Came in that morning with had half of my screen missing. They immediately go started working on it. They not only got the work done in under the estimated time they also helped me put on a new privacy screen saver! Absolutely amazing service!

Jessie was able to help me with my problem I. Under a minute and I didn’t have to pay. Turns out if they don’t have to take the product apart, they won’t charge you for the work. Great place, and great service.

Dont bother taking an HP warranty product there, they will say you broke it. They will then tell you they can fix for almost as much as you paid for it. It was obvious it was not dropped it, there is no damage on the outside. The screen was not broken.Update* The gentleman working there told me that he could tell me right away that HP was not going to fix it because someone broke it. I was upset and I said I did not break this, the bolt popped out. He looked at me like yeah right lady. I called HP and they sent me a box within 24 hours. I sent it to them, and within 3 days it was sent back to me with a new screen. UBreakifix it kept it for two weeks to tell me that they could fix it for over $500. I paid $750 for the computer new. Moral of the story is, he had not right to tell me that I broke it, when I did not break it. The screen was not broken, a bolt popped out because it is a convertible envy and it was faulty. Apparently HP knows this happens that is why they fixed it quickly and for free.

Amazing customer service, ask for Roger. They dont pay him enough for the quality of work and effort he puts forth. If youre ever in the 09 area, just stop in and say hi, leave your busted device and theyll fix you right up.

I came in with no Google bar on my tablet. I could not access the internet for information. He worked on it for about 10 minutes and restored the bar. Wonderful. He did not even charge me for it. Great work. I brought it in previously for a bad battery. They do good work and very reliable.

I came in for a simple charge port repair but the tech disconnected my phones antenna from my network and bruised the screen so badly that it was almost completely black!First, they sent me to my carrier to fix the antenna, after telling me that the SIM card was old on a phone Id had for 6 months. When my carrier couldnt fix it, the tech at UBreakIFix said he would have to order the parts for the damages he created! When I expressed my frustration at the situation, he became very angry and emotional and threatened not to fix my phone if I disrespected him. Incredibly unprofessional!This place is a joke and the tech was completely incompetent. I took my phone to my carrier and received a replacement thanks to my insurance. I should have done that to begin with

Dropped off my laptop for the battery, took a few days for it to come in which was ok for me. Once dropped off took 2 hrs to get back which wasn’t bad at all. Overall great service and they txt you through the process.

UBREAKIFIX is a wonderful place. My iPhone had some problems ATT could not fix. The young man ( a former employee there suggested going to UBIF. )I went to the location on Broadway in Alamo Heights. My first conversation was with Sergio. So friendly and informative. I immediately felt I had come to the right place with knowledgeable people. Took in my iPhone 8 Plus for a screen repair and they did a good job on it. What I dint like was how they text me my phone was ready for pick up and when I get there I still had to wait about 15 20 minutes. The guy almost let me leave with out paying but I let him know I still hadn’t payed. Other then that fair place.

Edward and Jesse were so helpful at this location. I had not so good luck at another location. Edward is the best. He fixed my in-call sound issue in less than 5 minutes. I definitely recommend this place. So professional and just great people. I will be back here next time I have a phone issue!

Good reviews so I called and they said to come straight away. The guys were very nice knowledgeable and had a new OEM screen and protectir installed in 1.5 hours. A few weeks ago I walked into U Break I Fix Broadway location 30 minutes before their closing time as a last resort to fix my phone. I had been without a phone for about three weeks because Apple nor Geek Squad could fix my IPhone X. I was close to just buying a new one because mine was frozen. The two men who assisted me were very helpful, knowledgeable, and had me out of the store in less than 20 minutes! I was SO ecstatic and wished I came here sooner! My experience with this establishment was very positive. I engaged with a total of 5 representatives. When I called to make an appointment for my laptops, the representative was patient with my questions. At time of the appointment, that representative was also patient and respectful with me and did not make assumptions about my knowledge regarding technology. When the next representative called me about the diagnostic findings, she was very kind and helpful with my questions- she schooled me on the issues and my options thus enabling me to make an informed decision as to how to proceed with the findings. They were very knowledgeable on on the topic and their customer service went far beyond my expectations. This place IS the place to go when you are having issues with your electronics. They had my phone fixed and ready in less than 24hrs! This is now the only place I will go to when I need my phone or anything with a power button fixed.

I always take my electronics here to be worked on if they need it. They are always helpful and give you a no salesman approach to your issue. This time they recommended that I not do what I thought and provided me with a better option and always cheaper for me in the long run. Came in for a repair and the new screen became non responsive in a section after a few weeks, and then shattered when gently tapped. Brought it in and was told I physically abused it but they would be happy to replace it again at full price. They also charged almost twice as much and take 8 hrs to do a screen replacement while other places nearby will do it in 30 min and provide better service and quality of equipment.

Had to bring my Samsung cell to get it checked. I did stay because I didnt have time to leave my cell. However the two guys that were helping me were awesome 👌!

I just want to express my greatest gratitude to this location, especially Sergio. My iphone was stuck on the apple logo all day and after many failed attempts at trying to get it fixed due my phone carrier not able to assist me, Apple store was closed, Best Buy required you to make an appt that was 2 weeks out, and another uBreakiFix location not answering their door. I ended up on at this location with only a few minutes till they closed, just to only be welcomed by Eddie and Sergio. After the day I had, I had only assumed they werent going to be able to assist me and have me return the next day. Even as they explained they were about to close and setting expectations of how long it would take for service to be done for my phone, I was ready to leave without being helped. To my surprise Sergio began working on my phone. Him and his team did a great job and never made me feel like I was an inconvenience, even though I felt bad. I truly appreciate their exceptional customer and technical service. I would definitely recommend and use them again if needed.

Showed up with my phone to this location like samsung support said I should. Waited for a like 5 days decided to call to check up on the part they needed to order, and they had no clue who I was and had no record I showed up. Waste of time especially since my phone has a 90 day warranty and need that fixed asap.

Dealing with Ubreakifix has been quite a frustrating experience. I originally shipped my Google Pixel 3XL to their Stone Oak location. For about three weeks, they did not acknowledge the receipt of the device. Upon contacting the Customer service email address, they kept promising that someone would get back to me. No luck. Sent another email and after two days, Ray got back to me informing me that the phone would be fixed within 24 hours and shipped to me. He did call me the next day to inform me that his technician had tried two different charging ports and that it appeared that the main circuit board was the problem and that since they did not have the part, he was going to take the phone to their Alamo Heights location. Ok.So, then, I get a call from him again saying that the technician at the Alamo Heights location had tested the device and it was in fact a bad charging port and that they had replaced it and that the phone worked fine now! However, instead of $79.xx, the repair was $120.xx. Anxious to get my phone back as I was using a backup phone, I agreed to the repair and then, they charged my credit card twice! Upon receipt of the phone back, I found out that it did not charge. I tried 3 different chargers with 3 different cables and no luck. I wrote back again to Ray asking for a refund and got a boiler plate response that their repairs were covered by a 90-day warranty and that I should bring the phone back in to the store that fixed the phone! I asked for the email address to the Alamo Heights location and never heard back from Ray.So, I wrote again and again to the Customer service email address and they assigned my case to someone that would help me resolve the issue, Jessica M. She responded back with a curt response and I asked if she was even aware of the entire history of my repairs. She wrote back again saying firmly that she would not issue any refund and that I could take the phone back to the store that repaired it.In the meantime, I had responded to a follow-up satisfaction survey and given a poor rating and got a call from the Alamo Heights store manager who wanted me to change my review as he said that he was doing me and the other store a favor by taking on the repair!! I explained to him that to me, it didnt matter which location did what. As far as I was concerned, it was Ubreakifix that had performed poorly. So, Buyer Beware, folks!

I was not able to charge my cell phone so I brought it in to repair the connector. They checked it out and found that the phone just needed to be cleaned where the cord connected. They cleaned it and now it works beautifully. And I was not even charged for the cleaning service. I would go back for my next repair with no questions.
