I’ve gone to this NTB for a while to get my tires rotated and oil changed. Never really had a problem until this last time. When I went and picked up my car I noticed that there was grease all over my glove compartment, I’m guessing from where they checked my cabin filter, and they left a screwdriver in my floorboard. I keep Clorox wipes in my car so I just wiped it off but I noticed when I got home that there was also grease in my seat. I called back up there and the guy offered to clean it up for me but I didn’t want to drive all the way back up there. I managed to get it off with resolve but it was ridiculous how dirty my car was. Not gonna hold it against them because I’ve been here many times with no problems and the guy at the front was really nice, but they need to talk to whoever checked my cabin filter.

Great service and team. I purchased a Groupon for an oil change and was in and out just over an hour. They do take appointments or walk-ins. Recommendations were legit and not just trying to get over on needed items. In my case two front tires. I will definitely be back!!

This was my first time using this company for an oil change and tire rotation and it went so smoothly. They discovered I had been told to use the wrong oil and gave me a discount on the one I did need. They were fast and effective and polite throughout the entire time. I saw them open the doors for every customer every time and that’s a kind of service that keeps you coming back. Excellent job to these employees and the management. Definitely recommend!

Was my second time using a Groupon at Big O Tires for an oil change. Saved a little bit of $ using a promo code. Did have to pay little extra for additional oil & disposal fee as to be expected. Staff was courteous & had my Vehicle in & out in the time given. Will return when Im do for another oil change.

No matter which building I go to, they always have excellent service. I showed up an hour after I called an they had me out 3 hours later with a rental. Honestly, if I knew they didn’t rental before, I would have gotten it earlier and went back to work lol. But they are amazing and even better car rental service. THE BEST EVER!!!!!

I had an amazing first experience here. I had heard great things about Big O’ Tires in Corpus and wanted to see how they were in SA. They did not disappoint. Michael Lara has excellent customer service and his boss (didn’t get his name) was great!!! They helped me out with what I went in for and didn’t pressure me into trying to purchase other things like other places. If there was something else, they kindly let me know about the problem and let me decide if I wanted to get it taken care of. Of course they let me know which ones were highly recommended to get done first for my safety on the road. They definitely have my business for my car needs.

Service was great and even when showing me the issue with my car, they took me there and showed what was wrong.The only reason for 4 stars was because of the price for the parts installed. I checked them later and I could bought those for 60 to 80 dlls cheaper each and needed 2.Other than than, the experience was great!!

This was my 3rd time visiting this place. Ive gotten new tires, oil changes, some other small stuff like fix a nail in my tire, windshield wipers etc... Every time I visit I always have very friendly, knowledgeable and trustworthy technicians that take care of my vehicle. Ive gone other places and they try to take advantage of you or sell you stuff you dont need. I never had that experience here and that makes me feel comfortable. Great customer service!

The service clerk was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He answer every questions and concerns. Got 4 new tires, front shocks&struts, back brakes. Brake flush and trans. flush. The price was reasonable, I was every impress. The mechanic was awesome and keep us aware of the process on our vehicle.

Pricing was great but service took a very long time. Over an hour for an oil change and rotation.

Went to get an oil change on my sons car. Thought everything was great. Then I started having issues and the code said I needed to replace ignition coils. Spent $400, come to find out that whoever did my oil change spilled oil and wiped the outside of the engine, but left the spark plugs and ignition coils to soak in oil. Thanks

The best experience I have had at a mechanic shop in a long time. Staff was super friendly and cared about saving me money as well as what was best for my car. They didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need and they even recommended a Groupon for a better deal for me. I will go here for anything I can related to my car.

Not sure if I got the wrong service tech or it was just a bad day for him but he difinitely was on a bad mood as he wouldnt answer me when I asked if he were okay? I was waiting in my car before getting 2 new tires and the tech came out to get car. I saw him coming and I put my finger up to indicate give me a second as I unplug my phone from the charger and at that point he turned around and started walking away. I jumped out of that car and told him the car is ready and asked him if he was okay. He refused to answer me, even after several attempts. The car was brought in and tires changed in a short time(which was great) but the tech ... Not so much???!

Got my car in promptly, but left it there in the garage for 2 1/2 hours before they removed a simple screw from my tire. Extremely slow service. I dont prefer going there.

Came in here for allignment and they were able to do what 2 other shops couldnt; make my car go aligned. Expect to wait a bit though.Will return for my wifes car to be alligned.

Had the audacity to break the piece that goes inside of my truck that covers the donut; to change it and instead of asking me to get the things out of my trunk they were thrown out of the bag just everywhere on top of the tire not being properly put back due to him breaking the thing that covers the tire. It’s disrespectful because of you wouldn’t want it done to your property why do it to someone else’s.!

I made an appointment to have a tire fixed. I was told that they could not get me in for at least two hours. What’s the point of making an appointment if they can’t keep their schedule. I would give them less then a star if I could. I drove over 20 miles for nothing. I will not be doing business with them again.

Fast friendly service. I couldnt stay while my tires were being replaced because of work. Dropping it off was quick and easy. Thomas helped with my order and was very quick and professional. Prices are competitive. They even fixed my alignment. Would definitely use again in the future.

Good service. Very nice staff. It would have been 5 stars if they had done better with their appointment time. I was scheduled for 11, but my car was not started until after 12. A 75 minute delay is not good. If they can improve in that, definitely 5 stars.

Terrible place to go it was my first time going and i was getting two things done to my car a rear pinion seal and my brakes they said at first the to do the seal it was going to be just over 300 bucks and and the they say 250 for brakes all around and worded it to make it sound like it was a great deal so i went forth with doing it before they did the seal they called me and i double checked the price and then they come out with 600 instead of the 300 and claim that they have no idea where i got that from after they added a bunch of stuff with out telling me that those things needed to be done and wasnt included so i worked it out and went ahead and got it done and then i go to pay for my brakes and all of a sudden the 250 turned into 500 when they say 250 all around the customer is apparently suppose to know they mean 250 for front plus 250 for rear the whole time i was there before getting the work done they said nothing about the total coming out to be 500 they reword stuff to confuse you into thinking your paying a low price and screw you when you pay and to add to that i get into my car to find a mess where they did not clean up worst experience ive ever had and will never go back ive worked as a tech in a dealer ship and not even the dealer ships screw people like i just got screwed

3 stars because there were only 2 other customers in the waiting area and it took almost 2.5 hours to do 1 tire mount and balance and rotation on a Nissan Rogue. They also forgot to install a new air pressure sensor on the newly mounted tire.

Service was good, the Service Tech explained what was done after my tires were balanced and my Truck was Aligned. Service wait time wasnt that bad . I suggest for All Auto places is to Show up Early or schedule an Apt.

I left home yesterday and immediately realized I had a tire that was 80% flat. I was able to air it up enough to get to Discount Tire, where I had recently bought 4 brand new tires with a warranty. At Discount Tire I was dismissed almost immediately after being told the warranty didn’t cover a nail in my tire. But I still needed a tire and since they showed no interest in selling me one, I made it across the highway to Big O’s. I was greeted immediately and reassured that they could help me. I was given about half a dozen tire options, ranging in price. I asked that they choose something in the middle price range and was good quality. I needed an oil change so I figured I may as well do everything at once. Even though they were very busy, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem to also do the oil change. I got a new tire, 3 years tire protection, full synthetic oil change, and great customer service for $199. Two and a half hours later they called saying the car was ready.Big O’s is my new place for tires, oil changes, etc. They were extremely helpful! I had taken the day off work to take my son to a dr’s appointment so the flat tire had me stressed out and frustrated. I was even more irritated after leaving Discount Tire, but Big O’s made me feel so much better. My son and I walked up the street for lunch and ubered home. Even though the car was ready, I had to wait for my husband to get off work and Big O’s assured me it was fine to leave the car until the afternoon. All in all, it was a nice end to a frustrating situation.

Made an appointment for an oil change (groupon) at 9am. Its 11:30am and still not done. Sales guy then said I needed a service that would take additional 3.5hrs, I said I didnt have time, they offered a car rental service which I couldnt use due to the app working poorly (which they said they could discount the cost of the labor to offset the rental) come to find out the owner of the shop owns the rental company as well. And the car rental service was rated rated lowest ive ever seen with a suspicious 4 star review that seemed VERY generic and positive...like the owner or someone manufactured a positive review.. I said I didnt want to use it and they tried to stress the urgency of the service I needed... felt like the old days tactics of pushy mechanics and shadiness. I wont be coming back to this location. Big O Tires is cool, just not this experience.

The guys went above and beyond. Had problems with valve stem extensions on the RV. The guys pulled the rear duels a couple of times I finally located the valve stem extensions pulled the tires again installed the new extensions. Life is good. Great service!!!!

Lance gave excellent and courteous service. He went ALL THE WAY above and beyond by giving me the best price for my new tires. I have been using Big O for about 4 years now and plan on staying a loyal customer for many more to come.

Thirty minutes before closing I pulled into Big O with my rear left tire going flat. Not only did they replace the tire which had a non-fixable puncture my pressure warning light detected they also honored their warranty although I had no paperwork with me. I got home with a brand new tire for a quarter of what a replacement would have cost at most other tire stores. Glad Big O has the number of outlets they do in my area

Took 2.5 hours to get my oil changed it’s an appointment.Other than the long wait, the people are very nice and the crew seems experienced.I bought a Groupon and they still charged me 10$ for oil disposal which seems like something that should be included in an oil change.

I have used this location before on my truck, and had a very good experience. I returned with my son’s car, and that is where the problems started. I was verbally quoted 875 for all 4 tires, as there was a special on them, but when he printed the paperwork, it was a little over $1000. When I asked why the difference in price, Thomas tried to explain to me that taxes were the reason. When I addressed that taxes are not that high, and the paperwork was showing the before tax price of over $900, he tried to tell me that he didn’t think he told me the $875 price. I should have walked out the store at this time, but I didn’t. He finally got the price to $874.22. We left the car there, and he called me back later to tell me that he had a better tire on special, and it would only cost $25 more per tire, and I agreed. My wife went the next day to pick up the car, and the price went up to $1179. When I called back to find out what happened, and get a resolution to the problem, he pretended to not remember me, the car, or the situation, and he was stumbling around with his words (at this moment I knew that he was trying to find a way out of this situation). He told me at one moment that there is no way they were only $25 more per tire, and then came back and said that they were $25 more per tire, but the 4th tire was full price. I can understand the difference in charge, but that is not what was told to me. At this time, they are not willing to help in any way. It is obvious that the front counter works on commission. I will never take another one of my cars to this shop, and I advise everyone to not give them your business either. If you call customer service to file a complaint, they just give it to the store for someone there to contact you. I have no faith in the way this operation is conducted.

Robert identified the problem I had, found an uncommon part, and fixed the problem in a few days. It was a big bill and he lowered it a bit saving me some money. Highly recommend this place.

My car had been making a loud noise when I would break and after taking my car twice to CD Tire shop, they could NOT figure out what the problem was. They replaced my break pads, supposedly cut only the back Rotors thinking thats what was causing the problem & over $200 later the problem still existed. When I took it back the 2nd time he said it sounded like something that had to do with the transmission and had to refer me to a transmission shop. I decided to take my Brothers advice and brought it to Big Os and the mechanic, quickly, was able to diagnose the problem just by test driving & hearing it. I dropped it off at about 1pm and it was ready that same day. I am definitely bringing my car here from now on. They were quick, friendly, very knowledgeable and professional.

I did bring my car on a busy day...however, I received poor service. I paid for an oil change, tire rotation, and inspection. I marked one of the tires so I could check if they were rotated. I was told I would receive a call when the car was ready. I never received a call so I called before they closed and they said the car was ready. I went to pick up the car and tires were not rotated and there was no copy of an inspection. Guy at counter was nice and said I could come back for a free rotation. That was a nice gesture but still inconvenient because my car was already left at the shop for a day.

Spoke to General Manager Thomas on the phone he quoted me a great price and set up appointment same day. He went out of his way to go pick up tires since they didn’t have the ones we needed in stock. He was very professional had everything completed in a timely manner. Good service and highly recommend. Our Traverse was happy to have new tires. Thank you -Camacho Family

Monday May, 3rd, 2021. I went for a tire rotation and to have my air pressure checked. Time did not permit a tire rotation and none of the techs were available so Noel went above and beyond and offered to fill my four tires with air. As a management educator I make it a point to compliment when a compliment is due and to provide feedback when service is disappointing.Monday- I told Noel his service was outstanding and deserved excellence in customer satisfaction. He understands the corporate motto to meet or exceed customers expectations and he did just that. I applaud Noel friendly and very selfless helping attitude. 5 stars!!!Tuesday May 4th, 2021. I returned for my 9:30 am scheduled appointment for the tire rotation. I left at 11:30 am. Turns out I had to buy two new tires. I sat for sometime before going to ask why it was taking so long only to be told the tires had to be delivered from the warehouse, sorry for not coming to inform you. In my opinion 2 hours was excessive and the attendants were less than good hosts. In the waiting area the walls were written with notices of WiFi and available coffee. There was no coffee and I was not able to concoct with WiFi using the code provided. I left Tuesday aggravated and would have asked for a senior discount for the wait but wanted to get out of there so badly I just left. disappointed on Tuesday. 1 star

Had planned to get new tires this spring; however a nail changed our plans...Brought the wife’s van in midday Saturday without an appointment. Decided we wanted to do tires now, and also wanted the breaks replaced. The team took care of everything in only a few hours. My second set from them. Will only be coming back here going forward! Everything was exceptional. I gave only four stars because they forgot to put my valve stem caps back on my car, which, as a cook would be like me forgetting to put the garnish on the plate.

Thomas, the GM of this establishment, was beyond fantastic in working with me to get several thousand dollars worth of work done for a reasonable price. His team performed all of the work within 24 hours of receiving my vehicle, which is now running almost as well as it was over a decade ago when I bought it.As a person who is skeptical of customer service, particularly at a garage where they know so much more than I do about cars, Thomas explained everything in detail including what was necessary and what was not at this exact moment in time.Not only would I strongly recommend this location to anyone with car problems, I must even point out they picked me up to get my car when it was finished. From start to finish, they made what could have been a horrendous experience into a positive one. I applaud every single person who works here, especially Thomas.

Ok spot for tires if every other shop is closed. Was quoted an hour to an hour and a half for work.4.5 hours later it was still not done. When I asked why the salesperson said it was on a lift for an alignment...that I had not requested. I told him I did not have time for the alignment and was not looking to pay for it.20 more minutes later I got my car.Look, as a business owner I understand that times are tough amd staffing correctly can be expensive but for the love of G dont quote 1.5 hours if it is going to take 5 hours

I had a pretty good experience at this store. The oil changes are always on the longer side at any Big O Tires. The staff were very professional.

Came in to get oil change and get one front wheel balance due to a bounce in front end. Over an hour waiting for the oil change, the tech finally started with the tire balance. Because of the position of the vehicle I couldnt see what was happening due to other vehicles in the way. After an hour and 45min, he finally drove the truck out and parked it.After paying I walked out to drive off, to find the bouncing worst. I got out to find he balanced the wrong tire. I called the sales counter person to find out which tire he balanced in which he said the front but, when i mention that the front hadnt been touched and the weights were on the back, he replied, well he must had moved it to the back??.I asked to come back to fix the problem and the guy said were booked up today sorry, that i could come back another day. Yeah right on that... Ill get my tires done somewhere else, thank you.
