Arrived after 4 pm - store closed at 5pm needing an oil change… was greeted with a smile as soon as I arrived and the two employees who took care of me were very polite, professional & thorough. They even vacuumed my vehicle & topped off fluids I needed & checked my tire pressure.Ruben took care of my vehicle & was very knowledgeable about his position & the manager on duty answered my questions & was very polite & professional when it was time to cash out. I’ll recommend this Jiffy Lube to everyone I know.

Been trying to get my oil changed for the past couple of weekends, but no luck. The first time I went on a Sunday about 3pm and there were 6 cars waiting ahead of me to even get inside the garage, with 3 cars being worked on. So I left. The following weekend I went on Sunday again, but this time around noon. There were 3 cars being worked on in the garage, but only 1 waiting in line, so I decided to stick it out and stay. I was greeted and taken to the waiting area inside. After some time, about 3 people paid and were on their way. I got up and went to take a look at which bay my vehicle was in and after 45 minutes, it was still waiting outside. :/ Needless to say, I knew it wasnt going to be anytime soon before the oil was changed, so I decided to leave again.Staff is real friendly and polite, but it just takes them the longest time to do a quick oil change. I know one car they were working on was waiting on a part to arrive, but it was still taking up one space in the garage. A suggestion might be to have one lane available strictly for oil changes to help speed up the wait time, if they dont have that already.

THE IN EXPERIENCED WORKER BROKE A WIRE ON THE WATER SEPARATOR FILTER SENSOR MANAGER TRIED TO SAY THAT I BROUGHT IT IN THERE LIKE THAT WHICH WAS NOT THE TRUTH. IF IT WAS SO JUB COULD NOT HAVE BEEN DONE AND WOULS HAVE BEEN BROUGHT TO MY ATTENTION. HAVE PICS OF DASH BEFORE BRINGING TRUCK IN USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES MGR LIED INSTEAD OF MAKING IT RIGHT

They were timely, thorough, and honest about what REALLY needed to be done, and what I could possibly wait on. They let me make that decision and were not pushy- I appreciated that. Great service, quick stop, and appropriately priced for convenience. I will most likely make this my oil servicer of choice.

This was a recommended place for the installation of my tires and they didnt bother to sync my TPMS sensors to my system. The wait was 3 hours even though I told the manager I would be coming in that day 2 weeks in advance. Never going back.

Mechanics were great and very friendly and helpful. They were able to find and fix a ac problem when no one else had been able to, and they also were able to let us know what another issue we will need to get fix at some point in the future but didnt require a immediate fix. Prices were great and so was service.

The cashier and tech at the counter, Devin was on top of his customers issues and informative with timelines, parts and pricing which is great compared to other shops where you sit for hours wondering whats going on. The mechanic on my vehicle was Paul, he was obviously very knowledgeable and experienced. He inspected any part that mightve been affected by my brake failure and addressed any concerns I had. I never trusted any shop Ive ever interacted with until today.

My experience was overall pure excellence!!! All staff were kind, informative, and professional!! Devin had great customer service and patience. Brittney was super sweet and efficient. Ruben had a great sense of humor and knows his job. James went over and beyond his job skills, with my small problem. He didnt even hesitate to fix. The whole team is pure awesomeness!!! I dont usually brag about my mechanics or where I get my oil changed, but this is my spot for oil change, check A/C, engine light, tires are low, these folks are AWESOME! We bought a used car and we took it to Jiffy lube on Potranco to get checked out, we werent pushed to have service done. I cant say enough about the Potranco Store, they are the best!

I went in for an inspection & the car cut off on me. It had already been a very stressful day & this added to the stress. On top of all of that, it was closing time!!! Had an inspection done. Weather was raining and an employee named Leo came out to my truck and said he would take care of me. I thought it was going to be a while because there was 2 lines of vehicles and other vehicles in the bays but Leo did my inspection very quickly and for that I thank him and the friendly staff. Will be a repeat customer for their great service. Highly recommend.

I needed my drivers side headlight changed. They went over and beyond helping me out. It was just before closing. I told them I was looking for somewhere to get my headlight changed. They said they could do it but needed the light. I went down the street and I got one. Came back and it was the wrong one. One of the employees said she would go and exchange it for me. It’s after hours now. But she did it away. Everyone was very nice. I usually go to a different Jiffy Lube for my oil change which they were always nice. But now I’ll come to this one cause they are exceptionally great!

Jiffy Lube is my go-to oil change spot because of its convenience but this specific locations employees are not wearing masks at all. The person who greeted me on my window wasnt wearing one and the other employees in the garage werent wearing one either. Im not going to spend a penny on a business that doesnt take the pandemic seriously. STAY AWAY from this location.

They did not do the oil change I paid for; I checked the dip stick after the oil change and it was black. I notified the manager, and he drained the dark, black oil in front of me. I paid $100.00 for a job they didn’t do. Jacob, Paul and Jace were so thorough- I took my tsx in for oil change and inspection and they noticed a few things that no other mechanism and service locations has ever mentioned to me before. They replaced all faulty parts within 1 hr. Car is running smoothly and efficiently. Will recommend coming here as they are so friendly and thorough!

Never had a problem here. Until recently I came for my usual oil change as soon as I leave my tire light turns on. Upon inspection this is what I found... I had checked my tires before arriving

After waiting over 2 hours I went to the desk and asked the employee for an update. They returned with another employee and said they wouldnt be able to help me at all today. When were they going to tell me they werent able to help me? They should have tried to reschedule me with some sort of a discount for my wasted time. Completely wasted my time.

Had always gone to the jiffy lube on Marbach since I could drive, and that location ruined jiffy lube for me after the incident of resetting my meter but not changing my oil, but devin and the team here created that same experience I’ve always known from jiffy lube. I was able to grab some breakfast while they serviced my vehicle. This will be my new location. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience felt humiliated took my vehicle for an oil change and was waiting outside by the bay while some dorky guy in glasses and a lame ankle bracelet on was laughing at my car not sure why he was but he was making sure everyone else in the bay saw my car and was laughing also I work hard for my money and then just to spend it here in hopes they do a good job not laugh at my possessions felt bad about this plus they took over and hour for my oil change while ko cars were in front of me when I got there never going back here

My car needed a fuel flush. The staff was courteous; the work was done professionally and timely. The cost was great in comparison to the other place I checked.

Very bad place they charged me a lot and my car did not start anymore they broke the air filter cover and they did not put water on the engine then I complained to them and they said they had a video that the car was fine but I did not want to fight with them anymore

Quick, no up sales, and was able to use a Groupon. They told us how many quarts of oil my car took specifically before starting the job. Will come again to this location.

Went in for an inspection that was $3.50 with a coupon from their website and then they charged me around $50 to get my windshield wipers changed or that they would fail my inspection. Ive changed them myself easily for $20. Predatory behavior, will not be going back.

Waited for 20 minutes in the lobby area and watched about 8 crew guys joke around. There was only one car in the garage and they werent even working on it. No one came in to deal with my car so I left to go to a different service

This is crazy, I come in here for a price check to get my brakes and rotors changed mind you I have the brakes and rotors. They wants to charge me $200 for that, this is ridiculous.

Got my State Inspection done here last week. The technicians were fast and friendly. The waiting room was very clean. Its right up the street from my house but even if it wasnt, Id drive across town to get my car serviced here.

VERY FRIENDLY AND KEPT ME INFORMED ON EVERYTHING THAT THEY DID.

I was there to do an alternator check up and work and it was done within 40 minutes roughly. The people were courteous and respectful and elaborate to explain the problem related to the topic. The working place and office was clean. It was an good experience. I am not sure about the price they charged for the work as I havent checked elsewhere about it. But I can say its pretty much within the range as I have checked later on through online reviews.

Jiffy Lube is where I always go to get my oil changed, but today it was a bit more of a disappointing experience because hardly any employees were wearing their masks, at least around one another. When I would see an employee come up to customer cars they’d put on their mask but once they turned away majority would pull their mask down. Just made me uncomfortable to be around that kind of environment due to the pandemic, so I chose to stay in my car while it was being serviced rather than the building so I could minimize contact with people. I also had a $25 off coupon I wanted to apply but the cashier gave me 25% off instead and I had only noticed once she walked away and I myself was almost close to leaving. I went back to discuss the mix up and luckily they were kind to give me the refund of the difference, if it was small I wouldn’t mind the error but a $13 difference seemed significant enough to ask for the correct discount to be applied.

I came in for a simple oil changed and everyone there was so helpful and so polite. Darryl was amazing with everything he helped me with and very knowledgeable about what was best for my car. Even though this is really out of my way for a oil change I will only come here from now on. Definitely just gained a new customer. I would like to say thank you to Darryl and the entire jiffy lube crew at potranco rd.

Very fast and friendly. When I pulled up someone came out in less than a few minutes and the entire service was really quick. The entire time was contactless and the location was very clean inside and even on the outside with clean pressure washed concrete. Ill continue to go to the guys at Jiffy Lube on Potranco.

This place is a scam! I use to come here because it was close to where I lived but today I went to the dealership where I got my car and it was literally half the price for an oil change, AND I got a free car wash. The porter that worked at the dealership said he used to work at Jiffy Lube and he left because of how ethical they were. DONT COME HERE they over charge to meet margins

Look over your receipt before you sign it. have them walk you through what they did lift the hood an double check

They upsell you on everything. If you go in for a routine oil change they will tell you you need new air filters, tire rotation, and headlight restoration. If you go for an inspection some guy will drive in your car then say you need new windshield wipers before passing inspection and charge you an extra $40. I understand businesses need to make a profit but this is just immoral and predatory behavior.

Went to get a inspection... for some odd reason my hood was open when I left. If you’re gonna peak, you could atleast close my hood.

Every time I have visited this location, the staff is very nice. Quick to get me what I need. Ensure I am driving safe. I was in and out on this visit just a state inspection. The facility was clean and I felt safe to be in the waiting room.

Everyone was so friendly at this location! They werent able to patch my flat tire because of how far gone it was but they were able to get a brand new tire in the shop within a couple of hours and my car was ready before I even left work! Great experience and very fast work. Will recommend!!
