Antonio came to the rescue and took the time to go to several areas of the store and even spent a considerable amount of time on his comuter tracking down the nonstocked part. Low and behold he found it! Tomorrow Ill be picking it up. Awesome people skills and deligance! Thanks Antonio!

The recorded message said the showroom was open and gave the hours of operation. We drove 25 miles one way to shop for all fixtures for the home We are building. When We arrived, the doors were locked and there was a sign On the side door indicating they are only open by appointment. We saw folks inside and knocked. A sales lady opened the door and told us we couldn’t enter. We asked if there was an appointment time available and let her know the distance we had traveled and the phone message. She said there were only 2 sales people there and we couldn’t get an appointment. We asked if we could just look around and she said no. We were not allowed.She told us we needed to call to make an appointment. We called again from the parking lot and got the same message. Y’all seriously need to correct your message or just close if you don’t want business.

Abysmal customer service. Great products and state of the art showroom. Little to no attention by in store staff after multiple visits. Phone calls not returned on more then one occasion and sales associates annoyed at being asked questions. Appointments only made when convenient to sales staff. Only reliable way to purchase offered products is to know what you want and purchase on line. Management needs to address because I cannot recommend this store.

This is an amazing place to go for kitchen and bathroom items. We found some great options for our sink and really enjoyed our time looking at the different kitchen sinks. When we start our project I would not think of anywhere else to get my sink from!

WE ARE NOT COMING BACK! Back in March we came down to Ferguson and made a purchase of $6,700.00, for our master bathroom remodeling project. We had to hire a plumber for our project. When placing the order for the plumber, instead of getting him the 3/4” uponor coil. I accidentally got him the 1”. Today, July 3rd, my husband went to Ferguson with a receipt, to exchange the coil . Daniel, manager from department of parts sarcastically said he couldn’t take it because it wasn’t in a box with an arrogant attitude. Also he said because he didn’t know if we had cut the coil or how long it was under the sun . The coil was inside the house the whole time! My husband is not a plumber!! We have no use for a 1”. And the reason why it was not in a box, was due to the box getting wet by the rain ! Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this company for the rest of our projects. We were enjoying doing business with Ferguson until today!!
We purchased a Kitchenaid fridge from Ferguson in November 2018. Since we made our purchase the ice maker has been giving us issues.In Ferguson s defense they have always sent someone out to try and repair it. And each time the ice maker would work for a short time then quit. Eventually a manger by the name of Glenn Mcnamara reached out to us saying he wanted to make the situation right. And make it right he did. Instead of throwing parts at the fridge Ferguson replaced our entire fridge. This new fridge is making ice the way it should be and Ferguson has shown me that they truly care about those who spend money with them. After this show of customer service Ferguson has earned a customer for life and I thank Glenn for making our otherwise frustration right.
Been there a number of times. The showroom is exceptional and the place to go if you want to see what installed fixtures will look like. Great place to browse for bathroom/kitchen ideas. The parts department is well stocked and manned by friendly people with knowledge. Theyve either got your part or theyll get it for you. Ill be back!
My wife scheduled an appointment with the business for July 3rd (scheduled well over a week in advance). They called the week of to state they would be closed that day for the holiday weekend. I found time today to cut out of work and make my way from San Marcos only to find out they were only seeing people via appointments and reportedly had no one available to help me. Terrible customer service and will never do any business or recommend this company to others.

I work in plumbing, and have had no issues finding what I need here. The guys at the sales counter are knowledgeable. I dont like the call center answering service at all.

Ferguson Bath is the designated bath and kitchen supplier for our custom home builder. The showroom is humongous and has more options than anyone can imagine! We had an appointment with Christina. She led our designers and us through a vast array of faucets, bathroom fixtures, sinks, etc. over a 2-hour stay. Her knowledge base was rock solid. She did a great job of keeping us within our budget. She worked well with the design team to find products that would fit into our home. Several times, she came up with novel ideas or better options. My wife and I left confident and pleased with our choices. A couple of days later, we received an e-mail with a well organized PDF portfolio that showed all of our choices with photos, stock numbers, and prices. OVERALL: EXCELLENT. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

The young lady at the front desk was amazing(JAT?). She helped me find the perfect ceiling fan. I had trouble picking the fan, she never gave up on the hunt. I will be back to finish all our remodel needs. I loved working with her.

Very disappointing trip to this place today. Evidently you have to check in at the front?? Hey thats fine with me but have a sign people can read so they do not walk around waiting and waiting for help like i did. They have a lot of stuff to look at but seem to be lacking in some basic customer courtesy. I have a complete bathroom remodel planned however, after the display at this place today they wont be seeing a nickle. I wonder if the culture at this store is what I observed and experience today. The girl working the front even told me she watched me walk past the front desk and into the store. Why did she not say something? Why did she not come find me and say hi? Why did she not call on someone sitting at a desk to see if I needed help?? She clearly was aware I did not check in.

I never in my life have written a review but I am just shocked at the nonexistent customer service of this place. The showroom is beautiful, thats all. I walked in on a Monday and told the receptionist I was looking for shower hardware. She was nice enough and said shed have someone come help me. I waited and looked around for about 15 min. Then I said Ill just come back with my husband (I was not irritated by this visit and had also seen a bathtub I liked). She told me the name of the bathtub and I left. I came back the next day with a friend to purchase just the bathtub. As soon as we walked in I stated that Id like to purchase the tub, they said ok, Ill find a rep to help you we proceeded to look around the entire showroom for about 20-30 minutes and walked past many employees who were not with customers, not one asked if we needed help. We walked back up to the front again and told them we just needed someone to charge me for the bathtub. Someone did help within 5 minutes, she charged me and set up delivery from 9-11am the following day and I thought the total sounded a bit off but my baby got fussy and I figured it was the tax and Ill check the receipt in a bit. Well I never got one, not even by email. Then at 7:30 am the next morning the delivery driver calls and tells me hes at my new home and no one is there. I explained to him that I told the girl 9-11 multiple times and that I would not be at that home before 8:30 as I dont live there yet. He said hed check, he never called me back to confirm a new time. I had to call the show room since he never answered his phone at 10 am to be sure my contractor would be there. Then I called Saturday to tell them I never got a receipt, they emailed it to me later that day and i was over charged, granted it was only $25 ish. I called Monday to tell them and they guy said theyd refund the difference and here we are a week and a half later and they still have not refunded the money or called me. i calles today and asked to speak to a manager, was told they couldn’t get one since they close in 7 minutes, spoke to someone in billing who couldn’t do anything and said I’d have to talk to original sales lady, so my question is why did the guy last week say he was refunding the difference?? It’s no wonder they only have 2.5 stars on yelp.
