The reps were professional, helpful, and knowledgeable of the product.

I was out and about and dropped in for some info. I had to wait, the young man working had a customer and they were busy with getting the customer the things he wanted and the services to match. Since this allowed a minute to sit and rest a bit, I was able to have some questions answered. While watching them Ilearned some things about a product he purchased.The young man helped with my questions and i was on my way.The parking lot has handicap accesibility to the stores and there are restaurants in the area, along with some very distinct stores. You may want to drop in on them when done with Cricket shopping!

I guess they let anyone work at Cricket now you dont have to be inside you can be in your car smoking weed and then come in and help customers and not know what the prices are and if they have phones that you need they dont even have it!!
