I will never ever deal with company again. The bed is fine. The salesman was very knowledgeable. After sale service stinks. It was not delivered on the day I was scheduled, causing this senior citizen to try to sleep on a lumpy sofa. The person I had contacted at the store was rude and hung up on me. On the next day, the salesman did arrange for delivery and said he would adjust my price for the inconvenience. Of course, it never happened.

Justin was an amazing salesman. Very friendly and knowledgeable. He deserves a raise for how awesome he was.

They were busy when we first walked in and let us know right away it would be a few minutes. They made sure to let us know they would be with us quickly, which was great. Justin helped us select our mattress, let us know all of the promo deals and extras that could be added (adjustable frame etc.) He was friendly, informative and bad us taken care of very quickly. The guys were very attentive to my needs. I needed a mattress but didnt want to spend a lot if money to get one. They searched their computers and couldnt find one in their store. They searched another and found one for me. Nothing was on sale but they gave me a deal. Awesome staff.

Let me start off by saying that I went in to just try maybe a couple of beds out and see how it was going to go. I left so highly satisfied with the customer service that I received from Justin the sales associate that took care of us. It was 45 minutes before closing and he took his time to really help me and my fiancé find something that was going to really benefit us. I didn’t expect to find something within that 45 minute time frame & Justin just made the process so easy and enjoyable. So very thankful for the help and guidance we received from him! I will be recommending this location and Justin to anyone that is in need of a great mattress!!!

Salesman was cordial. Selection slim. Had to have them come back to put new legs on frame. They swore legs could be raised, but I told them highest notch us being used. They came and discovered they needed to provide higher legs,which was done. No interest for 5 years was a selliing point. Might have looked at more places if monhly payments werent so reasonanle. Minus is no headboard. Other places were steeper priced and I believe no interest for an average of 3 years. Good place for basiic to mif-range beds. For high-end beds and headboards,ook elsewhere. Satisfied with my bed. Its hybrid thats between a Queen and King.
