Overall a great place. I brought in 2 laptops to see if they could help speed them up a bit and they did!! They didnt charge me a thing since they didnt have to repair anything. Great place and they are very friendly! Thanks again gentlemen.

Very impressed. I attempted to change the the glass on my iphone 8plus with one fail. I couldn’t get the home key to work correctly when I put it all back together. I called other shops who refused to look at it because I had opened the phone. The guy at Staymobile fit me in even though he was booked for the day. Fixed my phone and didn’t charge me a thing.I stongly encourage you give these guys your business. I know I will give them any future business I have.

Ive only had the initial phone call and consult with Joel and after calling several places before for a battery replacement I had the best experience with this company! Very impressed with their level of knowledge and professionalism. They were a few bucks more than one place I called but an extra 10 dollars is worth my peace of mind! I have a less common device so had to have a part ordered and Im looking forward to the repair later this week or next! Ill add to this review when my repair is completed :)

You cannot find a better level of customer service. First, the initial phone call and consult was very helpful and informative. Was able to walk in and receive service with very little wait. Within a very short time Joel had remedied the issue with my LG5. Obviously, very knowledgeable. This kind of business is so welcome!

We have visited Stay Mobile on two different occasions. We have BlackBerry mobile devices. The first time, they did not have the proper charging port. This time we stopped by because my husband shattered his screen. They said they would look for the part and then call. I waited for five days, then I called them. The person on the line asked the manager who then told him they could not find a Key 2 screen. I politely told the man that it would have been nice if they would have called to let me know that. They lack good customer service.

We took our daughters Asus tablet to Staymobile with very little hope that anything could be done to restore power to it (charging port damaged from drop as well as a power supply cord that was frayed). The guys at Staymobile worked their magic and in a few short days had the tablet working as good as new! In a society that replaces items at full cost its awesome that our community now has a repair shop that specializes in our everyday electronics! We highly recommend this business!

The phone repair for my iPhone 6 was done very well and in the time they stated it would be done, also the employees were really cool guys. Very pleased.

This place has the most horrible customer service ever...I took my Galaxy note 5 to this place..the manager gave a quote ($129) that I agreed to pay even though I knew that it was expensive.. I ask the manager If he wanted me to pay now and he said you can pay when you come back to pick it up.. Next day I got a call saying that my phone was ready to pick up.. I went to the store and they showed me my phone and the person on the front desk said it is going to be $159 plus tax...I told him sir this is not what I was told by your manager..he asked me do you have it in writing? I said I dont but please call your employee and Ask him..he said in a very bad way...I do not want to bother him on his day off and I can not go by what you say..I said ok... so what do you suggest? He said leave your phone here until tomorrow until he comes back.. I said... that is rude sir.. and I really need my phone back..can I talk to somebody else? he said I am the owener (ALAN TAYLOR) I said that explained everything...I did not want to leave my phone because my trust on this ridiculous place was not good at all...I told him you do not want to bother your employee but you really want to bother me keeping my phone??. I paid the amout and I left...next day I went back to speak to the person that gave me the quote and he knew everything about the incident because ALAN TAYLORcalled him after I left even he had told me that he did not want to bother him..the person agreed with me on the original price...he reimbursed to me the difference but I noticed that my phone was not fixed correctly I poineted out to him but they want to keep my phone again and honestly I did not want this place to touch my phone again...I lost $129 because my phone had more issues now than before...All the time that I was on the store I did not see any customer walking in.. I believe that there is a lot of pepole that They already know the horrrible service that the Owener ALAN TAYLOR provide to customers...I never received a call from MR..TAYLOR..after he found out that I was right..but thats fine I do not think that this bussiness will survive anyway....

This place takes forever to do a 20 minutes job. I left my phone there for 5 hours to repair the screen and when I came back it still wasn’t ready
