This whole company is a PHONY i purchased TWO mattresses from them and was promised insurance on them that if anything were to happen i could replace them... Spoke with the owner Charles Coben if that’s even his real name might be david he was very disrespectful he threatened us HUNG UP on us while trying to speak with him, Very Unprofessional !! I spent thousands of dollars on TWO mattresses to a company that doesn’t deserve a dime from anyone !

Very disappointed! I bought a two piece couch set and paid to have it delivered the next day. I was told I was the only delivery for the next day( lies) and to wait for a phone call after 12pm. It’s now 8:15 pm and I haven’t received my couches or a courtesy call to let me know that I would not receive my furniture today. I was planning on doing more business with this furniture company but after I receive my couches I will never do business with this furniture company again.Update: national furniture came thru and delivered my couches. It’s just unfortunate it took two days and me driving over there twice.

Looking for recliner/sofa. Their was a dead bat on the recliner we sat on. Son accidentally touched it. Manager was nonchalant about it and other staff member joked about it. Very unprofessional attitudes.

They were great. Didnt try to sell us the cheepest things just to make money off us. We got a great deal for a full house. Payments were low. The sells person was awesome. Very helpful. Im excited cant wait to receive my delivery. Thanks you guys great job.

I went in to shop for a couch and was very satisfied with my choice not only because it was exactly what I was looking for but the customer service I received through my entire shopping experience !! Rose was very professional, caring, and happy to help me! She listened to all my wants and all my needs and recommend me to the best choice. Charlie the owner reassured me that I had made the right decision for my shopping needs he made sure I was taken care of before I left his store! I will definitely be back.

If I could give them a ZERO, I would. Sure they have guys who are good at their jobs and will convince you that because they are a family-owned company, they will be able to take care of any problem for you better than any large companies. PLEASE DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. Because they are such a small company, they will not be able to carry the cost of having a truck deliver a replacement for you even if its not the customers fault. You are better off investing your money on a company that has the means to stand on their word.First, they will send you someone who sounds so helpful so they will get your business, but when you need something done, they hand you over to the owner, Charles, and tell you they cannot do anything about it because they are not the owner. But you get to the point of speaking with an owner who is very rude, unwilling to help and LITERALLY will HUNG UP on you on the phone no matter how reasonable your request is. He wouldnt care if you already bought a bunch of furniture sets from them, still he will not treat you right, not even in a respectful way! So PLEASE DO NOT MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE. DO NOT EVEN STEP INSIDE THEIR DOOR. Just keep out of trouble!And Charles, I know this comment will get to you, and you will say everything to hold up your company, but unless you do the right thing, you will find out soon enough that you are not getting away with this at all. And you will just wish you fixed this in a respectful and honest manner instead of losing every prospective client who will come across my comment.

I bought my living room set here. The customer service and prices were outstanding. I compared prices with other stores and the others just cant compete. I got delivery the next day and am very very happy!!!

I came in with intent to fully furnish my new house, ready to pay all in cash. Bill was rude and negative from the start. Even felt overly rushed. Felt like I was just a dollar sign instead of a customer they’d like to see come back. Took my business elsewhere which I recommend for the quality. As every other brief, unsympathetic manager response... I look forward to see what they respond to my review. Just sad when an owner doesn’t take ownership of a bad experience.

Bought two couches and I love them! Great place also great furniture:)

Went in with my friend and two toddlers looking for a trundle bed, Bill immediately came to assist us. Our interaction started ok but when my friend showed concern about the wooden slats on the trundle, Bill seemed to take it personally. He began speaking in a condescending tone about how good the bed was. We asked to see something else. He then took us to check out another one that had a pop up trundle underneath, my friend asked how much and when he told her the price she said that seems like a rip off. Rather than speak like a salesman should (listing pricey qualities bed possessed) he told her you dont know what you are talking about. During this time I had gotten low next to bed to check it out and he came up next to me and i guess forgot i was there and my while my friend was complaining about his behavior he brought his hands down quickly and hit me in the head. He immediately apologized but it hurt for a good 15-20 min. We then asked to speak to manager who did not want to interrupt his sale, even though customer offered, to hear us out. While waiting i asked Bill to step away and he refused. We ended up leaving because the situation was just so upsetting. Would not reccomend coming here, at all.

My husband and I were looking for an electric recliner set for our living room. We had looked at two other places prior to coming here. Their selections were either too big, uncomfortable, or out of our price range. We found exactly what we were looking for at National Furniture: comfort, ease of operability, fabric--not leather or some other material, and reasonable pricing on set and delivery! We werent able to schedule the delivery right off the bat, but they were flexible when we arranged for a charitable organization to pick up our old set. In fact, both the organization truck and National Furniture truck showed up at the same time! The delivery personnel from National Furniture even helped the driver from the charitible organization load his truck with our old furniture. Were very happy with the service and items we received from National Furniture.
