First and foremost!!! The front desk receptionist, Aida….is amazing!! Her customer service is phenomenal!! She responded to me super quick…even when it was late at night!! She really helped me decide which artist to chose based on their styles and availability. I ended up seeing Chico. Chico was very personable and friendly, ready to execute. We talked about placement and particular features that were important to me. Overall, I felt comfortable and safe. The quality of work is beyond amazing and the fact that he listened and was patient and not pushy really made me feel like I made the right decision!! He is a true artiste’!! I wouldve enjoyed this much better had the artist been good at freehand drawing and not just relying on computer images. Sorry. Great work otherwise. A bit more pricey than other places as well, but... very nice folks. Just cant give 5 stars.

Came in as a walk-in and was immediately greeted by aida. i received my tattoo from lefty, and both of them were wonderful! they were so excited to help me out and get me the ink that i wanted. they presented good sizing options and helped me out with where i wanted the tat to be placed. will absolutely be coming here again– everything was professional, clean, and it was just a fun place to be in!! cannot wait to get the saniderm off this tat and see it in its beauty.

Lil Ron was our tattoo artist. My sis and I were first timers, never gotten tattoos before. Lil Ron was patient, explained everything to us, and was detailed with aftercare instructions. Lefty (artist) did a great job I got something very simple but he did a great job and asked me about placement and how I wanted it. The shop was NOT pushy or anything they asked what I wanted drew it up and gave me a price. If I did not want it they weren’t mean or annoyed about it they were very professional and friendly. But I did get one of the tattoos I asked for. I will be going back I’m hoping for three more before I leave SA but definitely going back for the other one I wanted.

Sat for a full day with Chico at this location and I only have good things about the experience. The shop is lively and has a real family atmosphere. Chicos work is incredible and the first session of my tattoo was a breeze despite being 9 hours.Looking forward to going back to Firme Copias and I would gladly recommend it to just about anyone.Some things to keep in mind:Parking at this location is TIGHT.Unlike some shops, the booths are relatively open.Bring your own entertainment if youre sitting for a long session (headphones, phone, tablet, etc), as only a few booths have tablets or tvs.None of these are an issue for me and I stand by my 5 star rating. Just worth noting to set expectations for newcomers.

I got a half sleeve tattoo at this place about a month ago! I was unhappy with the outcome of the tattoo!The artist was Dope! I think it was just mainly because of lack of communication between me and the artist!So I found a way to contact the Owners and told him about my concern and he wanted me to come back to the place so they can have someone to fix whatever is that I don’t like about it!A dope artist fix it for me! All of the staff was cool and you can tell they all genuinely like each other. I went in for a quote and ended up getting a tattoo by Chico the same day! No is not in this guy’s vocabulary! Not only did he do the piece in one session which was til 2 AM, he managed to put my last name, which another shop told me probably couldn’t be done. I will definitely be going back and referring some people.

I had my piece done by Lefty, an incredibly talented artist after another artist had to cancel. I was accommodated extremely well to find just the right artist, at a good time, and great care was taken in ensuring I was going to get exactly what I wanted. I sat for seven hours with a ~15 minute break halfway through, and it was a fantastic experience. The piece turned out better than I could have hoped and I love it. The amount of work Lefty was able to do in that time, and with great skill and care, is absolutely incredible. I wouldn’t go back to any other artist, could I redo it. The staff are also incredibly friendly and helpful, creating an optimistic and energetic atmosphere.

Just finished getting a tattoo here and the tattoo is better than what I was wanting and expecting.Tattoo Artist Larry is awesome!!The tattoo I got today is so vivid, clean and flows perfectly with the other tattoos that I already have. I got another tattoo by Larry last week and that tattoo came out so badass. I just want to show off my new art work and although the weather outside is cold, there is no way I can walk around with these arms covered. This is the best tattoo studio that I have been to. Aida is so helpful, easy to talk to and prompt at responding back with the name of the artist who specializes in the art work that you are looking to get on your body. For a very long time I had been trying to decide where to get a tattoo from and on a whim I decided to try this place. The people here were very welcoming, the lady at the front desk (Aida) was so nice and helped me through the entire process! My tattoo artist was also very incredible (Chico) and took time on my tattoo which lasted about 30 minutes. It turned out amazing! I most definitely will be coming here again :)

Great artists and good people. Chico killed my cover-up tattoo w/9+ hrs of ink time! Asked for a couple touch ups and got me in quick with no issues. They back their work as they are proud of it. Today I went in for my third tattoo. I’ve been wanting the Virgin Mary for over 16 years. I waited that long because I wanted it to come out just right and make sure I had the right artist for the job. And let me tell you something I have found him! His name is Larry his Instagram is @bigdogtatt. He is amazing! He does black and grey but also color. He is amazing at blending colors together. He is passionate and loves what he does. You can tell by his work. I’m glad I found him. Also the place he works at. Everyone is so friendly and helpful and they all help each other and bounce ideas off each other. Great environment and very clean. I will be getting more work done from there. Thank you to everyone at the shop!

I went to Firme Copias on Tuesday 7/27/21 around 8:30.. walked in and was greeted by Aida. She asked what I was interested in getting and I told her I wanted a tattoo and I would want to get it done that night. It was a 8 word script and small angel wings, no color. Just black. I called before I even went to the business itself and asked if they were taking walk ins because I wanted it that day so I didn’t want to book an appointment. My tattooist was going to be Kyro. Aida exchanged numbers with me and she called me letting me know kyro would be available around 9:30. We talked about pricing and she told me to go back to the office being that I had left since she said she’d give me a call when kyro would be ready to draw up my tattoo.. I went back and talked to kyro. Kyro wasn’t very pleasing maybe just his attitude in general but I gave him my budget and he said we could work around that and he was working on a tattoo draw up at the moment so that Aida would give me a call when to come on when he’s done with the tattoo he was going to start. Mind you I don’t live near Firme copias so I tried to stay in the neighborhood.. I waited around for 3 hours. 12 am comes and I hear nothing from Aida and I even text her to see if kyro would be able to fit me in. 1 am and nothing still.. I ended up seeing kyro leave from that tattoo shop when I was about to go check for myself if he’d be able to do it. I had cash in hand and excited for nothing because this customers service sucked.. even today the next morning.. I hear nothing from Aida.. if my business wasn’t wanted.. just say that.. really heard good things about this place but it is what it is. Hope they fix the lack of communication they have going on at the Rayburn location.

Rayburn location-Class A service from all the staff, Aida made my booking very easy and helped me along the way, as soon as i walked in the door everyone was very welcoming and family feel vibe. Whole staff are great people. Hats off to my artist Ronekills who hit every mark i could imagine. Cant wait to go and get more work done and kick it with my new friends. Highly recommend this establishment.

Got my eyebrow pierced about two years ago there. The piercer was very nice and helpful with what to do for the healing process.

My artist spinner is the best, he worked with my budget and my tattoo turned out amazing. Everyone else was also very friendly and welcoming, i would 100% come back here again.
