Call for a phone made sure a phone was in stock was only 10min away great communication on the phone was told to ask for sales person Infinity when I show up got pass around to two different sales and then was informed oh we dont have that when I called twice and made sure was inform it was in hand and was holding it. Then I just got ignored no apologies for miss inform nothing. I dont recommend this kind of service for a customer that has a business account with over 8lines on the account. And also to be honest I realize while I was waiting they more accommodating the Hispanic community If there is any issues the manager would walk over and talk but with me no once he came over see if anything could be done.
This nice lady helped me out with the service got me in and out was very polite I’ll be a regular over here because this is such a great community :)

Horrible service. I was here a week ago. Nice girl helped me she said she was new. Came back today to see about upgrading my phone. I didnt get his name but had glasses on. Just rude, condescending, know it all tone and attitude. Acting like he was doing me a favor even talking to us. Walked out, he obviously didnt wanna help and they obviously dont need my business at this location.

Horrible customer service, the 50 year old guy with the black & gray hair with the George Michael goatee just cares about sales, not customer service, & will con you into buying a phone. I left Tmobile after 9 years & am so glad I did. I also hated their local customer service setup, why do I want to talk with the same annoying people that I see everyday??? No thanks!

Dont understand how you can be a manager and not manage. Very rude service from a manager named Reggie. Yes I get it practicing social distance, there is a way to go about how you handle where you can stand or be.
I was in a bind after breaking my old phone and Pedrum was able to take care of everything, within an hour, on Christmas Eve! He even convinced me on a new phone company that I was a bit skeptical of but I love using now. Quick service and to the point. He understood the contract well and was able to answer accurately.
Customer service is courteous, staff is knowledgeable of products and services, and the store is always clean. What I dont like is the LONG wait to be serviced. This is the only store near me for miles, literally, so I dread having to drive there. It would greatly improve cutomer relations if T Mobile had a designated payment representative, as provided by a competitor.
This place sold my mother in law 2 extra phones that were supposed to be free. The manager said they were free because the store didnt have the exact phones they wanted. The bill reflects a $72 down payment plus $25 each additional line charge. Basically, over $400 more than what should have been charged. Why tell us we are getting free phones and then charging us?
5 star plus, the representative at this location on Commerce went Way Beyond he exceeded my customer service expectation his name is Oscar he was very familiar with what we were looking for he was showing us what we needed to know what we needed to see in regards to phone service in regards to streaming and regards to getting me hooked up with the Netflix on my cell phone he assisted my son with his brand new red iPhone 8 with the screen protector always friendly willing to help answer all our questions accurately precise was not pushing us to buy anything he allowed us to ask any questions that we were interested as far as phone service I would definitely recommend T-Mobile and recommend this location especially with such a friendly person as Oscar assisting as we walked out of there a happy family
We do quite a bit of business with T-Mobile. Corporate instructed me what to do with a problem I was having with a phone. This store did not help me as I feel they should have. Good education and if they would have explained why, I would have understood. I was told why not and refused service. Corporate totally helped me properly and respectfully.
The service was great and fast! Thank you Celina for making sure I was out of there within the 30 min.!

Came in to get a nano SIM card replacement for a new phone. Service was quick. But incompetent. The lady helping forgot to activate my SIM card, forcing to call tech support and waste a couple hours more of my time. Plus they charged $25 for it. Nice way to treat a 13 year customer. Loyalty doesnt mean much to big corps these days.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I never give reviews. But these people working here are liers and will lie to get a sell. Walked in to port in my number and first of all the girl Roxanne lied to me about a promotion they were having. Game the wrong information just so she could make a sell or whatever. Then she added another line to my account when I specifically told her I only wanted one line . My phone wasnt working so I walked in the next day and spoke the manager or supervisor. He assured me the problem would be fixed. Next day nothing! I had to call customer support myself. He never even got back to me to help . You people need to learn how to do your job. Or get another one. Because youre not very good at this. I want to call corporate and will.

Avoid going with Pedro he takes his sweet time and answers his phone more than once in front of you and he cant even put on a simple screen protector on your phone he makes someone else do it for him oh and he loves walking back & forth and doesnt explain what different options you have when it comes to buying insurance for your phone he will give you the more expensive one oh and to top it off there werent a lot of people in the store now I know why save your time & money go somewhere else Im surprised at how bad customer service is here because its a corporate store

This is the worst T-Mobile store I have ever been to in 15yrs! The past 2 yrs I have stopped 4 times n they never have current information or cant help me with my device. Only refer to to tmobile 800 number. Now today they outright refused to sell me a new fone. I wasnt trying to put on credit or account but to pay cash right there n then n they would not let me. What good is a store u can not buy anything from!
