This location has great customer service. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and quick.

Had them install an amp and 2 speakers on my Polaris slingshot and now my system don’t work. I removed the wires and notice they hacked in the radio harness. Which is okay but at least tape it to look professional. They sliced 3 inches of the harness and wrapped it 1 inch of black tape. Will not go back.

I went their and got a system installed, Francisco was the manager and super helpful. I went in not knowing what I wanted & he helped me out & got me a new system and Im extremely satisfied!! Will be a returning customer thanks Francisco!

I recommend this place!!! I had an alarm installed and their work was fabulous!!!! Francisco was very professional in helping me pick out the right alarm for my car. I will definitely be back for more work done on my Monte Carlo SS.

Stereo installation was a disaster. The installation employee that installed my stereo had major attitude when confronted about the issues. Speakers do not work, door locks do not work, and the alarm does not work. Just from installing a stereo with a backup camera. If I could give a negative rating I would instead of one star. The manager said there was nothing he could do. So disappointed.

What a great place! I was having problems with the factory stereo system in my suv and both the manager (Frank) and install tech did an amazing job explaining the situation and offered me options to resolve the issue. Within an hour of install time (the same day) I was back on the road and very pleased with the outcome. Will be returning to your store location to further explore adding a complete aftermarket stereo system.Updated 3 days later! Returned to the same custom sounds location. Once again great customer service and install the same day!Complete Kenwood system installed. Receiver, 4 door speakers, amp, bass knob, and subwoofer in ported box.

I had my car audio installed with another shop but needed a proper tune when it was all done. I took it here and was very impressed with what they did with it. Most appreciated was the willingness of the gentlemen who tuned it to answer questions and let me come back for fine adjustments. Kudos!

When i walked in he took care of me right away and set me up with the stereo speakers and good alarm I absolutely loved and VERY much needed... I felt he cared to explain to me each product, an answered my long list of questions. Id have to say OUTSTANDING FRIENDLY CUSTOMER SERVICE for other women going alone looking for audio and alarm systems this is definitely the person and place to come to.

I had a bad experience at sw custom sound store i posted a bad review and before the day was done after posting review there regional manger gus was texting me offered to fix the problem i told him what happened and long story gus fix the problem so if something dose go wrong you can be sure the regional manger will take care of it and mind you this was th sw military store and not all custom sound stores gus wasnt from that one he was from san Pedro store but he still made it write so if something dose go wrong im pretty sure they will correct it and when im ready to up grade system ill be going to san Pedro store thanks Gus for all your help saved a customer i can tell you that much

Great place to go and get your car audio! Had my stereo system installed including custom box, 2 12s and an amp! Service could use some work. Had to wait more than 30 minutes to talk to sales rep, only 1 guy running the store with non stop customers walking in! Need more sales reps!! Also had to leave my truck for the entire day, didnt get to pick it up until after closing time! Again, this location needs more help!

Amazing customer service there especially with Richard. He was very patient with me n was able to answer all my questions on a way I can understand lol. I totally recommend I don’t this location if u want someone to understand exactly what ur looking for.

I needed an alarm for my truck, called these guys. The guy says yes bring it in and we will have it ready by 7 PM. I dropped my truck off at 12 noon and didnt hear back nothing all day. I headed there about 630 and the guy tells me he was just getting ready to call me and let me know they havent got to it yet.. Very poor customer service and waste of time.

These guys saved my ass. i tried to install my new car radio on my own and botched it badly. I burned out a lighting wiring harness in the process. They installed the radio and fixed the harness. The harness virtually impossible to replace without a dash wiring kit from the dealer for $2000.
