Land Rover San Antonio has been the best experience my family and I have had when shopping for a vehicle. From the moment you walk up until the very end when receiving your keys, it’s top of the line service. Dana Napier was our salesman and without a doubt he knows how to take good care of his customers. He made sure we drove away in a Land Rover feeling comfortable, safe and most of all where we wanted to be in purchase. Car has been in the shop for 2 months with no update of when I’m getting it back, David (service adviser) does not respond, Erin Cooley (head of service) does not respond. This will definitely be my last time owning a Range Rover and my last time dealing with Land Rover of San Antonio. Run far away from this dealership while you can.

I was interested in a vehicle that came as a trade-in and they accommodated for me to test it and start the sale even though the vehicle had just arrived. I am in the market for a new vehicle and I was interested in checking out the Defender. I went to the dealership and was disappointed to find that they did not have any and would not have any until October. Plus I was told that it most likely would sell before arrival and thus not be drivable. If I wanted to order one it would not be available until 2023, so I was told.The biggest issue is now that I went buy and looked them up online I keep getting ads on You Tube about Cavender having a great stock which is annoying.Another annoying thing, but not really their fault, is that they are remodeling so the showroom currently is not existent.

I was set on purchasing a Lincoln Navigator but when I got to that dealership their sales department was so bad they just gave me a brochure they didn’t even know their own cars. I also went to buy a Cadillac Escalade it was so bad because of their microchip issue. I went to Land Rover and Jarrett Perkins was awesome and went above and beyond for me! I will always recommend my family and friends over to him. This guy knows his cars and gave me an incredible experience. I recommend Land Rover to anyone and he will solve any problems you might have!

Went in to the dealer thinking I wasn’t going to be able to make a deal on the new ride, but the the Guy Rene Gonzales was the man to make it happen, I couldn’t believe how he and his team did they where fantastic, and amazing, wasn’t there very long at all on the appointment the Car was parked up front waiting for me fully detail and full of gas before I even set in the office. I didn’t expect Rene, and Cameron, to make the deal so smooth and stress free. I have to say Elijah is one of the best car dealership employees I have ever come across. He adds a human touch to the process and is kind. Kindness is a much needed attribute in business nowadays and this man is an exceptional representative for the Cavender Group. I took my range Rover in for an inspection and a few days later became critically ill. Took my vehicle in for some minor issues with the cooling system and picked it up and everything was fine until the next day we smelled coolant. With all the new parts surely the vehicle doesn’t need coolant? Took it in and was informed that a head gasket had blown and it’s a major repair estimate close to 5k. After reviewing the estimate from service advisor DAVID … I agreed to have it repaired. Now the vehicle has been in the shop going on week 4 !I keep getting told that it should be ready in a couple of days and then nothing. Keep getting told that I will be called with updates (nothing)When you call they put on hold for over 10min and no one picks up. Asked to talk to the manager.. put on hold and then told the manager has many calls ahead of me huh ? I guess I’m not the only unsatisfied customer. So when I do get my vehicle back it will not be going back to LAND ROVER SAN ANTONIO for service. I will be using the LAND ROVER DEALERSHIP IN BOERNE INSTEAD

I traveled from Austin to San Antonio to purchase a used SUV for my family and from the beginning Steven was more than attentive. Starting with Steven making/sending us a personalized video of the vehicle we were thinking about purchasing, to Steven and crew staying late to complete the sale, detail the huge EL Expedition, fill it up with gas, and all this with me getting a great price! After several vomit inducing experiences in the days leading up to our visit to Land Rover of San Antonio, I was ready to order from one of the sight unseen online stores. My wife wanted me to give it one more shot and look at a vehicle she came across on Autotrader.She said “hunny, they have this car in stock and I want to go look at it.” (“F&@k me” I thought to myself)I could go on much longer with the story, because that’s how sour I still feel about the other dealerships we had dealt with prior to visiting Land Rover of San Antonio.She spoke with Christian on the phone and set up the meeting with him. I had a series of mishaps when I took my Range Rover in. I specifically told my service advisor I needed my car back by 3:00 pm. They had some technical issues which I completely understand but the situation just could have been handled better. My service advisor finally called my back about the service requests they sent me but stated it was too late to perform them (since he took so long to return my call). Then I was told my car would be ready at 3:30. It was not. They were also supposed to have my car appraised which they did not and my car was not washed. I never again even saw or spoke to my service advisor. I did speak to the service manager who was really nice but overall didnt offer any solutions to any of the issues. I live 2 hours away so I explained I could not just drop by next week. Again, no attempts to solve any issues. The site is under construction and they are operating like a used car dealership not a luxury dealership. Its a shame because we are looking to trade in my car but they didnt even attempt to appraise my car so I guess I wont be purchasing again from this dealership. Service is very important to me which is why I purchased from Land Rover over the Infinity I have.

I had a great experience purchasing my vehicle from this location in 2019 and having nothing but great things to say about the sales team. Unfortunately, every single time I brought my vehicle in for service at this location there have been issues. Three out of the four times that I’ve brought my vehicle in and scheduled a loaner vehicle so I could get to work and pick up my child, etc., when I get to my scheduled appointment they told they don’t have any loaners available EVEN THOUGH I SPECIFICALLY SCHEDULED IT IN ADVANCE and was told by the person scheduling my appointments that they would reserve a loaner for me. I don’t like to give bad reviews, so I let all those times pass by without making a fuss. I get to my appointment this morning (scheduled for 8am) and they are short staffed so I don’t meet with my advisor until a couple minutes to 9am. Not a big deal, he was very apologetic for the wait and explained they had some emergency call outs which is why they are short staffed. I get it, stuff happens and I was not going to make a big deal out of it. The part that frustrates me is they once again don’t have a loaner vehicle, even though I made sure to ask the lady making the appointment three times to make sure she scheduled one since I’ve had problems here in the past. She assured me that she scheduled a loaner vehicle for me. Once they realized they didn’t have the promised loaner vehicle available, They were kind enough to offer a complementary rental car and took me to the enterprise store. Now I have been waiting for my rental car at enterprise for 93 minutes and still waiting, where I should have been in and out of the dealership with the scheduled loaner in minutes. I appreciate that the staff is trying to make up for it, but at the end of the day I’ve already been waiting 2.5 hours and counting, I’ve missed two work meetings and had to reschedule my day because there is some issue with scheduling loaner vehicles and having them available EVERY TIME I have to come in for service, it’s not just a one time mistake. I gave two stars instead of one because they staff is apologetic and trying to make up for it, but at the end of the day this has happens to me multiple times, so there’s no way I’m the only one.

The worst service ever. The first time I set a service appointment I advised them I would need a loaner or rental. The week I was scheduled to drop off my car they advised me a car would not be available for me. There is no point in making a reservation in advance to have a loaner scheduled.The second time I was assigned David. I asked him for updates on my car if a rental could be scheduled and he said no but would try to find something. Never responded and when I called they advised me he was off on Saturdays. I drove to the seal ship since I couldn’t get a response by phone and surprise Davis is sitting in his office. By the way every time you call they will tell you I’m sorry we have a lot of people right now and will get back to you. There was three people in the service department 2 service advisors chatting it up in an office and David! Horrible Service for such expensive cars!Yoli carrillo

To my surprise, after a driving the frist 100 miles, I now know I should of owned a Land Rover years ago. This British icon luxury 4 wheel drive SUV takes your driving experience to a whole new level. Also, the good people at Land Rover of San Antonio patiently guided me through the process of learning about the 2020 Land Rover Discover Sport. We traded our 2020 Mercedes Benz GLE 350 fully loaded for a 2017 GMC Yukon DENALI. I found this vehicle by searching in the internet and Jarrett from Land Rover of San Antonio gave us the details for the Yukon. At first he sent us video which was nice and immediately we like him and trusted him, so we decided to work with Jarrett. We went to Land Rover of San Antonio to take a look at the Yukon and as we saw in the video it was in great condition. We must have met Jarrett maybe for 5-10 min then another sales associate took over. Thats totally understandable because they seemed busy. Like I mentioned the Yukon looked great until we test drove the Yukon. I mentioned to John who took over for Jarrett that the Yukon seemed to ride a little rough and John and Jarrett assured us that they inspected this vehicle and its in tip top shape.We made the deal and still a little worried about the rough ride on the Yukon. A day later my wife calls me and tells me that the Yukon will not start, I immediately thought its the battery. I jumped the Yukon and it started made it back to New Braunfels and as soon as we parked the car and tried to restart it wont. I knew now that its a dead battery. Purchased a new battery from Auto zone and called Jarrett to mention that the battery on the Yukon had to be replaced. Jarrett says we will take care of it just send him the receipt. About the rough ride I went to a suspension shop to get it inspected and they told me that the front shock absorbers are leaking. Called Jarrett once again to mention this problem and not expecting them to cover the entire bill but at least to help out with the cost. The answer I got from Jarrett was they will not help with anything.So to recap, I traded my Mercedes for a Yukon that has multiple problems and not even owning this vehicle for a week Jarrett from Land Rover of San Antonio has not sent us the check for the battery and will not help with the suspension problems which is a safety thing. I have been a loyal customer to Cavender and I am very disappointed on how they conduct their business at Land Rover of San Antonio. I put my trust on this Dealership especially with the Cavender name, we are not looking for hand outs and all we expect is to be treated fairly. Shame on Land Rover of San Antonio for giving us such a bad experience and shame on the Sales Associate (Jarrett) for selling us the Yukon and telling us that they have inspected this Yukon. We hope Cavender addresses this issue and reevaluate the way Land Rover of San Antonio conducts their business.

Beware! Sadly, I have been dealing with this dealership for 3 years. Service is horrible, they do not follow CDC requirements of disinfecting your vehicle before pick up, loaners are always filthy and stinky, constant turn over and no call or follow up when your vehicle is ready. I cannot even tell you how many lies Ive been told in regards to my vehicles service.I purchased a exterior package for paint chips and dents. First year they did good and touched up my paint. Third year I have been told it will be $125+ to touch up paint and my warranty does not cover it!Time is precious for everyone and this dealership does not care about your time, car, or your satisfaction. Take your money somewhere else!!

Let me start by saying My wife and I love the product. The service Dept. at this dealership has the worst service I have ever experienced. The communication is little to none on the status of your vehicle. The star rating on google should include a 0. The mechanics need more training. This is not a dealership service dept. you would want to take your vehicle to. Made recommendations for service that are not even needed yet, Made warranty repairs that are not even in line with the vehicle concern. My last words to all of you is stay away and look for another dealership to do your business with.

My wife was look for her first Land Rover and came across a great deal on a the Land Rover of San Antonio’s web site. I sent a message asking for more information. Dana Napier called is once and sent a text asking if we were ok receiving more text messages. I personally thought this was very classy. We have bought other vehicles in the past and have had horrible experiences, so I thought this would be no different. Well I was oh so wrong. Dana sent us a personalized video of the vehicle. We set an appointment for Saturday afternoon. We drove from Lubbock and met with Dana Saturday afternoon. We had a wonderful experience. We actually ended up purchasing a more expensive vehicle than we originally intended. Dana sent us another video the same evening after our purchase. It was a pleasure doing business with this dealership. By the way she loved the big red bow. Thanks to the entire staff at Land Rover San Antonio for the best automobile buying experience.

Took Land Rover Discovery in for recall on battery ground cable and for 16K scheduled maintenance. Tires were rotated and alignment performed with comment Way out of specs Aligned best possible - in specs. Except L/R toe at border of being out. Car drives straight and tires will not wear unevenly. Two months later I had to replace all 4 Pirelli Scorpion Tires at 19,000miles. Tread was completely worn on both back tires and down to treadwear indicator flush with tread on front. There was no indication on service report of tread depth. I tried to contact dealership through online method on their site and never received a call or email in return. I contacted another LR dealership who pulled up my service record and told me neither of the two recalls had been accomplished.I finally was able to contact service manager Erin who was very gracious. She reviewed my work order and confirmed that neither recall had been completed. She also confirmed that no report of treadwear had been made or contact with us made to report wear. She did agree that this was the dealerships error and asked what could be done to correct. She asked for me to bring vehicle in to accomplish what had not been accomplished at recent service visit. I told her that I would more than likely arrange my service at another dealership. I also told her that I was going to submit a poor service review on Google and did not want her to be blind sided. Again Erin was very gracious and said she understood my frustration.

First called this location to try to have them do repairs to a large rock that cracked my windshield. Wanted it to be correctly calibrated and actually done by range rover because I thought it would be the best service. The Collision guy was extremely rude and not interested in helping me in anyway. Basically told me it would be very hard for him to get a windshield to replace it…This is the Range Rover Collision center and you may have trouble getting a range rover windshield? So my local collision center does it no problem. They had no problem getting a windshield in and we’re extremely nice and easy to work with. They suggested I take it to a Land Rover location and make sure that what it was calibrated correctly because only these locations have the proper machinery to do so. It took three days and a rental car for them to simply calibrate the windshield which I don’t know that they even had to do. Then of course they suggested that I need a tire rotation at my expense and also needed O2 emissions sensor replaced. But of course they didn’t have the emission part… While my car was there for those three days I got several new deep scratches and marks on my doors. They agreed to repair the worst one but that was three weeks ago. Still had not heard from them about replacing the mission part were fixing my door ding. I wait until JANUARY still no call. Turns out that the lady that was handling my car got a promotion and simply dropped me. Scheduled to get O2 sensor and scratch fixed. All appeared to be fixed correctly. I drive home five hours to West Texas and the Check engine light comes BACK ON. ridiculous. I will not be returning to this location EVER if I can help it.

Summary: I do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Land Rover of San Antonio, especially if you are under the age of 21 like I was.I purchased a used vehicle from Land Rover San Antonio in April of 2020 and although the people seemed friendly, they seemed to have no regard for the issues the vehicle had and did not care to fix them. When test driving, I noticed that we vehicle shook violently when reaching higher speeds as did the sales woman, Amanda. I was then told that the wheels “might” have been put on improperly, but that it could be something else. They then held my vehicle for 48 hours after the purchase was complete and informed me that they would be placing new tires on my vehicle as well as a tire rotation. It does not take 48 hours to install new tires and new tires do not need to be rotated. When myself and a parent called, we did not receive a response nor hear back from anyone (especially Amanda) regarding the issues and possibly adding a warranty or receiving information about a current warranty. When I was connected with someone, there was a man I spoke with who seemed to have better things to do with his time and gave the impression that he could not help me. The issues did not go away and after a few months (in July), I found the time to take it to a repair shop where I was told that my tires were not installed correctly (by Land Rover as they were the last to remove them) which could have hindered my safety and caused bumps to form in my tires meaning I will need to get new ones in the near future if they do not pop while driving first. I am not a technician and trusted them enough to not take advantage of my lack of knowledge and inexperience. I question the (highest possible) interest rate I was given, as my credit score was decent and this was my very first line of credit. I do not recommend purchasing a used vehicle from Land Rover of San Antonio, especially if you are under the age of 21 like I was.

When booking an appointment, there was none for the day I needed to drop off my vehicle because I had to leave town for a meeting. However, the service department was accommodating, and I was able to drop off the car before Leaving town. I received a video showing some of the problems I was experiencing. My service manager was excellent, he kept me informed and was thorough explaining my vehicle issues.I have only used Land Rover San Antonio Service since 2012, when I purchased my LR4. Great dealership and service team!

3/10/2021this personal happened to me from this dealership. I would NOT recommend repairs and service at this Land Rover. There turn rate is extremely high and the management / Director of Repairs and Service is extremely unprofessional. We have purchased many Land Rove and Ranger Rover from this location but will NOT again. The mortal of this Land Rover is poor and needs much improvement. The way the Service Director just spoke to my daughter and husband is very unacceptable. When the Service Director states he will not help you and you can take you problem somewhere else to the customer, when they issue with the part /service they did on this Ranger Rover, that doesnt work! So, dear reader you can take this or leave it but this is real and it happened.

Unfortunately, I will have to give this dealership two stars for overall service for 4/15/21 . Updating me on my car was no problems but otherwise the service to my car was mediocre to non-existent. I took my car around there for a recall notice that I received back in November. They were happy to fix that part but when I told them about other problems I was having with the car (my steering wheel shaking between 45 - 60mph, the rear latch door was faulty) it seemed as if they didnt troubleshoot those issues at all. They blamed my aftermarket wheels (hub centric) for the shaking of the steering wheel and the latch door (which I already had the car part) they didnt want to replace because of past customer liability issues, which I understand, but before I dropped the car off that wasnt a issue until after I left, then all of a sudden its a customer liability issue.Long story short, I went to get a second opinion on my car since there diagnosis didnt make any sense on the shaking of the steering wheel. I found out that my front suspension control arms are worn out, left front wheel is bent, my left front wheel hub bearing is loose (play in the bearing) and also my right front wheel doesnt spin freely like the other three wheels. Overall, if the dealership had of done some real work and diagnosis they would of found these problems instead they didnt feel like looking at the problem and just told me its the aftermarket wheels. If you dont feel like doing the work just tell the customer so that we can go somewhere else instead wasting my time.

I have a leasing with them and they have never answer my doubts, an also every time I had to go for a service vehicle had been very difficult because they don’t provide a good service and since the very first one they kept my luggage covered and I never received it back!! It is a shame that they don’t have a good service ant treat to people because I really like the vehicles !! This is the first time I have a lease in the USA and I am very disappointed and also with Land Rover, in my country I used to have Land Rover also and it is other thing! My husband and I bought a Range Rover Evoque and were having trouble getting into the Land Rover app. We called Land Rover San Antonio and they told us that we could come in at that moment and they would help us. We hopped in the car and drove down and were met with the most outstanding customer service from Mr. Jarrett Perkins. Even though we bought the vehicle from a different dealership, he and the land rover team were dedicated to helping us. When we were not able to fix the problem on the computer, Mr Perkins worked tirelessly for two days, calling the main headquarters to ensure that our issue was fixed. We were so grateful and will be definitely coming back when its time for an upgrade.

In the middle of January, my car still would not start, so we had it towed to Land Rover to be serviced. After 2 weeks of many diagnostic tests we were told that rodents got in my car ate through wires. I was having to call to get an update daily during this time. I felt our service advisor David was giving us a run around. Finally, Skylar told us what was really goin on with the car. I notified Skylar that we never hear from David and when I call him he’s extremely rude and condescending. We also made an insurance claim and the insurance company sent us a check for 4k and we knew we would have to pay $500. As February trucked on, we still were not hearing from David despite our initial complaint. Every time we would talk to him he would say “we are still workin on it...should be out in a few days or next week.”Then March came, I spoke with a nice lady, but have since forgotten her name, where I voiced my complaints about David not updating us and being rude and condescending. She was extremely helpful, but still nothing changed. Now, we are in April, we’ve had the check from the insurance company for well over a month and have made multiple complaints about David to his “superiors”. Nothing has changed. I still don’t have my car. So, my husband and I went up to the dealership today 4/6/21 around noon. I had called on Monday and left David a message and never heard back from him. I left him both mine and my husband’s numbers. Nothing. So, today we went in person to see David. Barely, looking up from his computer I ask him for an update with my vehicle. He says it should be done any day now. I ask him “what exactly still needs to be done with it?” He then, without looking up from his computer says “payment”. I said, “has that been the issue for the last few weeks?” Which he then replies “yes”. I told him I got a check from the insurance company so I can pay him, he said it’s not enough, there is other work we did and requested more money and they still haven’t sent it. He then told me I should be getting another check. I tell him I Will be out of town for work for over a month and I would like to take my own vehicle and if I don’t get mine back before Monday I will have to take Land Rover’s car (and I really don’t want to do that). He keeps looking at his computer screen, shrugs his shoulders and says “ok”. I ask to see the vehicle which he has pulled to the front. I go check it out and call the insurance company and the adjuster (I have CCed the adjuster to this email, as well) the adjuster confirms a check was sent to me for an estimate, but no other work done has been claimed to my insurance company or they would’ve sent me another check. She said the only thing they’ve received was the estimate. That was it. I conclude my phone call with her and bring this update to David’s attention. He claims they (the insurance) is well aware of the other work and it’s them holding up my car. I feel that everyone I have complained to does nothing about it—-because things don’t change. I have a service advisor that went OVER 3 weeks without reaching out to us (we waited to see if he would & we ended up reaching out after 3 weeks bc we couldn’t stand not knowing what was going on). Not to mention, I go in to talk to him and he can’t even stop looking at his computer for 5 seconds to look me in the eye and have a conversation about the status of my car and to answer my questions. If that is the type of service a person gets when they bring in their car to be serviced then I don’t want a Land Rover. I even have asked to change service advisors and that never happened. After this experience, I will no longer purchase from Land Rover San Antonio. Once I get my vehicle back I will be trading it in for a Lexus. I don’t ever want to go through this awful experience again, or anyone else for that matter. I have been kind and quiet, but I have a job I have to drive a lot starting on Monday 4/12/21. I will drive out of town on Sunday night. I’m hoping it will be in my car and not a car belonging to the dealership.

Great sales people but expect nonexistent service after you purchase the car. I was very disappointed with my experience afterwards trying to get help with initial setup of the car and then later with attention towards a service issue. I tried calling them but was redirected to my sales contacts without ever having received a return phone call. Seems they’re only interested in helping when trying to close a sale.You would think spending 6 figures on a car and buying all those added protection plans would get you better service and help when needed. I strongly advise anyone looking to purchase a Landrover to head over to Boerne Landrover.

We went here to look for a Defender that was advertised on-line. We were about to leave because we thought it was closed and under construction and no one had come out yet. A salesman did come out and stayed at the top of the stairs telling us the one we saw advertised was already sold. they only had 2 Defenders, none of which had the colors we were looking for. He said all the Defenders were spoken for for the next several months. He didnt seem interested in trying to help. We went to LR Boerne and they were actually able to help find the one we wanted within 1 day. LR Boerne wanted to make a sale and they made it happen. We are super happy with the new Defender.

This could be the most dishonest dealership I have ever worked with. I expressed interest in a 2018 VW Atlas. I was contacted by Rowena at the dealership. She sent me over a few photos of the vehicle and appeared to be in good condition but photos can be deceiving. I told her my only deal breaker would be if the vehicle had signs of the previous owner had a pet and the vehicle had pet hair in it. She told me there was no evidence of pet hair and vehicle was super clean. She also told me the vehicle had just gone through a two hour detail and was in excellent condition. I submitted a credit app online to speed up the purchase process. My wife and I took off from work early, decided to skip my sons soccer practice and made the 1.5 hour drive to this dealer. Rowena makes me wait 30 minutes while she calls my credit union to verify the trade value on my vehicle. I was wondering why she didnt have the vehicle up front since I made an appointment to see it. After 30 minutes she realizes that my credit union was closed and leaves to get the Atlas. I look at the vehicle and it is covered in pet hair from front to back. Its literally everywhere. Center console? Yep. Floor? Yep. Rear cargo area? Yep. Under the rear cargo area where the spare tire goes? Double Yep. Seats? Yep. The worst part as Im showing Rowena this, she states she doesnt know what Im talking about and how do I know that its pet hair? Absolutely outrageous. If thats a 2 hour detail you need to fire your detail staff. I told her I wasnt interested and she went to get some manager. He comes out and explains that the vehicle hasnt gone though detail yet and they can clean it up. What?!?!!??! If you are gonna lie please get the lies straight. I understand the pressure to sell vehicles in this time, but to outright lie to someone, have them waste 4 hours of their life is completely unacceptable. This is my true and accurate experience with this dealer. DO NOT DEAL WITH ROWENA OR LAND ROVER OF SAN ANTONIO. SHE WILL LIE AND DECEIVE YOU SHE CANT BE TRUSTED. NOT EVEN AN APOLOGY.Update: I left a voicemail for the general manager TRAVIS and as expected no callback. Also Land Rover just replied to this review to call and discuss how they can make this right. I called again and was told Travis or the other GM would call me back. As of today no callback. These guys couldnt care less about customer service. They have one goal, to make money. They only reply to these reviews for appearance.It sounds likes its the same from top to bottom. Where there is smoke, there is fire. Take your business elsewhere. Im sure there are many with my experience that dont leave reviews.

Car was delivered to me Aug 19th. Broke down September 5th or 6th on the highway! Had towed to travel center. Roadside service put a new battery. Still didnt run. Mobile mechanic replaced alternator. Made management aware Sept 19th. As of the end of Oct this car has been sitting. Need a jump to start it. Glad I kept my raggedy Ford focus or Id be stranded. Made Jarrett aware of this when he called in January and the fact he never fixed chip in windshield. He said would call the next day. I knew he wouldnt so I called him. Crickets!! Why am I not surprised. All they care about is they got the sale! Not resolving the issues! I havent been able to drive the car an entire 30 days!! I hope karma shows up!

I went with my son and his girlfriend so she could look at a Land Rover LR4 that she was interested in buying. I was offered a chance to go on the obstacle course in the LR4. WOW!. I have never ridden in such a smooth, solid feeling vehicle in my life!. I fell in love with the power, stability, and feeling of being totally safe on top of the hills balanced on only two wheels. I ended up buying an LR4 for myself and I have been having so much fun driving around San Antonio.

Recommend 100%. Found a Jeep Wrangler online, Stephen immediately sent me a video of it saying it was available. Buying a car in my situation wasnt a great situation. My car had been stolen a few weeks prior and at the point that I met our sales person, Dana, at the dealership, I was knee deep in insurance conversations and still paying payments on a car I no longer had. From the time I bought my first car, dealerships had always been worse than the dentist office to me. The sales people are usually just the worst.Dana made the experience delightful. We never felt pressured, even when we told him it would be weeks before we could even start talking numbers because of waiting for the insurance company to kick in and such. He helped us find our perfect car and I couldnt be more happy. I honestly felt like we not only left with our dream vehicle, but also a friend in Dana.10/10 would recommend if you are in the market

I picked up a brand new Range Rover after waiting 2 months, the front bumper was askew. I took to back on day 1 to get it repaired, along with 2 other issues. My doors will not lock automatically and my AC is not working properly. They said they fixed all problems but they did NOT. Only the bumper was fixed. I emailed customer care twice with no response.Update: my brand new car has major electronic issues. Turns out I should’ve done my research!! Land Rover is rated 32 out of 33 for reliability meaning the cars are totally unreliable!

I arrived at the dealership a couple weeks ago, still undecided about my car purchase and very apprehensive about a new car purchase overall. I drove in from Austin and wasnt looking to spend all day in San Antonio at a dealership and expressed this to Rowena, the sales specialist who assisted me with my purchase. She was great at answering all of my phone calls and text messages of questions about the vehicles, specials with purchasing, financing, maintenance, etc. She even helped me get pre-approved prior to my drive so I wouldnt have to waste time at the dealership. Words can’t express how amazingly incredible our experience was from beginning to end; the whole process was seamless! We decided to call and get a little more information, we were put in touch with Rowena, we called about an hour before closing time, by the time we asked all our questions and they were answered, it was about 30 minutes to closing time, she sent us the paperwork we needed to fill out via email, and said she would give us a call back. We virtually did everything via email/online(which made life painlessly easy thereafter), she called us back after the dealership was already closed and said everything was good to go, and when would be a good time to make it in to finish the paperwork! We had no idea what our experience was going to be like in San Antonio, but was hoping it would be much more pleasant than our Austin experience! Well let me tell you, from the moment we walked into the dealership to the moment we drove off the lot; the customer service was impeccable, we felt welcomed, we felt appreciated, everyone was sincere and genuine, their customer service was through the roof, and if I could leave 10 stars, I would!
