Genie Bath systems is the best. The restrooms were completely remodeled from the the tile floors, the vanities, toilets, and the best part of it all, the walk in shower systems!!! The work is of great QUALITY!!!! Justin, Paul and Aaron made the remodeling experience very easy going. They are great at what they do. Do not work here. This business had the audacity to fire my husband after knowing our car was completely wrecked to the point where we couldnt drive it. He informed them the day it happened and even let them know we were going to buy a car next day so he had reliable transportation to be there next day. As promised, he showed up but was let go. Thanks for asking if we were okay and instead would rather fire someone who communicated with ya and was honest. Plus all you do is call people who hang up on you. The Ceo is a joke definition of a 2 face

Genie Bath System did a fantastic job doing some renovations to make my master bath more Special Needs accessible. Widening the entrance to the commode, updating some wiring for the ceiling fan, and best of all taking out a standup shower and Linen closet and putting in a new double-wide roll-in shower for my daughters caster wheeled bathroom seat. They ran across a few unanticipated issues with the wiring and never complained or tried to get more money.We have been using the new bathroom for a few months now and the difference is amazing. Previously the process for potty and shower was 4 transfers for her, picking up the chair into the shower, and me standing outside the shower to bathe her. Now just 2 transfers, she can roll from the potty straight into the shower, and the shower can be closed! It is actually fun to take showers now !!!Thank you Genie Bath Systems.

Caution. The phone reps were misleading and assured me they could replace the tub and tile with a tub and tile, not what they in fact only offer. I was clear in what I wanted and even said I did not want to waste their time if they only did bath systems. I was assured they did it all and had all options—they lied. I cannot comment on their products but their business practices are unacceptable. An unnecessary home visit is not appreciated in the midst of COVID.

We had two wonderful men from Genie Bath Systems come out today. The almond wainscoting they installed is beautiful. Even though we have a old house, Braxton was able to work it so the window kit fit on perfectly. It is so beautiful!!! When men come to work on your house it is an added bonus when they are polite, courteous and friendly. The person that came out to view and give me a estimate was very professional and knowledgeable. He looked and the shower sat down with me explained to me the time frame of everything to get completed. Which I already knew being that I had three companies already come out and look. And told me the exact same. The issue I had was the pricing where as every company before them and after them quoted me in the price range of $6,500. I was quoted through this company @ $17,000. If it wasnt for the price being so hi. I would have went with this company. I am not sure why such a big difference from the other companies. Which has me scratching my head still. Especially, for what I wanted done. This is why it is always good to shop around a get some estimates before making a final decision. But like I stated earlier everything was good until I got that big difference in pricing. I even had a couple of companies that advertise on television that are well known. That I know would be little more expensive. But they still quoted me in the range of $6,500. This was work being done for a shower that is not large in space at all. Last thing the measurement of the shower is 37x42.

After a high-pressure sales pitch presented as an estimate, a 3 days tops job turned into a month. The materials are good quality and the overall end result is fine now, but it was a circus during the install! First, someone drove a screw through the wall straight into an electrical outlet on the other side! Thank goodness the house didnt burn down when it shorted out inside the wall. After going back and forth with a supervisor Aaron who was never even there during the work, saying that it was an existing problem in the electrical system, it finally got fixed. When theres a brand new 3-inch screw going through the box, that is definitely not an existing wiring problem! Apparently they ran out of the screws they were supposed to be using and tried to improvise... Then, 2 floor tiles were cracked during the job and they had to be replaced. Luckily, the same tiles were in stock at the local big box so it was able to be repaired without changing the entire floor, but tack on another day of work. Then, the shower doors were installed upside down and backwards, so another trip had to be made for that to be remedied AFTER they had to order a completely new set of doors! So for 2 weeks we were shimmying into the shower behind a shelf at the back wall of the bathroom. All in all, for the price you pay for this type of shower, Id expect the workmanship and attention to detail to be much better. The crew was very nice during the process and did eventually own up to and fix the flubs, but if I had to do it all over again, Id buy a top of the line kit from a big box and have an independent contractor install it for half the cost. I was also encouraged to leave positive reviews in exchange for a gift card, which would explain a lot of the 5 star reviews...

Trel was very helpful with the designing of our two bathrooms. Fernando and his crew transformed our 80s style master bathroom into a luxurious walk-in shower with multi-drawer vanity. They also did a terrific job installing the new tub in the childrens bathroom. We are very pleased with the work that Genie Bath Systems has done for us and would recommend this company to all our family & friends in the future.

After we scheduled an appointment we were greeted by Trel, Design Consultant and Kirk, Energy Consultant at our house to present various services and the materials they offer. They were very knowledgeable with the Genie products. They understood our vision and when we decided to move forward with the purchase we were assigned to Aaron, Project Manager. Aaron was very courteous when he arrived and took the measurements to confirm the installation phase.Upon our scheduled demolition days, Mr. Saul Cervantes introduced himself professionally and was very well mannered. For a solo installer he was always diligent about making sure our house stayed clean throughout the entire process. Saul made sure to keep us informed each day and always updated us with important steps during the installation. He made sure our expectations were met and that the materials and finishes were correct. As soon as the installation was complete we were beyond satisfied with the final completion. Overall, we would highly recommend Mr. Saul Cervantes at Genie Bath Systems to anyone that is in need of their services.

CAVEAT: This review is being written before total completion of project or use of the new bathroom after remodel. Fernando and Esteban were very easy to work with, polite, and seemed to be focussed on doing a good job. They consulted me on every step where my input was needed. They worked as long as necessary each day to complete that section of the work to try to minimize the days necessary for completion of the job.

We had the 19 tub and surround put in and it came out beautifully. We have been enjoying it immensely.Jerry was great, made sure we understood all our options and gave full disclosure of details, great followup.The installation crew were very quick, neat, and did a professional job, even covering the floors through the house while they were working.I would certainly recommend if you are looking for a remodel or new fixtures.

We were very impressed with their product that they were very willing to work with us on the price. They have the best products available and lots of amazing options to choose from. While we werent able to go through with our remodel at this time due to financial reasons, I would completely recommend them for a bathroom remodel and if we are able to remodel in the future, they will be the first company I contact.

What a great experience we had with our renovated shower and bathtub. It started with the Genie Bath Systems sales representative, Trel Lloyd. He presented a great deal for the job with a thorough explanation of what would be done and the choices we had as far as the material available and an explanation about the quality of the materials. There was no pressure to accept his deal. The work was done in 11/2 days. The installers, Richard Gauthier and David Fink, were very professional. They explained each step of the work and were very careful not to make a mess of the work area. When finished they did a thorough cleanup and answered any questions my wife and I had. Lastly, Mr. Aaron Garcia, came by to make last minute checks to insure the work was finished to our satisfaction. He was very cordial and professional in his work. We really like that our shower now is much more manageable to clean and use. The new shower wall panels are acrylic, no tile so that means we dont have to worry about cleaning grout. Also, for our older home, with so much settling, we didnt feel that tile would hold out very long. The tile shower was already cracked in multiple places and it could happen again. The sales and customer service people were friendly and helpful. They were not pushy at all. They also were timely and communicated well to let us know how the process was coming along. We had to go back and forth a bit to get the finished work up to standard, which meant our project was finished later than expected, but they fixed the issues and were easy to work. All in all we are satisfied with the work and experience. There is also a lifetime guarantee on their work, which is a big benefit.

I help my father take care of my grandfather. He has diabetes and a broken foot and needs a wheel chair to move. I saw this company at a Home and Garden show and made an appointment for a consultation. Two days before the consultation they called confirming the appointment and very concerned that my husband and I would make the appointment time and not have any obligations. I was supposed to have an appointment at 2:00 and no one showed up or called to cancel the appointment. When I called an hour and a half later they said sorry the tech had a personal appointment and we could reschedule. The lack of communication is disappointing and I will not be giving them my business. I hope everyone else has better luck than I did!

We had a wonderful experience with Frank, Braxton and Mark. Every step of the process was on time or ahead of schedule. Demolition started Monday morning and all final touches were completed by noon Wednesday. The glass supplier took measurements Wednesday morning and should be out on Monday for installation to wrap up the project. I can without hesitation say this was the most painless home improvement contracting experience ever!

They want almost 20k in labor alone, not counting cost of fixtures. Salesman seems to be a bit of a liar as well, showed up late, poor communication. Dont bother with this company unless you like wasting time and money. Everything they offer comes straight from home depot at 3 times the price. Again, they want 19.5k for labor alone and that does not count the tub or fixtures, nor wall or floor repair, and they wont give a straight answer about that on the estimates, they say they will during the sales pitch, but wont say they will during the estimates. You can get comparable work for under 10 with all fixtures included AND the repairs.
