I came in with a starting issue due to battery. They did a diagnostic check of starting system. The battery was bad. The price was fairly competitive for a top quality battery. They do make less expensive batteries but from my experience they do not last as long. I could have changed the battery myself but newer vehicles have advanced electronic systems that may require a power supply while battery is replaced. This is to maintain memory and programming for onboard computer systems. I feel it is worth the money to have dealer replace battery. This does require some of your time which is the only real drawback.

Service was courteous, professional, and prompt. It wasnt cheap, but if my vehicle continues to perform well and trouble-free, it will have been a great value.
