Dont waste your time. Spent 2 days trying to get a deal setup. They then come back $12k over what they have the vehicle priced for online. Tell me a its a dealer protection package. Then send a photo of a window sticker price that is still about $5k off of what i was quoted by the sales person. No thanks will do business else where

The absolutely worst service experience I have had at a dealer.My vehicle went in for a recall In July. A month and a half later the exact issue they “fixed” failed. The service associate was rude and dismissive and would not return calls. Eventually, I had to reach out to the manager.Chrysler offered to cover the repair but the service associate( who has been named in other bad reviews) and the service manager refused the offer. Stating that I was responsible for the repair.I called a rival dealer here in San Antonio and they have honored the Chrysler offer.I will NEVER use this location again.
Im here to give Raul Rodriguez a shout out for being a great Advisor. We have been to the service department before and didnt feel as comfortable as we did with Raul. Especially becuz everyone says dealing with the dealership is expensive and make up faults to the vehicle just to jack up the prices.. Everyone told me not to take my truck in to a dealership to get serviced and I went against that and regret it now. I highly recommend you not take your vehicle in to get serviced here you will end up paying more for work they were too incompetent to do. The worse experience I ever have in a jeep service. I took my car for a engine service, and a noise that is making when I turn on the car in the mornings. My advisor Charles, didn’t help at all with any issues with my car, the service they have is terrible. First he said, you will need to leave the car 5 days to determine the issue with car. During that time, I never received any updates about my car until I called them and he told me they haven’t even see my car, later on I received a voice mail from him saying they still can figure out what’s going on. With more that 5 days I decided to go there and asked directly, and he told me, they don’t know what’s the issue. At this point, I was super upset, I was pretty sure they haven’t even check my car. Then he mention about the engine problem which will cost me around 600, so overprice, the worse part was he was not sure if that will solve the issue. At the end I took my car, and he charge me 141 for not even diagnostic my problem.I’m super upset, I’ll not recommend this company to no one. Worse worse experience!

I recently purchased a vehicle from these guys. I caught the financing guy in multiple lies. He tried to blame it on the sales guy and manager. He went straight to gas lighting and attempted to reframe the conversation.Im happy with the truck, but wouldnt do business here again. Honesty and integrity are paramount.Everything about the transaction itself was stereotypical sleezy used car people.

Went today to look at the Dodge TRX and a Jeep Rubicon. Mind you I already have a TRX on order from Ancora Dodge, I was simply curious and wanted to look at the truck and sit inside. I walked the lot, not one single sales rep approached me (not a bad thing). I went inside after I saw they had a TRX in the showroom. I walked around the truck and opened the doors. A gentleman walked up to me and asked if I need help, I told him No sir, I already have a 2022 on order and just want to show her the truck since she hadnt seen it.. He said Oh cool, you must have paid above $100k for yours.... I said No, I sure didnt lol, I went the the dealership who was not taking advantage of their clients and marking them way up over MSRP.. He said oh okay and walked away. I closed the doors to the truck after sitting in it for 5 minutes, and as soon as I closed the door someone armed the truck so I couldnt open the doors again. Wow...talk about poor customer service. They could have had the chance to earn my business on the Jeep Ill be purchasing soon, but they wont be. Ill be taking my business to Ancira Dodge again.
I financed a Dodge Durango back in 2019 I tried to trade in and noticed while trying to refinance that they financed the gap insurance and 4 thousand dollars of warranty. The finance team never made me aware they were doing so I went to the dealership and spoke to a manager in financing and he apologized and said they would refund me the warranty dnd cancel the gap insurance. 2 months went by and heard nothing so I called and no one would answer or return phone call after leaving messages. I went to dealership again and they toldMe the person in charge of gap was all of a sudden working on it the day I went in to ask for the statues. I have received my gap refund for canceling but couldn’t get the full amount refundI am yet to get my warranty refund and I have been calling and no one answers. I feel that are giving me the run around and have done research and it seems they do this often so be careful when financing with them unfortunately I had to learn the hard way and ended up financing 5,000 dollars more than what I should have and now even when they owned up to the issue at hand they don’t want to pay back money they financed on my behalf without my knowledge. Will have to report to BBB.

I’ve been to this service department 25-30 times. Paid $1,000 for two front rotors and brake pads. They have been making a terrible squealing noise ever since they put them on. Multiple trips back and nothing. Going to take my truck somewhere else from now on. They are quick to sell higher priced services but won’t honor their work. :(

I purchased a RAM1500 from this location 13 days ago. The truck started making noises from the front breaks and the right side front tire. When I took it to get looked at, thinking Ive only had the truck for 13 days, so they probably will help me out, the dealership told me that nothing is covered and I was going to have to pay for the repairs. I understand it was a used truck, but do your due diligence and check the basic stuff before you put it up to sell and leave the next customer with the repair bills.

Went to test drive a vehicle, agreed to pricing. When my wife went back the sales manager said that was not the price, and raised it another $2,000 plus TT&L. This business practice is unprofessional. We will never buy a vehicle from this dealership, and will let our friends and family know to avoid these crooks. The sales person Ivan also told my wife the price was set, and the manager changed it. You would have had a sale today Ivan, but unfortunately your manager is a crook.

**Buyers Beware** Bought a Brand new 2017 Ram 1500 and a 2017 Jeep Patriot from this dealership on Feb 13, 2017. I have had nothing but issues with getting anything done with this dealership. First of all my sales rep literally quit the day after I bought my truck along with my wifes jeep which raised some concerns as to if he was truthful with me. So i get with another sales rep Tim Lewis who was no help at all. I paid for a bed liner and still havent been able to get it set up. Tim doesnt know how to return my calls. I was promised a years worth of washtub certificate but nobody seems to remember that, and that only because they had a promotion of a $1000 gift card for Bass Pro Shops for buying a truck in which they didnt honor me with considering I literally just spent over 60,000 in their dealership. This is not the biggest issue I have with this place, 3 days after I bought this truck I found heavy rust on the drive shaft, engine block, mounts and other parts under my truck. I informed them of this and they took pictures and submitted them to Chrysler. It has been 2 months and I still have not heard anything. My truck has close to 600 miles because I never drive it. They wont give me calls or emails back. Im currently trying to find other alternatives to get this issue resolved. I spoke with the GM of the service department and still no replies back. This will be the last time I ever buy a Chrysler product!!

The company had my car for 3 months. I got my car back and experienced concerns about my AC unit and was told to bring it back. I was also told there would be a diagnostic fee. Why would there be a fee when this is a concern while picking up the vehicle. The diagnostic fee was suppose to $150. When called to see if I want the work done after returning my car because it was not up to part after 3 months I was told it would cost $700 to see what was wrong with my vehicle. Please explain to me if I am wrong but isn’t that what a diagnostic fee is for? This has been the worst experience ever and I definitely believe they are trying to get over on me

False advertising on Internet prices. They have a $3,000 reconditioning fee they tac on the price when you arrive. Manager Armando claims its in their fine print and it isnt.
My experience was great! It couldn’t have gone better thanks to Jesse. He made everything very easy to understand, all questions were answered clearly so that was much appreciated. He articulated his words extremely well as said above and it was great to know I was buying from someone that is knowledgeable in this area and not just trying to sell.The small talk conversations with Jesse didn’t sell me, his ability to convince me to buy through relating this specific vehicle to my every day life is what sold me. The conversations after the small talk was super friendly and greatly appreciated especially from someone going in not sure what vehicle was good for me. He’s a great salesman and I am happy to have been helped by him.

Its refreshing to see that most of the other reviews for IPAC are positive. My experience is not the same however. I had the worst possible dealership experience that I could imagine here. I scheduled an appointment with IPAC with a very specific thing in mind. I wanted to have my vehicle appraised for trade and, and look a few specific trucks based on what I wanted. I was going to be late for my appointment so I called ahead to let them know I would be a few minutes late. When i arrived, the individual I was supposed to meet with was busy, so I was stuck in a small cubicle to wait. After about 10 minutes someone came over and confirmed who I was and what I was looking for. After another 10 minutes when by the same gentleman brought a sales person to me (not the individual from my appointment). I repeated what I was there for (appraisal and look at vehicles), but this as disregarded. The guy took me to the lot where we got into a vehicle and proceeded to drive around aimlessly for about ten minutes looking for a truck. About 10 minutes later we settled at a truck, which was nothing close to what I was looking for. So we got back in the vehicle and continued to drive around the lot. We settled again at a group of trucks that was finally closer to what I was looking for. As we looked at the trucks, I realized that this salesman had no idea what I was looking for, and did not take my preference into account at all. After walking around for a few minutes I found a truck on my own that I wanted to look at further. The salesman said he would go get the keys. He hopped back in the car and drove away. The dealership showroom itself was no more than 50 yards away. I waited for about 15 minutes and he never came back. So I continued to walk around that area of the lot and look around. After about twenty minutes I was getting fed up, so I walked over to another part of the lot and looked around for about 10 minutes. The whole time I could see where the truck he went to get the keys for was. He still did not come back. At this point I was fed up with having my time wasted and my input totally disregarded. So I left, Im pretty sure they would not have even known that I left if I did not send them an email saying that I left. I was assured that management would reach out to me, never happened. So all in all, I spent about 90 minutes at the dealership and achieved absolutely nothing that I wanted to, even though I set up an appointment and let my needs be explicitly known. This dealership (in my experience) clearly has little to no regard for its customers. I will never be back to this dealership, and never recommend to anyone that that go to this dealership.

I am very displeased with the idea that this company is forcing employees to get the covid vaccine or rish being fired . I believe they should rethink this because it forces people to do have their constitution rights infringed upon . I do believe i will be taking my business and other family n friends to shop elsewhere. Ipac you should be ashamed of yourself.
Anthony was the individual that helped me. He was very personable and extremely patient. He shared a variety of options with me and was always quick to respond. If he didn’t know the answer to something, he was quick to find out. He and the floor manager (I don’t remember the floor manager’s name) were both very helpful.
I would not recommend buying from this dealership. Save your time and money and go elsewhere. I just purchased a truck here a few days ago, my husband was not satisfied with the vehicle (which was basically pushed on him) and wanted to switch for a different one but they DO NOT honor their IPAC promise for whatever reason. They just wanted to make sure they kept a sale and obviously customer satisfaction was not important. So disappointed and I will never come back nor recommend to anyone!!

The experience with the salesman AG was awesome. He and Roel and Howard were wonderful as was Justin in finance. They were all very attentive and respectful to both myself and my wife. When we got in our new van is when it went way down hill. Instead of vacuuming the van they put down paper floor mats. My question is what happened to the floor mats that were in it. And then they smeared Armor all over the outside on the paint job. I guess if I had spent 80000 grand on a Challenger or charger they may have been more attentive. Now Im expected to come back and take time from my life to let them clean it right. Not happening. Makes the sales team look bad. Thats not right. They did there part. I will recommend there dealership to friends . Ninety percent of the experience was very pleasant. Im sure they can make it better for the next customer.

Please beware if youre a first time car buyer. My experience was horrible. They never gave me my ARP or the bank that was giving me my loan. The good thing was I did ask questions. They were going to make 10k off of me from a new car. The window sticker was only 25k but somehow it was 28k on my loan agreement before tax, title, and licence.They had me at 8% ARP eventhough they knew that I could get 0%-1.9% APR through Chrysler Capital. Please beware of this place, they tried to pull this same stunt with my mother weeks later with her new car purchase. The good thing was she already heard my story.
I bought my Jeep here last week. Roger was so super nice. Greeted me soon as I walked in and made the whole car buying experience really easy and efficient. I was in and out in two and a half hours with my brand new Jeep. Roger’s recommendations got me into exactly the Jeep I was looking for and we couldn’t be a more perfect fit! Dalton in financing was a great help as well. If I am ever in the market for a new vehicle, thanks to these two, I would definitely come back again!!
