The sales person Venessa was very very very Rud and talked badly to me.And didnt help me with what I needed.And locked locked ๐ my phone and account for 3-Days.So Im out of my phone and account and my business work for these days.Not at all happy with what she did.It was close to closing and she put me out.Again I AM NOT HAPPY.PLEASE DO SOMETHING ABOUT THIS AND VENESSA AT THE WALSUM STORE.PLEASETHANKS โบ๏ธ๐
I always go to this store. Branon always helps me. He is so nice and very helpful with anything that you need. He works hard and has a great personality. I always ask for him because I know he will take care of me and get me what I want.
I have gone to this place with my mother in law several times. Jesse and Sung were so awesome and patient. All the employees there are great, patient, helpful and very friendly. I know theyโll take care of me each time, no matter whoโs working that day!

Awesome customer service from every employee...witnessed the owner allow a homeless veteran to use a phone to call about his benefits...he treated that man with the same respect he treated me as a paying customer which definitely restored my faith in humanity. If you are a current Metro PCS customer, do not purchase a another phone with them because if something happens and you are dissatisfied, there is NO return policy for it! They do have a return policy, but only for new activations. When my husband went to get another phone, the representative assisting him told him he could return it within 7days if not satisfied. Well he went to do this and now they told him they could not do it. READ THE FINE PRINT ON THAT RETURN POLICY BEFORE PURCHASE!!!!!!!!
