I am amazed at the Customer Service & fast service this Chacon had. Dennis Davis was one of the best Sales Representative Ive ever dealt with. So they usually close at 6pm but i dont get out of work till 6pm and I eventually got there by 7pm due to traffic and Mr. Davis still helped me out!! He not only helped me find my comfort budget line he also explained everything thoroughly to where I understood what kind of plan i was getting myself into (which is incredible in itself). Went in after talking to someone on the phone the day before. I read reviews and decided to give it a shot. Not only did I wait an hour but when we finally got in with someone they acted like we were poor and we didnt have enough income because we paid 915 in rent and make 2460 a month. I understand Im not rich but thats no reason to talk to me like I am poor and not even try or seem interested in helping us. I would not recommend this place to anyone if they want someone to actually care and help you and not tell you that youre too poor to buy a car. This is one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had.

This placed helped us when we were in an emergency, they matched our needs and showed great patience. They were graceful through it all, got us a great deal and saw us through it . Okay so we googled this place, not knowing much about San Antonio. Got to the lot, Josh walked out to greet us. First impression of this please was great. I must say we didnt really expect much. Our credit is not good with other issues. Welp to our surprise we not only left with a nice. Less than two year old new car smelling vehicle. This car has super low mileage. If your looking for a nice car with low mileage and great customer service this is the place to go.

I was getting frustrated with the major dealerships having me show this, show that, waiting for this bank to approve this automobile and then say u are approved and then still On the wire. I pretty much gave up and was heading home and past up Chacon, first I was just looking and then Charles came out and asked if he can help, I was like Im just looking, he said if u have a down-payment, u will be leaving with a car u want, long story short, I drive off in a car a few hours later
