I would give 10 stars if I could. We had the best service at this store. (Drew?) greeted us with no pressure to buy. We saw a few things we liked but left to check out two other stores. We were so disappointed with the other stores approach to us that we left and bought all our furniture from Mattress and Furniture For Less. We got everything we need and they delivered on the day we wanted. We will definitely be going back to this store for future purchases.

Brought my grandma to look for a new recliner and love seat and she found exactly what shed been looking for except it was a little out of her price range. Chris was so helpful and even helped us out with a deal my grandma could afford. He was so kind and understanding and the guys that helped us load up our truck were very kind as well. The store isnt the greatest to look at from the outside, but I have no doubt that their customer service is better than any store I have been to in San Antonio and rivals any multi-million dollar store that you can visit while looking for furniture, Great Job! The inside is like a typical nice warehouse style furniture showroom and they take care of you! Bryan hooked us up on a beautiful leather sofa/recliner-set to be delivered Monday! I went to this location looking for a reasonably priced queen bed after visiting 2 locations and not hearing the price I was looking for. I walked into this location and Im not gonna lie the location looked a little messy and disorganization, but I decided to stay hear their prices. I forgot the guys name that assisted me but he cane right over to me after I walked around to the back of the store and asked me in detail what I was looking for he showed me many options and what they had to offer. In the end I got the bed I was looking for and in my price range. I already recommend this place to a friend and I would definitely go back. I did not want to pay for delivery so the guy actually told me they could load the bed on my car and they did. The bed got to my home safe and secure. This place gets an absolute 5 stars from me. Btw I found this place by just googling furniture places near me.

Went in to purchase mattress. Mattress listed for $800 and and and i agreed with salesman to pay $600. Financed mattress and they put a cash price of $744 on contract. Watch these guys and read the agreement before you sign!Edit and correction:Spoke with Ron who informed me that the extra charges were from delivery and the bedrail. I gave $300 down on mattress and did early payoff on lease contract. Total for mattress was over 1k with financing. Turns out Mattresses for Less uses another company to handle financing and they appear to be a predatory lender. Extra charges were for 30 days of financing. Almost $250!As a side note the mattress is a great mattress. Just dont use the finance company.

One thing bout the i thought it was condemned if not for the chairs and beanbags that gave the invite we are open. There pride is too high they sell Ashley furniture but i have always bought Ashley furniture and be aware wen buying that you have wood and heavy foam on armrest. Theirs is lightweight martial. Id youre going ro buy leather make sure its leather and not the fake that in months it will have heavy wear my Ashley Furniture you couldnt even tell the people with sit on it the mattresses were very firm and stayed firm I passed it on to my son on his wedding day yes I bought it when he was a teenager and he married when he was 20 when it says Ashley Furniture youll be paying over 2000 3000 but its going to last you a long time only had two boys I have plenty of friends teenagers come over and there was sprayed with Scotchgard every summer Professional Steamed. It nice furniture but not for a knockoff.. coming from someone that has bought Ashley Furniture, add a knockoff will not do for me thank you.

I had the best customer service experience. I will always remember the help I had getting there right fit for my home and my sectional is beautiful. The quality seems to be pretty good too, though, I think to really tell quality is only by time, to see how it wears but it seems pretty sturdy. The guy was very understanding in what I was looking for with my budget and my little kiddo. I got a great deal and the delivery and set up was great.

I ordered a living room set on 04/13/2020 which I went to pick up on 4/14/2020 my swivel chair was not in stock which was not told at point of purchase they offered free deliver once swivel chair came on 5/08 they finally delivered swivel chair which was damaged so the ordered another one on 5/11. I called on 6/20/2020 since I have not heard nothing they say the chair came in but they gave it away apologized and said will order another one it will be in on July 16 I still have not heard nothing today 07/23/2020 I call to check they tell me one is loading on August 1st and that one is mine....SMDH not to mention my daughters bed I brought from them I’m January of 2020 has broken last week quality of furniture horrible and their customer service sucks.... WAISTED ALOT OF MONEY AT THIS PLACE

Sales person was on top of his game. I really needed a sofa, but wanted a bed as well. Juan made it work for us. I was able to get both. A lot of places try to sell you and sometime after everything you feel ripped off. Dont get me wrong he did sell us, but I didnt leave the store feeling cheated. I felt I surpassed my goal for the day. I really wanted a bed because my boyfriend and I are sleeping on a mattress. Found exactly what we were looking for here, the staff was very helpful, not pushy at all. Prices are great, we bought a sofa and loveseat set, and it was delivered the next day at 11am. Financing department was helpful, and made the process very easy. I have bought furniture sets from other (Big, name brand) furniture stores that were too pushy, or not willing to work with us on certain aspects of the purchase. This store is nothing like that! Go by and check them out, I havent found NEW NAME BRAND furniture at prices this great!

I was furniture shopping for some new sofas the end of February and I was able to find a great deal through there online and Ron kept his word on honoring the online price and Dro had great customer service.They dont hound or follow you around while you look which is a plus for me.The only problem I had is one of my sofas had a 12inch tear in the back,but when I called back and spoke with Shane about it he said not a problem we will order you another one and deliver it.Guess what they are truthful to there word.They came today and deliver it and put it together and made sure there was no tears or rips any where.The guys and women who work for Ron all have great customer service. I actually had a great experience here purchasing a sofa. The prices were good, and I got the sofa delivered the SAME day. I was somewhat off put by the look on the outside, but Im glad I went in.
