Bought a truck here on July 9, still have not received the license plates nor titleAny advice welcome as Im about ready to file a complaint with the BBB and possibly with the DAs office. Mgr. has been reasonable, but getting nowhere.

Really terrible place I’ve not been able to drive my car now for a couple days because they have my plates and still have not sent them out. I have been contacting and they’ve said they’d mailed them out twice now only to be lied to. Unprofessional DO NOT BUY FROM THEM AT ALL.

Very BAd Bad Experience with this place. Car was not fixed as promised on purchase and now i am still trying to get my plates mailed out to me.I KEEP GETTING RUN AROUND FROM THEM. I purchased my vechicle over a month ago and they have had plates for about over week and still can not manage to mail them off to me.

I was looking for a vehicle on Craigslist and saw an ad on a vehicle that caught my attention I went ahead and called and talked to Carlos Diaz ? He answered right away and gave me all the info on the car that I was inquiring about miles year etc .. He told me stop by and check the vehicle out we went on a test drive and really loved the car ! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME HERE!!!! CARLOS is extremely unprofessional, he’s a liar and NEVER returns your.phone call. I Have asked him on numerous occasions to speak with upper management/The Owner or someone other than him and he refuses and tells me he’s the boss! He has done nothing but lie since December! Most business is by word of mouth and I will tell anyone who will listen about my dissatisfaction with this company and how they treat their customers! He has even threatened me and used foul language. Carlos knows nothing about good customer service and is clueless on how to run a successful business. I truly hope the owner knows what is going on in his absence! PLEASE ....BUYER BEWARE

My cousin purchased a vehicle 2 months ago and it Was awesome!!!The sales manager Carlos, was really helpfull and understanding with our situation he gave us a great deal that same day that we bought the vehicle cash! will definitely go back and recommend friends and family when they are looking for a vehicle .

I was referred here...this place was highly recommended. I called because I was interested in purchasing a vehicle for a future college student, I was told by the gentleman that he would call but he NEVER did. I called again to follow up and once again he said yea I have your number right here Ill call in 30 mins and once again he never did. I hate liars!!

Keep away from this place! These people, especially Mark are very unprofessional. I attempted to make a deal on a car and instead of trying to work with me, Mark told me to go buy it somewhere else. Cars are over priced and when you try to workout a deal they get rude and tell you to go somewhere else. Do not give them your business.

Bad time here, go somewhere else.
