Guy in the shop is very helpful and great to listen to. Even if the shop doesnt have it he knows where to find it at other stores highly recommend you go here for anything of a military or police nature or if you just want to here some interesting stories!

The Manager here is great! I was having dog tags made for players of a basketball team I coach, its a school team. The man gave me a very helpful discount of which I didnt ask for, or about. The store is clean, orderly, & set-up in a way that makes things easy to locate. Parking is good, easy to get in and out of the parking lot. Roger that, Ill absolutely shop here again. STRIKE!

Went here looking for some boots for my son. Didnt get checked on to make sure we were finding everything ok. Good thing we could fend for ourselves. Otherwise the visit was ok.

If you are military personnel, the prices on some of the gear here are outrageous compared to the exchange or clothing sales on Ft. Sam Houston; however, they offer many things here that the former places do not. They offer a wide variety of superior tactical footwear, and as an Army officer who buys a pie once every couple years, they are very helpful with guiding you to the right boot for your foot and needs. This location also offers superior customer service. The staff here are incredibly friendly and quick to assist -sometimes I’m tempted to come here just for the conversation! They also help you with ordering any item from their website that isn’t on their shelves to make sure you get what you need. Definitely not the best place to buy EVERYTHING military, but certainly worth your time to check out the inventory and buy your boots here.

Staff was very helpful. I went in looking for boots, he asked a few questions about what was a priority in the boot and the first boot he gave me was perfect. He really knows his stuff!

Good place to buy military gear without going on post. Its a little pricey, but so is the Clothing and Sales on post. I highly recommend going across the street to the Army Surplus store.

Got here at 10:30 with my airman to get some new shoes and this place was closed. The sign on the door says it should be open. Not professional and a waste of time because we have a limited amount of time with our airman.

More items online than in the store. Good prices, more in line with military than civilian gear. Customer service needs attention to, especially in regards to answering questions.

If youre looking for some basic uniform items for any branch of the military, the on-post Clothing and Sales will do, but if you want something of better quality or something that suits your particular occupation bettet, try US Patriot Tactical. The customer service is great. The staff is not interested in getting you to buy the most expensive or as many things as they can get you to. Instead, their it interest is in finding what best would benefit you.

Not sure what I am reviewing. If this is at Ft Sam Houston ok. Offer variety of products, selection, prices vary but affordable. Always bargains. Good place to brouse.

Awesome gear, big store, and the girl that helped me ( though I cant remember her name ), was amazing. She was very easy to talk to, extremely helpful, and very knowledgeable. Half the reason Ill be coming back is because of her.

Really wide selection of boots and uniform pieces. All the employees understand military regs so you know you can get something thats authorized. If you have any questions, just ask. Theyre there to help.

Unparalleled customer service. I bought a pair of boots, when I got them back home it turned out the boots were two different sizes. I was unable to return to the store and when I called the store to inquire about shipping them back, the manager said he was leaving the store and would meet me at Ft Hood. He drove two hours to exchange the boots for me. Cant beat that kind of service.

I normally dont write reviews but I want to help out my fellow soldiers and veterans about this shady company. I recently purchase a ach since I lost it in the field, the employee didnt give me a receipt, upon asking for one and he told me that I dont need it since they dont do refund but store credit. So days later someone retrieve my ach so I called them a few moments ago not asking for a refund but at least store credit and also keep in mind I told the employee that I have it my bank statement, but they told me that I need a receipt to get a REFUND??? I thought I couldnt get a refund to begin with when I first bought the ach so apparently their just lying to soldiers like my self. If was you whoever is reading this save your money and go to another surplus store that actually take care of soldiers.
