The DVD player in my car stopped working so I called the car dealership who then directed me to Dealer Source. I spoke to Tom. He went above and beyond to help me. I no longer live in Texas. Tom called his contacts at the company who make the DVD player to see where there was a shop in my state to install a new one. Not only is he shipping the new player to that shop, he advocated for this replacement to be covered under the warranty. I was amazed by this superior level of service. Tom, I cannot thank you enough. The kids are thrilled and I shall remain sane on long road trips!!

The service was excellent. Tom went above and beyond to help me with the radio in my new Chevy. He really saved my day after Valmark Chevrolet in New Braunfels proved to be completely incompetent. Had my 2007 F350 Lariat leather seats replaced in 2019 due to wear. Some of the seams werent perfect and there was slightly loose leather in a back seat but not obvious enough for me to take it back. In January 2020, the drivers seat is already showing wear.

Had leather seats installed on my car. Looks better than factory. Install was done fast and professionally highly recommend Dealer Source if you want to upgrade your seats.

Mixed feelings about aftermarket stereo install. They were very responsive and worked with me on getting install scheduled, even meeting me a little closer to home for convenience, which was very appreciated. They even switched it out for a different one for me after I decided I didnt like the original I bought.My issue with them is I think the install they did created some bad electrical issues in my Tahoe and cost me nearly $1,000 in unnecessary repairs that didnt even fix the issue. The problem was with the unit installed. They were responsive to me until I contacted them and told them I was frustrated about it. I havent heard a peep from them since to even argue otherwise.I had a lot of issues with the unit restarting itself, the screen going black but music still playing. I tried a couple of times to set an appointment to have it looked at, and was cancelled on the morning of because they had a last minute mandatory staff meeting called.Meanwhile, my car is also having electrical/starting issues. My instrument cluster would completely die while driving and come back on. Several times my car would completely die for no reason. Zero electrical activity, wouldnt even turn over. A couple times it left me stranded out running errands with my 2 year old in the middle of August Texas heat. I had told DealerSource about all the weird activity going on. In the meantime, afraid Id get stranded any time I left the house.Got it to the dealership again (not the first visit for this issue with no resolution), and they said my alternator was bad. I had it replaced but was convinced it wouldnt fix the issue. Again got stranded with a dead car. Took it back to the dealer and they said my battery was bad (though it looked brand new). So I paid to have that replaced because I bought the car used and didnt have a serial number or receipt for the battery in the car. I knew that wouldnt fix it though. Almost $1,000 later and I was still getting a dead car.Finally my service advisor told me we should get DealerSource to come in and look at it. I picked my car up after about a day and was told they changed a module in the unit. Sounds pretty simple to me! I havent had an issue since. Im convinced by the events that took place, that their install caused my issues and cost me a ton of money, and theyre avoiding responsibility for it.

The leather turned out fine, but they broke parts of my NEW car and tried to hide it. They actually put the broken piece -plastic cover on the door- back on and just left it for us to find. Do not recommend! They replaced the part but never owned up to having HID it. The manager kept saying “thing break sometimes”, yeah, but do you always HIDE IT? We took it back and my husband watched while they took other parts off to inspect and see if more damage was hidden, and guess what? A second part had to be replaced. That had been broken and just LEFT. Then we got the car home and found the screws in the armrest have been STRIPPED. Seriously? The manager had the nerve to say “well everything’s new now”. Yeah new stripped screws, new headaches, new loss of our valuable time.

Got my front spoiler and racing stripes for my 5.0 done and the service and price were great. Angela is awesome and will be getting interior upgrade there in the near future.

Wow, the service here blew me away. I wasnt sure where to take my 2014 Accord to have tweeters installed. Multiple dealerships refused to install them, but one recommended Dealer Source. The people are kind and knowledgable and they installed everything in a timely manner and the price was right where I was expecting to pay. Would highly recommend them for various installs.

I have 2 toddlers so when routines are broken for my kids it makes it harder on me. They came out to my house and installed for the same price. I am super pleased...my installer Thomas was awesome and showed me how to use the equipment. I definitely recommend them. This is the 2nd time we have used them. 1st time leather seats and 2nd for a remote start.

Very sloppy work. Brought the new Jeep in to have tinting. Brought it clean, left with water and white soapy film running down the exterior and interior doors. When I asked the representative he said this was normal. I will need to spend hours detailing the jeep to get all of the sticky film off. We were referred here by the Jeep dealer where we purchased it. Very sloppy work.

I had a remote start put on to my 2017 Ford F-350. They were nice helpful, knowledgable and polite. I am going in tomorrow to have heated seats installed.

I walk in to get an estimate in the morning, I am only customer there and very nice greeting, a gentleman comes out to give estimate and informs me what cant be done, so he went in to get someone else more knowledgeable, 10 minutes later I am still outside, so I left.

I was referred to this place by a coworker with the highest regards towards their work, which may be the reason Im so disappointed. I had an appointment Friday morning to get amp steps installed and my truck wasnt done until around 5 pm because they were working on another vehicle, and they were working out a kink in the passenger step. I had a friend pick my truck up because I wouldnt be able to make it by 5:30, so when I got home to my truck around 6 pm the first thing I did was test the passenger step. Initially testing it, it didnt work at all, but after several attempts it began to work intermittently but was rough, which said to me, that they signed off on shotty work because they ran out of time. I dropped my truck off the following morning before work(6:30 am) and yet again ubered home. I texted the salesman and said they didnt work properly and they had it fixed and delivered to my house which for the most part made up for the hassle. About a week after installation, my truck started malfunctioning and not turning on whatsoever. After I popped the hood I saw that the wire they ran to the fuse box was burning into the fuse box cover. I took the truck over immediately and they had it fixed within the half hour. I would have rated higher since they fixed the issues in a timely manner but Im extremely unimpressed that they signed off on the shotty work to begin with.

Other than a lady being a grouch service was great..
