Im big on Boots and quality which is why I choose Lucchese. I just bought a new pair of black exotic boots from the Houston, tx store and also ordered a pair of Sandals for the wife which were shipped from the San Antonio store as they were not in stock in Houston. Just received the Sandals today and they are 2 different colors?! One light Tan and one dark Tan. The problem here isnt exchanging them but rather there is no possible way the person shipping these from this store did not know these are not a matching pair. Im paying good money for a quality product, how bout helping out a little and atleast verify before you box these things and ship out.. thats just a lazy employee to say the least.

Went here with my husband looking to buy him a new pair of boots. There were 4 people working and 1 other customer besides us. After being completely ignored for 15 minutes and helplessly waiting to try on a pair we walked out. They make good boots but do not go to this store the customer service is horrible.

So i took my favorite boots to SA (I had bought them in Santa Fe) to have Lucchese replace the heel caps on the bottom. For this service I was charged $40. The boots came back to me in such exceptional condition, they are almost new! Lucchese replaced the insoles, refinished every part of them, and they are as Beautiful as when I purchased them. No wonder these boots will last me forever... great service. Thank you

Awesome showroom, they have a great sampling of what lucchese has to offer. The sales folks were very helpful. This is their factory store, so it looks super fancy.

Nice clean store. Items displayed well. Frank the assistant manager was very accommodating. He went out of his way to order a pair of boots that my husband had seen online that they didnt carry in the store. He called us as soon as they came in and was very helpful with any questions we had.

I ordered two pairs of boots in late June/early July. I was told that since they needed to be made to expect them around mid-late August. I considered that reasonable and they even offered to make them in both the regular and wide width so that if the one didnt work the other would be ready for me to exchange. Great. August 22nd comes around and they get shipped. I receive my tracking order and I wait and watch all the updates. Im at work when the boots were supposed to have arrived but when I got home they werent there. I checked the camera and there was no delivery made. I then contacted FedEx and started a case. I told them that I have video evidence that it wasnt delivered at the time it was scanned in and they provided me with a case number. They told me that the next steps would be to contact Lucchese and to tell Lucchese to contact them so that they could work out paying for the lost items so Lucchese could then get me another shipment out. Well I call and talk Frank, he looks into it and calls FedEx who says since there was no signature required, they arent at fault. So then my problem has to be escalated within customer service. I was told it would be a few business days but then theyd get back to me on what theyve decided to do. Well that was nearly 4 weeks ago. Still nothing. Here I am at a loss because Lucchese failed to request a signature upon delivery. My thought was the easy solution would be to send the boots they had had as a back up in the other size so I could at least figure that out while this was all being settled, but no. This is incredibly unprofessional and not something I would have expected from a company like this. Without any resolution, I can not and will not ever recommend their products to anyone.Update: No communication happened through customer service and the manager. When I called back and bothered them, he re-sent the information. Eventually it was decided that they were not at fault (even though they made the packing order without a signature required), and Fed-Ex said they too were not at fault. Lucchese refused to let me buy the shoes again at the same quoted price and would not offer a refund of my money. Not the type of customer service I would expect from an American company.

This is the premier showroom for the premier bootmaker in the US! These boots are impressive and an investment in footwear for years to come. There is additional weastern wear apparel and I loved it all. Plus the environment and staff are amazing, helpful, and never pushy. Awesome experience.

I’m a longtime lucchese boot wearer. Love the product. The customer service in this store was definitely lacking today. I stood around for 20 minutes, trying to make eye contact with a sales rep. No one ever acknowledged my presence, even though there were only two other customers in the store. Pity.

I went to the store twice. The first time I was looking to get sizing help because of my frustration with finding the perfect pair online. I used the brannock device to check my foot size, and then spoke with a salesperson who said that the size I was looking for was more than likely right based on what I was telling him, and yet that size still didnt work depending on what boot I was trying to fit into.I went back again a week later, just really wanting a good quality pair of boots that I could wear on special occasions and so forth. The same salesperson helped me out tremendously and gave me a lot of information and assistance. I ended up purchasing a much more expensive boot than I had planned, all because of his willingness to help me and recognizing my first-world problem. Plus the boot he showed me was fantastic looking. That helped too.All in all, the feel of the store is fantastic, its comfortable and classy. The people are great, and they make you feel at home. They treat you like clients instead of customers, and go above and beyond to get you into whatever it is youre looking for.The only con I could think of is that youre going to spend more than what you planned because theyre going to ruin your interest in lesser quality boots.

Very helpful. Answered any questions that I had. Sales personal didnt hover over me but where available when I had questions. My sales person was Michelle Leal. She was great. Recommend asking for her when you stop by.

I had purchased 2 pair of boots this summer from Lucchese in San Antonio at the Quarry. A few months after the purchase I was laid off from my job. I had to return the boots and was not sure how they would react to this return. I did not wear the boots so I was hoping that the return would go smoothly. Needless to say I was a little embarrassed to return the boots as I love the Classics and currently own 8 pair of them.Stacy the store manager was a true professional and made we feel comfortable during the process and I thank her greatly for her assistance. I will always be a Lucchese boot owner and will recommend them to my friends.

Excellent boots, awful customer service at 255 E Basse Rd #800 store. Employee did not help with advise on fit and limit himself by bringing to two pairs of boots that did not fit well, when I turned around he was already with another customer and completely ignored me.

You can literally smell the quality leather and materials used in making these iconic boots from the moment you open the giant wooden doors. These are not beginner boots, these are for serious boot aficionados.

Trying on $1000 boots in front of what felt like a stage was disconcerting...I couldnt get comfortable with it. The couple pair I did try on were not all that...maybe next time
