Overall great experience for my daughter. This is her second piercings. They were professional and patient as we picked out the earrings. Very thorough as they explained how to use the after care solution.

I am a first time mom. My daughter is about to be 3 months old. I had the trip all planned out to get her ears pierced. I was to feed her right before so she was calm and played with to make her tired. It was close to nap time too. So when we took her she was already feeling sleepy. And i prepared myself by watching youtube videos. Geez those babies cried for a good 5 min. And then they were fine. So we picked out some cute 14k butterfly ear rings. And the after care bottle. We didnt get the warranty because shes a baby and i didnt plan on taking her earrings off. Well we set up and then boom one ear done. She hardly cried. Then boom the other. Maybe 30 seconds more of crying and handed her to momma and she fell asleep in mommas arms. Perfect. I was so proud. Exaclty how i dreamed it would happen. Until i noticed a stone on her ear was missing. The employee began to look for it. And i was just thinking dammit. Were gonna have to take her earring out to (i assumed) switch it out. And so i found the teeny tiny stone on the black mat. And i ask yhe employee are you gonna switch it out? she hesitated and said ooh thats what the warranty covers. Missing stones. but Im thinking its not missing. It fell off either before or maybe after the earring entered her ear. She then asked me if i want to buy the warranty and she would switch it out. Or wait to talk to the manager tomorrow and see how she can help me. Well she Got another $8 out of me. The earrings were about $65 with tax. So i pay and shes struggling to take the defected earring out. My baby begins to cry And i see her get the new one and shes trying to put it in her ears by hand. Shes struggling and now my baby is crying even more from being woken up and the tugging of her sensitive and freshly pierced ear. Im getting upset and the emplyee ask if i want to come back tomorrow to speak to the manager and try to repierce it. I ask her if she can use the gun again but said that she already took the earrings out of their little yellow holders. She planned on switching both earrings out. Oh no that was not going to happen. So now my daughter only has on earring on. And the employee bagged me both of the new earrings. And im feeling like i failed. And i felt regret because Im going home with my baby with one earring on and 2 in a baggie and the last thing i wanted was for her to feel more pain from her struggling to put her earring on by hand. Why didnt she use a gun? Why didnt she grab another earring set to put in the gun? Why didnt she know about the struggle of putting a needle point earring in an infants ear. I felt regret. I did not want to see my baby with on 1 earring. So when i got home i took it off. Cleaned her ears amd i noticed blood on my daughted onsie. She bleed a little. I broke down. I am not going back tomorrow to repierce her ears. But i am going back to return her 3 earrings. And the after care wash and the warranty. If i have any problems. I will be contacting your Corporate offices. Because i feel like that employee was inexperienced and if this company is going to continue providing this service then it needs to better train their employees. I am very very disappointed and emotionally upset. I cried on the drive home. My baby was crying when i was cleaning her ears. All that pain for nothing. Im not going to go through that again. And i was recommended to going there. But im not going back. Ever.
