I called to attempt to discuss the installation of a amplifier and a subwoofer. Although the girl was very nice on the phone, she would not offer any help on helping me choose a set up to go with. She just insisted I had to go in whoever I was wanted to build a package and discuss it over the phone and have it ready to go for the day that I’m able to go in with his solution. But that obviously is not a option with them and have to go in first. Makes it very inconvenient and first impression is their customer service is not very good. Bottom line is I attempted to give them business but will be shopping elsewhere.Update: the owner replied and made things worse. They stated they didn’t know what I wanted so they couldn’t help me. That is what questions were in invented for! Your company made no attempt to understand what I wanted because you didn’t ask me any questions and just insisted I come in. Horrible customer service. My suggestion is to ask questions to understand what a customer wants. I do not need to be in your shop to discuss some options. The appearance of the equipment is of no interest to me.

Had my wifes car worked on here a month ago. As a birthday present I installed $1,300 worth of sound equipment in her car. First things first the rear airbag panels werent put back on properly but thats not even my main issue. Yesterday my wife got pulled over and when she pulled off the highway and press the button to turn her hazards on they didnt work. So my wife brought it into the dealership and the dealer stated that the hazards were not connected, due to the sound system work we had installed. We had to pay $225 for the dealership to reconnect them after diagnosing it. When I called M & C Audio I was connected with the owner and installer Mario. I told him my issue and asked him how he was going to make a right. Essentially he said I should have called and M&C first before taking it to the dealer. When I asked him how my wife was supposed to know that her hazards not working had anything to do with the sound system put in her car a month prior, he essentially told me its not his problem. Then he hung up on me . I then called back and tried to discuss it further with him, again asking how he was going to make it right since theyre the one failed to reconnect the hazard lights. I then asked him why they dont tell their customers that these types of issues with lights Etc could occur when installing a sound system and she was sarcastic with me and said I quote yeah! let me just give you a detailed checklist of everything that could go wrong after we install. And Im like yes that would have been nice! Theres no way someone who doesnt have a working knowledge of how car systems work would have any way of connecting the problem with hazard lights not working to their sound system. I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism and a lack of responsibility and integrity. You would think with the money I just threw at that company that he would be willing to do something to try to make it right. But no. If I could give this less than 1 star, I would.

I took my 2 truck here, 2011 Ford F150 and 2007 Toyota Tundra, to install new audio systems and window tint. The owner was very friendly and helpful. He took the time to explain the whole process. I highly recommend this place.

I only required some minor screws to install my own car radio system, which I paid for. Not only did I get the wrong screws, but the woman insisted that if I needed any more assistance then I would would have to purchase an install for a min. Of $89.00. I purchased a razor From a hardware store nearby and install it myself within 15 minutes for $0.00. Let me reiterate. I never wanted services. Only the right screws per which I paid for. These guys are a rip off for installment services.

Worst service ever and they kept on giving me the run around always saying they cant do it today always tomorrow! Had after market lights installed and they had a wire wired wrong for my blinker this whole time.. took it somewhere else and they fixed it in 15mins for $20

This shop is undoubtedly the best in the business. i am a hard customer to please and yet this shop never fails to go above and beyond. they have trouble shot wiring issues on several of my antiques and resto-mods and and figured it out when no other shop could. their sound expertise is second to none and have installed systems in my Vipers, Bel Air, Avanti, corvette and most recently lights and sound on my jeep. anytime someone is in my rides they always ask who did my sound set ups. they are professional well priced and extremely knowledgeable about any electronic aspect of any genre vehicle. if you are picky and want it done quick without any brain damage this is the shop. in the last 15 years ive been to many shops and there are none better than this one.

Horrible... Ppl..... installing equipment very little knowledge of profession ...I upgraded my fac.. system and changed all speakers out well month goes by one speaker in not. Working I was told it was a piece that needed to be sodderd back together... no problem long story short it happened again and its the same problem but said it was because the equalizer was ajusted different..wanted me to pay 100$ for bad products or bad installing...bottom line I would be more wise than I was and go to a more reputable car stereo shop...this place sucks stay away

Great customer service but a bit pricey

Our son used them to put an underglow kit on his car it was installed incorrectly and was killing the battery. After several attempts to fix we decided to remove the under glow kit. They removed and offered no remedy to refund any part of what we paid. Horrible experience.

I was skeptical going to a small shop to have work done in the trunk of my 1965 mustang. But this shop was great everyone was very helpful and friendly. They had great pricing and were able to complete the job in one day without an appointment. It was a great investment taking my car to them and creating an even floor all the way through trunk. Im very mediocre at car audio and Jay at m&c audio completely steered me in the right direction I went in to buy a new subwoofer for my jl audio micro 8 enclosure (I blew the woofer). After discussing what I wanted and looking at prices and specs he hooked me up with a subwoofer and a box both tuned perfectly to each other he even gave me the wiring connectors and screws for the install, He also advised me that the amplifier I was already running was great for this setup and that I did not need a new upgrade. They are Extremely professional and very knowledgeable they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. I will now only shop here for car audio or to ask for advice THESE GUYS KNOW THERE STUFF

Went in today, 3/31/17 and received excellent service. I needed my passenger window re-tinted (replaced due to a rock hitting it) and they took me in right away and matched the tint perfectly. Mario and his staff are friendly, knowledgable, and the prices are exceptional.

Buyer beware I took my car to have a alarm system install some interior lights in my car well after a while i notice my headlights were not working well I took it back to them and they told me it wasnt their fault the owner seems to be very polite and friendly when it comes 2 welcome you to his business when it comes to trying to fix the problem that he caused he gives you an attitude I took it to dealership and they came back that whoever had worked on my alarm did not know what they were doing they put the fuses in the fuse box the wrong way it was missing some fuses a simple thing that could have been taken care of with a smile or a how can I help you instead of saying it wasnt us the dealership took an hour to fix the problem one thing for sure I will never go there and I would not recommend this place make sure that everything works before you leave Id rather pay top dollar to have a top job done now my car is working the right way as a consumer I have the right to post

I usually do not post reviews but this is LITERALLY the worst experience with a “locally family owned” business EVER!I read the bad review given a couple months ago in which the owner replied and it is COMPLETE BS...I have had enough today,I go in for a window tint at 11:30!!!!They say it will take 2-3 HOURS.Fine, cool, went to go wait and do other things while I wait, never once did I receive any call AT ALL mentioning when my car was ready or whatever.I go in at almost 5 oclock to pick up my car since they hadn’t called me. I go in, spoke to a man, and told me they hadn’t touched my car because the “window tint guy wasn’t available since he was working on another vehicle” OK WELL FIRST OF ALL, DO YOU HAVE THE DECENCY TO CALL THE CUSTOMER?????? I am an understanding person but they just took full freaking advantage of me! Not onlt did they waste my day, take 5 hours for my cars windows to not be touched AT ALL!!! Super unprofessional but guess what... not even the worst part... not only again did they not call me at all, THEY TOUCHED MY stuff in my car! They moved all of my items that i packed since I leave to college in my car they MOVED MY ITEMS without my permission and didn’t even NEED TO MOVE THEM! All you needed to do was open my door to do the tint. I have done them before, I KNOW. They had no reason to move my private property and now we have to check that I have all my items. (BTW I HAVE PICTURES!)I would love to hear the owners excuse for this because there is NONE.I am considering taking legal action for this situation unless the owner has something to say about it and make amends.

Im very disappointed with the way I am being treated by this establishment. Everything was great about purchasing my item (speakers), but the installation of them have failed once before and now again (distortion when bass line hits). All I am trying to do is have them fix the problem. I bought only 4 months ago. The sales woman is trying to give me every excuse to not help with the problem, saying that it is probably my auxiliary connection and that the radio sounds fine and it probably isnt the installation. She says all of this without even looking at the speakers. Think twice before purchasing here. Ask questions before you purchase. In my opinion, their customer service after the fact is completely horrible.

Do not, i repeat, DO NOT come here! I came to get a horn installed, the lady at the desk said my installation would take an hour, this was at 11 so i figured Id wait. I left the shop and drove by at 12 only to see the truck parked and untouched. At 1230 i went inside and the lady said they were working on it. By this time im STARVING so i went to go eat and came back at 2pm. To my surprise the truck was still not done. I was told it would be ready in 20min but nope, i left that place 3 hours after dropping off the truck when it was supposed to take one hour. Heres the kicker, i called another shop and found out they charge $25 less than this place for the same installation. I also asked about window tinting, they charge 70 bux for 2 front windows, so of course i callled the shop on perrin beitel / 410 and guess what? They charge $50! Long story long, stay away from this place.
