I was looking for a gate latch, before go to the Home Depot, I check on the inventory and find they have plenty 48 pieces. But when I stop by, was a disappointment and lost of my time, they never find that.It’s two things or the people that work there do not know what they have, or they inventory is terrible
Their “price match” policy is pretty much just to their discretion. They only say they will accept it if it’s compared to Walmart or Lowes. In their website does not say that but in reality they make their own rules.
This place is the best.The people are very nice and helpful.I bought a nail gun today and I will be coming back soon. I recommend this store to everyone

I waited 20 minutes for an associate to help me in the paint booth. I was the first in line, and the associate ignored me and other 5 customers waiting in line. That was just ridiculous!

Home Depot service is getting worse, I asked the pro desk to call a hardware salesmen to get me a drill because they are lock up, He looks at me and points to a hardware salesmen that is halfway down another aisle. Lazy people. If I didnt need the drill for work, I would have walk out.
Well only because their bait promotional items are out of stock, otherwise customer service was great!
