Curtis Kishur / UB Kitchens has made the cabinet portion of our current home renovation the easiest, most pleasant part of this project. From the time he first came to our house to help with the cabinets for our guest bath two years ago, Curtis has been patient and helpful. For this current project, he helped us figure out how to maximize cabinet space in the new space we would have in the kitchen after we removed a portion of one wall. He suggested the design of the bank of cabinets we added to a wall that formerly had no cabinets. He made multiple trips to our house (which is in NW San Antonio, not anywhere near the UB Kitchens SA location) to check the measurements and to reassure my husband and me after the contractor measured differently. He worked with our contractor to make sure our cabinets were installed in a timely manner. He answers my emails quickly, and always has a solution for any problem I present him. The granite fabricator made the counter by the pantry too long, which interfered with opening the pantry door. Our project manager thought the remedy was to readjust the hinges on the pantry. I didnt want anyone other than UB Kitchens experts touching my cabinets, so I held off the project manager and in a panic attached a photo of the problem to an email plea for help from Curtis. He responded quickly and said that the counter needed to be cut; adjusting the pantry door hinges would not solve the problem. I told the project manage, and he had the granite fabricator shorten the counter. They were very careful not to damage my pantry door, and the problem is fixed. Today, while FINALLY moving back into my kitchen, I bent down to place my dogs water dish back in the place we kept it before the remodel. As I bent down to place the bowl, I noticed a tiny chip in the wood at the very bottom of the side wall of the pantry. I emailed a picture to Curtis, and hes reassuring me that something can be done. I cant even begin to describe the relief I have working with Curtis. Everything else about this project has been disorganized, haphazard, and disappointing. People dont show up when the project manager says they will (including the project manager), the contractor never shows up (he promised before the work began that he always visits work sites), and no one answers our emails or text messages when we send messages trying to get information about when the mistakes and over-sights will be corrected. Working with Curtis and UB Kitchens has been such a relief by comparison! And I know we will still be enjoying our beautiful cabinets years from now, as we are still enjoying our beautiful UB Kitchen Cabinets we had installed in our condominium in Austin. My husband and I appreciate Curtis and UB Kitchens attention to detail and customer service so very much. We are recommending UB Kitchens to everyone we know!

We love our new kitchen! I would highly recommend these guys. They made the process of remodeling our kitchen much more enjoyable than I thought it was going to be. Noe, our designer, was super easy to work with and so knowledgeable. From start to finish, he really guided us, offered us amazing suggestions, and checked in regularly to make sure we were happy. Installation process was a breeze and the installers really pay attention to every little detail. Well be using them for our master bath remodel as well.

UB Kitchens did a remarkable job on our remodeling project. They did our Utility Room, along with a huge Kitchen remodel and were amazing. Noe did a beautiful job with the design--he was patient and thorough with all aspects. And Adam Johnston could not have done more in making sure we were satisfied from the beginning of the project to the end. The sign of a true outstanding business is how well they stand behind when things go right, and when they dont. We could not have asked for better customer service.

Heres why I chose UB:They offered extended warranties on their cabinetry and the installers were not subcontracted, which is always more reliable. I have done multiple remodels in the past, and I want to know that I can call someone if I have problems down the line. UB was easy to deal with, gave me a great design, told me which of their employees/installers were coming to my house, but most importantly offered me a lifetime warranty on the cabinets themselves...while other companies couldnt. The installer even told me that the cabinets are made up in Kansas (better than some made in China junk)Overall, service was awesome, and Im beyond satisfied with my kitchenIf you are going to be in your house for a while and want a quality product that isn’t going to fall apart, give UB a shout. Youll be happy you did.

UB Kitchens... You be awesome!!! I just finished a whole house remodel and UB Kitchens hooked me up with amazing cabinets for my kitchen as well as beautiful vanities for my bathrooms. The staff is great from the owner to the designers to the installers. They helped me pick the perfect combination of wood species, door style, and features to get the sleek, modern look that I wanted. I was a little nervous about how things would turn out given the large scope of my project, but they came out and measured everything and showed me images of what the finished product would look like. Sure enough, when installation was complete it was exactly as they had shown me and even more beautiful. All my friends love my awesome kitchen and bathrooms. Its great to be able to work with a local company AND get a great price AND get great service. I will recommend UB Kitchens to all my friends and anybody who needs cabinets.

Excellent products, amazing customer service and top notch installation crew. When we started our kitchen remodeling process my wife and I were a little overwhelmed by the whole process. Noe at UB Kitchens was fantastic and really helped guide us and offer really great design advice as well as ease our worries about all the things that could go wrong. I was super impressed with their warranty and the fact that their installers are employees and not sub contracted. They were all so professional, hard working and kind. This led us to do more research and we discovered the very positive experiences others had with UB Kitchens! We made an appointment with Marcello and were extremely impressed with his knowledge, work ethic and ability to positively answer all of our questions throughout our kitchen remodel. My wife and I just built a new home, and used UB Kitchens to design our kitchen and bath vanities. We had a wonderful design experience with Curtis Kishur. His knowledge and expertise were far superior to any other designer that we got designs and price quotes. Although UB Kitchens competitor had similar prices on the same brand cabinets, there was no comparison in customer service. UB Kitchens was absolutely the better choice.

Have seen lots of good reviews on the product and the design assistant. My experience is all of that is true. Had them install my cabinets 4 years ago. Had a problem with a hinge and they came back and fixed it 4 years later. The followup is unheard of in this day and age. They do what they say when they say they will so it.

UB Kitchens was recommended to us by a family member and also a local contractor. We were greeted immediately by Curtis Kishur, who by the way has been in contact with us the entire build time which is extremely important when tackling a remodel. Anyways, we came to Curtis and UB kitchens with just ideas, nothing set in stone, within a day he had an entire custom kitchen layout specifically highlighting our wants and needs. Curtis was patient enough to actually listen and not interject his own ideas unless we asked, which we actually used some of his designs in our now custom kitchen. When it came time to install, Curtis took the time to conduct a meeting with my contractor and myself on site at my home to make sure all was well and spot on by doing an on site inspection/final measure. Being prior military I can appreciate someone has the attention to detail attitude and who is diligent in what they do. We could not be happier with our kitchen and Curtis expertise and professionalism. I would recommend UB Kitchens to anyone who is planning a DIY remodel or a contractor looking for an excellent design team. UB Kitchens is an A++ in my book and Curtis was awesome!
