As far as the service department goes, this place had great service, Dale took care of me was really friendly and really helpful and even worked around my schedule. Didnt take long at all before I was picking my jeep back up. Even the lady at the cashier couldnt have been nicer, 10/10 recommend for the service department
Sent my vehicle in for recalls and was told it would be ready tomorrow every day for a few days by different people. I called the following week and they told me only my service rep could assist me. He was out for the day. I didnt accept that BS and came in person. The vehicle was done, but it took a different guy talking to multiple different people to figure that out and finally give me my vehicle. The included multi-point inspection never happened.
If I could give a negative rating I would! I took my Jeep in for a brake inspection. Dale, the service rep, texts me that for just FRONT BRAKES, it would be $1000 and I could get a 10% discount. When I tried calling several times, no answer. Then I respond and say that the cost seems unusually high, explained that I had my brakes inspected and replaced the rear at the dealership in Ohio before I moved in 2019 (vehicle is barely driven) and was told then that I did not need front brakes, he says the cost would be $285 to replace the pads only. I ask are the pads lifetime (in Ohio that’s what I rec’d) he says no 30-40,000 miles. I declined the service. Fast forward to today, I come to Brake Check and my front brakes are $535. Tell me how you can charge almost double for the same work and include lifetime pads??? I find that concerning. Price gouging a bit!!!!
I had such a great car buying experience fast and a great deal. Joey was the best salesman he was extremely friendly and informative. Go see him for your next vehicle. The only thing the selection of vehicles was limited but it seems every where is like that right now. Thanks North Star Dodge.
So far so GOOD! Mr. MARIO Super Mario ROMAN - has Awesome Customer Service skills. I will let you know how everything turns out. Again, so far SO GOOD. They are taking care of my baby Town & Country - that has over 114,000 miles on it.
I love this place cant wait to buy me milli my jeep truck
Currently own a Dodge, owned a Chrysler in the past. The Dodge I currently own and drive gives me hell all the time. Twice Ive taken it in for computer problems. I brought it in recently for a transmission issue, left with a new battery and had to drive it back in for the same problem. Now ask me if Ill ever buy another Dodge, Chrysler, or Jeep after Im done paying it off...my early 2000s Chevy is more reliable...
Easily the worst buying experience I have dealt with from a dealer. Sales manager made me an offer, shook my hand on it then backed out of the deal stating, Im sorry but your care just isnt worth it. All while placing an asking price of 53k on a 5 year old Rubicon. Got to say, any guy who shakes someones hand and says, We have a deal. and then backs out; well he isnt worth much in my opinion. After going back to see if they had come to their senses on the deal a couple days later, I felt a pretty sketchy vibe from them, and decided to just go another direction rather than meet their asking price. Wife was a bit disappointed but I felt like a dodged a bullet.
Chris Harmer did an outstanding job! I had called at least a dozen other dealers looking for trucks and I couldn’t even get a call back. With in an hour of speaking with Chris and telling him what I was looking for he found the exact truck I was after! Very pleased with Chris and the job he did. Will definitely return when we are in the market for another vehicle. Five stars!
Best people to work whit it they do the best for you
I scheduled and appointment with Lynn for Saturday 9/4/2021 for 7:10am. They have 2 garages and I parked to the left of the Fiat that was there already, in front of first garage, I parked in front of the 2nd garage. The Advisor, which I later learned name was Pete, called the Fiat in, finished with her and proceeded in calling in the second car in front of the first garage, totally ignoring me. Joe finally showed up, who Lynn said would be helping me, a few minutes later and took care of me. I noticed from the waiting area my Truck was still in front of the garage, hazards blinking and others cars were being moved. I went out to ask about it. I walked into the Advisor office and Pete was behind his computer typing. He never greeted me, no good morning, nothing. He typed about 3 min, awkward silence, he looked up occasionally at his screen not saying a word to me. Finished up his typing, walked past me, looked at a paper in a file box by the door, then walked out to help another customer, totally ignoring me. I walked out in disbelief and shock.A person did finally move my truck about 5 or so minutes later. It was serviced in a reasonable amount of time. But I refuse to return to this dealerships service department again. I also need a reason why Pete ignored me that morning, and a refund on the remaining oil changes and tire rotations I have left.I will not be treated this way again. This sort of behavior should have disciplinary actions behind it, But they probably dont and thats why he treats customers like this.
This place is all around broad full of snakes 🐍. I Been talking to one buy about getting a car .once I get there he no wear to be found . So another guy helps me . The first 🚩 was the cars are all over price by at least 6k . Still try to do business with them. Second they ran my credit twice before I got there . Just to tell something different. Waste my time . Please do your homework on any car you get from them. I believe they didn’t want to help me because they were trying to thought me n a car . With over 10 recalls and the main recall was on the ignition on the car. When it just automatic turn off. Not safe .also, the car was n a week and was n a hurricane . Smh nothing but hungry snakes
Whatever time they quote for a job....triple it. Nevermind appointments, they mean little apparently. Oh well, good thing there are other dealers to work with in SA.
Manager was really promt and very courteous but.the mechanic assigned to my vehicle took to long, the other vehicle was in at the same time and it was ready 2 hours before mine, same trucks.
I never leave reviews but feel I must. I read the negative reviews before coming here but dismissed them. I came for an oil change as I had bought a package in the past. I arrived about 20 mins after the place opened with 6 cars in front of me. Service was pleasant. An hour goes by and I check back with staff, Yes, we will let you know once its done I start to get hungry so walk a half mile down the road to get some breakfast. A total of 2hrs and 45 mins have gone by. I had checked 3 times with staff and finally went to get my key to leave. I had watched many people show up after me in the waiting room and leave before me. The staff was apathetic and told me to avoid a 3 hour wait to make an appt. As if I was blind and could not see the people arrive after and leave before me. I dont know if it was bc I had a head scarf on or if the service is this terrible to everyone. But I drove to a take 5 after and was in and out in 15 mins. Last time I use a dealership for basic services.
Oh boy I just dont get it sometimes whats wrong with people. I bought a 2021 dodge here, the service was good and I was excited with my new car. The reason why Im giving them two stars is because of miss leading customers. They told me that if I took their survey, they will fill up my car with gas, so they said. I took the survey, which was about 45mins to 1hr of my time wasted. I go there to speak to the manager about my free gas, he said you only rate us 9 out of 10 in every question; you should have rate us 10. Therefore since you rated 9 as overall experience, you will not get the free gas. I mean what is the point of taking the survey if I cant give my own option to the best of my knowledge concerningthe serviceI received?!. He sounded more like Biden forcing people to take the shot withoutother alternatives; (oh you most rate me 10 out of 10 Im the best, sir you might as well rate yourself instead of me doing it). It was pointless arguing with him, all I could say was thank you for your time and left. Folks just be aware of being miss leaded. The perfect but I wouldnt say excellent with behaviors like this.
Jeeps Galore! Dropped in to pick up a part. Almost drove out the lot with a sharp looking Jeep Wrangler. There is a reason people avoid going into a candy store, they want to try everything! Anyways, Parts Department was most helpful and very competent staff. My stay was minimal, could use improvement in Customers recognition. Simply by installing a bell at the door or a buzzer of some kind at the counter. Happy Holidays!
This 5 starts are for Pete Alvarez at the service advisors.Didnt have the pleasure to be attended by Pete, but just for him knowing and answering the question so polite, and knowing is enough for me to go back to this place. To bad for the guys on the left and right of Pete. I asked the question to them and the not knowing was shown through their pores.I could said next time you go get with Pete. He is the man. Thanks
I went to go get my bumper fix because I hit a bunny. They do not do body work and they do not say this ahead of time. So they touch our Durango and tore our fender liner. The manager then told me they do not do body work and still proceeded to tell me his service manager was in the right. My thing was if you claim you do not do body work then you should have never touch my car which needed some body work. My only thought process is if your ok with your technician doing body work which you do not do I wonder what else you touch that you shouldn’t.. This dealership is ok with making something look good and not actually fixing the issue or telling me take it somewhere else. Don’t take you car her ever! They are not sure if they do body work or not….
Took a car in to service under warranty. 2 and half months later my new car is running again. A lot of frustration and misunderstanding in that time. Ultimately I am content with warranty coverage and that I can drive it again. Waiting on dealership and backorders caused by gubmt makes me never want to buy a new car again.
I found medical waste in my new van and called Jason the sales manager. I explained how I pulled a used blood test strip from inside my door pocket with my hand and became worried. Unfortunately all that Jason could do for me was 20$ of gas and a car wash. I did ask for an extra wash but Jason couldn’t do it because of cost. Jason was honest with me and did the best he could. I love my van but can’t give more than 2 stars to a company that limits their sales manager. I expected more for the inconvenience to my health and well being. It was troubling having a strangers blood in my hand. Please look inside every compartment even when buying new. Dodge makes awesome vans and I know I’ll have mine for a long time.
First! I was greeted by a salesman that told me the way to the parts department. With a cheery smile no less! Then I was greeted by the parts man. I wish I could remember his name. He was great explaining how their system worked and ordered the part I need for my service appointment. Good experience
I whent there to get a part everything was very quick everyone know what are they doing thats very good
Charge to mush for maintenance your trk u bought so ask questions an get them to get the CEO to sign your warranty before u buy your 50.000 truck Im serious.i was there.
Not worth your time and money, I came to fix the traction issue I had with my 2012 Dodge Avenger and they end up tryna pull one on me and make me pay 10,000$ for a new engine when I clearly said it was probably a sensor issue so I took it out of the dealership went to a mechanic that I knew and lord and behold it was just a sensor issue ended up paying 100$ to get it fixed, there mechanics are either to lazy or incoherent to do this job so save your money and go to a different dealership/mechanic, forgot to mention that when I received my car it was missing the cover and coolant cap wasn’t on.
HELLCAT STOLEN!! If only zero or negative star were possible! My Hellcat was at their North Star for work, my parents went to check on the car for me because I’m temporarily stationed in Las Vegas. When my family showed up to check on my car, no one at the dealership could find my vehicle. There were no cameras or anything, supposedly my car was behind the service gate according to the service manager but no one noticed the car missing. They had no idea how long the car had been gone. They asked us to wait a few days while they checked other lots for the vehicle, unfortunately they never found it. Turns out my car was stolen so I had to do a police report. The general manager was not helpful in anyway nor did the dealership take responsibility for not ensuring the safety of my vehicle. They also did not try to right their wrongs or even try to replace my Hellcat. The entire experience was a nightmare! I would not recommend anyone take their vehicle to North Star for any reason!
Dropped off my vehicle for service. Was told I would get a call in the afternoon. Never received a call, so I called them. Once directed to my service technician, the phone was never answered and no way to leave a message. After waiting for 10 minutes, I finally hung up. Called back 30 minutes later to find out everyone in the service department was gone and all the cars locked up. I was never informed they would have my car overnight and now no one who works there can help me. Guess my kiddos didnt need to go to school in the morning anyway. (I would have rented a vehicle had they actually communicated with me as they stated they would....)
Took my Jeep in for recall work. Amber was the most knowledgeable and helpful service person I have ever met. Ask for her by name!
Good staff never a long wait to get your car services that why people should go there and stay away from San Antonio Dodge Chrysler stay away from that place
WELL FIRST OF ALL WAS HESITANT TO CALL NORTHSTAR DODGE BUT WHEN I CALLED NORTH STAR DODGE PARTS DEPARTMENT A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF JOE V. ANSWERS THE PHONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL VERY HELPFUL AND HAD GREAT MANNERS AND IF THEY DIDNT HAVE A PART I NEEDED HE WOULD APOLOGIZE AND MADE IT EASY SO WITH NO HESITATION THE NEXT TIME IF I NEED TO CALL BACK IF I EVER NEED PARTS AGAIN I WILL CALL NORTHSTAR DODGE AGAIN and the parts were delivered the same day I called, great teamwork by Northstar Dodge for getting my parts in quick, this start off with the female who answered my call to transfer me to parts department she also was polite and all the way down to the parts pickup crew whoever goes picks up the parts great job at NORTHSTAR DODGE PARTS DEPARTMENT 6-24-2021
Do not get on the salesmans nerves! They know you can go elsewhere to get a dodge or car, and they will let you!! So if you want the privilege of buying from Northstar, mind what you do and how you act!
Service department guy Charles attitude on the phone is very bad. I don’t need sprinkles and glitter. I just want decent customer service. After hanging up I decided to search for a different location for my service. You be the judge.
Worst place for service I suggest finding another dealer! They never call back the service manager and General manager dont know how to pick up a phone either.
I walked in very worried after experiencing some issues this past week with my jeep. Gary, whom I had made an appointment with, was very helpful. He actually cared about was going on. I left very satisfied.
Gary and Tony helped me out today with my rear view mirror that fell off and was just dangling. Showed up during my lunch hour and they were able to help me quickly and were very nice about it! Great Customer Service! Thank you Guys!
The WORST vehicle buying experience I have ever had in my entire life.Positive-David J worked well with me on pricing and upgrades.Negative-Purchasing a $75K vehicle. The initial salesperson (Amari) presented himself as knowledgeable but was immediately out of his dept and would not admit it. David J had to be called in. David did a great job AT THAT POINT and we completed the special order. The company did a great job of giving me progress on my vehicle build however they had no idea when it would be delivered. I found out the vehicle was delivered before they did. I contacted the salesperson (Amari) and he had no idea the vehicle was in. Upon discovering the vehicle was in Amari told me, you better hurry up and come get it because we are going to sell it one way or another. This enraged me as I had special ordered the vehicle and I had contacted the dealer to let them know that it had arrived at their facility! I coordinated with David J to pick up the vehicle as I had a very limited window to take delivery (1.5 hrs). David acknowledged this and let me know they would be prepped to get me out of there on time. David greeted me, sat me down and promptly disappeared for over an hour. I had to hunt him down to start the process of receiving the vehicle and getting the financing started. After 2.5 hours David J finally sent me to finance. I advised David J upon initial ordering that I was Active Duty military and that I would be registering the vehicle in my home state (Alaska). I even supplied David J with all the applicable required documentation for registration a day in advance. David J advised that is not a problem as they do it all the time. Fast forward to the finance point of contact. After waiting an hour to get the financing squared away the finance POC came out and advised that he called the DMV in Alaska and the DMV advised him that, ...he cannot register the vehicle because of too much fraud from military folks that live out of state.. Again, I was enraged that I was essentially being called a criminal!! I asked for the name and number of the Alaska DMV representative the finance POC spoke with. I immediately contacted the Alaska DMV individual while on speaker phone in the Finance POCs office. The DMV representative stated that they never told the Finance POC anything about fraud or that I could not register the vehicle in Alaska. The DMV rep outlined the required documents that would be needed and I verified that the Finance POC had all of those documents on their desk at the time as I had provided them a day in advance. I finally completed the finance portion of the sale and was handed the keys to my new $75K vehicle. I was never provided a tutorial on how to use any of the vehicle amenities such as the audio system, towing system, UConnect or any safety systems. To be blunt, this was the worst vehicle purchasing experience I have EVER had in my life and the worst customer service experience I have ever had with an auto dealership. Bottom line is that not only will I give bad reviews of NorthStar but I will actively engage in ensuring people do not buy vehicles from there.
Very professional. Good service.
Charles in service is a scammer and rude! He lies during the servicing of our Jeep just to make money on his end. I had to call him out over 4 times on things he missed and was trying to get more money out of us for no reason. Please go somewhere else to get your car fixed, his handling of our Jeep only proves that he’s into for the money and not for the customers. He thinks we just have money to give, and extra cars to be waiting till his ready to work on our car. He’s wrong. People don’t have time for BS and scammers. He will use your part on our cars and make excuses on his end. THIS IS A WARNING, STAY AWAY!!
I was in dire need for major services and the macanic Tony truly had my back. Really people Tony had my back. Thank you Tony and God bless you. 🙌. I couldnt of done it without you.
When I took my Abarth Spider in this morning, I found the mechanic and service manager to be honest, helpful and knowledgeable as well as friendly! Was my error. They found it-we had a good laugh and I was on my way quickly. Thanks guys!
Joe provided excellent customer service. Didnt wait longer than estimated. Wasnt crowded.......lucky for me. 😉 Didnt like the drive, otherwise I would have given 5 stars!
I went two days ago spoke to the sales manager and we agreed on a price of a truck that hadnt came in yet 2 days later the truck comes in they have me apply, and now all of a sudden the truck is 5k more but they didnt tell me until they ran my credit, these guys are clowns save your time and dont come here.. worst place in San Antonio to do business with
They took advantage of 2 young people wout adequate knowledge of financial situations. Sad. They svrewed them and stuck someone wout a job w a 23,000 note..On te plus side,, apparently word has it you can purchase quality smoking material s thru the rt salesperson son... Mind you, i heard. Not seen w my own eyes just heard
Complete rip off. I was charged $150.00 for a part that I could have purchased online for $40.00. Only realized this after I had paid the $150.00. Do your research as this organization only price gouges. Its much cheaper to order the parts online through a wholesale distributor.
Wouldnt recommend buying from here. They refused to provide me with the vechical invoice(s) on the two trucks I was interested in looking at.
The maintenance dept is a JOKE! VERY POOR,UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE.... I dropped of my dodge truck at 8:30 am for a recall and battery drawing issues. I had to call and check status on my truck at 5:30pm cause I hadnt heard anything. They hadnt even touched my truck. I had to call to find this out, said I would have to leave overnight. Sure let me just pull my 2nd vehicle out of the garage!! Place us a joke. I dont see why theyre always over priced if this is there quality of workmanship.
Amber at services really helped us out when we were in a pinch. Polite, patient, and professional.
Zero stars if possible. $626.78 for an oil change and fuel filters... I’ve never been bent over so badly at a dealership. Should have known better when I had the appointment made a week in advanced and still had to leave the truck there over night and had to get an Uber. $350 service anywhere else in the country. Avoid if you have out of state plates
I would never recommend this place!!! They pass your credit around like a piece of dog meat and once they dont get the answer they want they LITERALLY keep you just waiting, not to mention the sales reps that attack you once you get off your vehicle, Chris Harmer is a horrible salesman at that and never again will I take a recommendation to this place and will definitely NOT recommend it to anyone!
Charles and the service team are awesome! Got me a phenomenal price and finished the repairs on my Ram ahead of schedule. Great communication and all around service! Thanks guys.
I spoke to Lorena Daugherty over text explaining my situation and what I needed for me to be able to purchase a car. She told me that she will get me everything I needed and we could make a deal happen so i drove all the way to San Antonio TX from Laredo TX just to go take a look at this car. Once getting there I figured out all the lies I was told to get me to walk into the dealer. Lorena Daugherty doesnt not have any authority in confirming a price on ANY vehicle, her only job is to get people to walk into that place. The sales manager David, told me that the internet price of 33k was the absolute lowest and that he had to add $1400 to the internet price just to turn the car over to me. Wasted my time coming here.
Didnt expect such unprofessionalism from a place like this. Spoke to a male in the parts department, and asked him if he could help me answer a question in regards to my Fiat. This is what he said: Ohhhhkay?? Followed by him laughing and then rudely saying: So what do you want me to do about it??? I just told him nevermind and I hung up. Called back to ask for his name, I wasnt given a name, and instead transferred to a manager who didnt answer the phone. Ill just take my vehicle esle where.
The staff was awesome. Thanks Mr. Ronnie for going out of your way to make sure my car was fixed. I really really appreciate you and your staff. You were recommended to me by one of your sales person and he was right about you in how awesome you are❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
The sales & finance team @ North Star Dodge is top-notch. These folks are transparent, consistent, and fast. Every thing was easy to understand because it was in B&W and there was (lil to no) games played (4hrs top! and you are out the door). You will really feel like a valued business. Thanks so much to Ruben, Chucky, Jose and the rest of the team!
I had the greatest experience ever purchasing a Jeep Renegade at NS Dodge. Ben M, the salesman was confident; knowledgeable, and diligent in pursuit of finding the right vehicle for my income. Ben M said he would rather concentrate on what I could afford versus what my poor credit score attempted to represent on trust worthiness. Ben M. made my Valentines Day weekend a success. I was able to purchase a 2020 Jeep Renegade brand new. This is a big deal for me. Now with on time payments my credit score will surge and enable me to purchase other big ticket items. I am truly excited and grateful to Ben M and North Star Dodge.
Friendly, fast and courteous team. Worked and got me what I wanted with no hassles.
Great experience, as always! Went in to get something checked out and when I arrived they were busy but very welcoming. Dropped off my car, grabbed some coffee (which is better than the Starbucks down the road by the way), and waited a little over an hour and a half for my car. They do a thorough job of making sure your vehicle is running smoothly and they were extremely friendly.
Horrible service at the service desk no one helps you no one approached me They act like they don’t want to be there or help. Makes me want to sell my truck an give my money to someone who appreciates it. Don’t buy anything from them don’t waste your time. They take ur money an treat you like trash
Took my car here for routine maintenance. Staff inside was friendly however the work is expensive, and the total came out to almost double what they originally quoted because they said there were additional things my car could use and went ahead and worked on them without consulting me.I had intended to take it to a cheaper shop for the additional work needed so this was not really a favor to me and would have preferred they stuck to their initial plan of only doing what I had asked for, or at least communicated my options to me.
My vehicle will not start in their driveway no help to be found other than that salesman who wants me to buy a truck go figure no help at all
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation on a Friday after 4 p.m. no less and they had me out by 5. So happy
Very helpful only charged me for work done not for trying to figure out problem after a week
Poor communication during my repair! It was unclear how long it would take for my vehicle to be repaired and I rarely got any updates. Every day I had to call 2-4 times to get an update for the four days they had my vehicle. It is very difficult to run a business when you have no idea how long one of your vehicles will be unavailable.I recommend taking your vehicle somewhere else.
If I could give negative stars I would. Service center was the worst customer service. Took vehicle in to get a repair and regret it. Charles the service advisor was sarcastic and rude. Do not recommend this place to anyone.
Got pair of work shoes at $30 from $120. (Color mismatch) you could not really tell the difference😄They were at the less than perfect rack.I Also got a shirt and a belt at regular price.January 2021.
I had waited more time that usual to get my 2012 T&C serviced, so there was much more things that needed attending to at my time of service, but J.R. was able to help me make my decision on what was needed for my safety and we scheduled the rest for my next oil change. Im impressed with the turnaround time and the service, the reason for the lesser star was how I had to talk to the cashier into calling my credit card company so that my rebates could be collected.
I had an incredible experience at Northstar Dodge from my first phone call through the follow up emails to make sure my expectations were met. My salesman Chris Harmer was incredible! Extremely professional and appreciated his effort to get me exactly what I wanted. Thanks to all involved!
I been here for 3 hours for an oil change. There is only one guy working on oil changes. This is ridiculous, I even asked before coming here on the waiting time. All I get is an apology. I am taking my car somewhere else for service.
I went in to just to see whats out there, I was amazed by the harassment
The parts department is great. They were able to get a part for me in a couple days vs online vendors who take weeks. They also delivered the part to my house after the local warehouse delivered the part to a different location. They went out of their way to get the job done right, the parts were priced fair, and the employees were pleasant to deal with. 10/10. Ill be sure to service my new Fiat Abarth there.
I just recently purchased a brand new 2019 Jeep Grand Cherokee and the process was so smooth a actually came to leave an honest review for this great dealership. Calvin was my salesmen and I highly recommend him for his experience in the industry and listening to what the customer wants according to their budget while offering great hospitality. Unsure about your credit? Calvin can make it work 🙌🏽
Clean facility friendly helpful staff!
It was awesome my sales guy🙏 Worked with me and got me into a new car, I am so grateful to God for Ben Montez 🙏💖🙏 If anyone out there is in need of a car please go to North Star Dodge Jeep and ask for 🙏🙏🙏😂🙏🙏 Ben his Five Star sales man😅
Had a great experience at North Star Dodge. My sales guy was awesome Calvin Luis took care of me and my wife.We went to 2 other places looking for a Jeep Wrangler,Ancira Dodge and Ipac. Calvin by far was a better sales man then the other places. No wonder he has all the awards on his desk. Keep up the good work Calvin.
Called all the dodge parts in San Antonio and they were the only one to have the part very appreciative
Charles in the service department was relentless in his pursuit to fix our jeep. He goes above and beyond to ensure your repairs meet with your utmost satisfaction! I highly recommend the North Star Service Dept! Great repair service and great customer service!
Went in,Great friendly people and excellent service.I was in and out. Thanks
I took my vehicle for a recall, was repaired and back home in less than 2 hours. I didn’t even have to make an appointment, just showed up and got the work done. They had numerous bays open with numerous vehicle repairs going on to get everyone in and out as quickly as possible. Comfortable waiting room with fresh coffee
Personable service. Quick check out service.
David Jafary was an amazing sales manager he worked out the best deals for us totally recommend very professional, kind, and patient. He really wanted us to be happy with our vehicles and payments my wife was extremely happy, so thank you so much David.
Was expecting complimentary snacks but coffee was great. Cleanliness practiced so I felt safe to be there
Professional and friendly sales and service
Don’t go here! I brought my dodge in & they did a recall on it & scratched up my dashboard pretty good. Then they ordered a part for me & it’s been over 3 months & still no part. I called them 3 weeks ago & they said the part came in and they called no one got it so they sent it back. (They never even called to tell us it came in) They said they would reorder it and call me when it came in. Called today to check on it & they said the part was never ordered. 😡 save time & go to some other dodge service. Not worth the time & frustration.
Form the moment of arrival there was someone there to assist. Any questions I had where answered with honesty. Mr. Kim Barr was the sales man whom assisted me. He did a great job at providing the details of my purchase. Finance was blunt when it came to the Finalization of my purchase. They worked with me until there was a negotiable agreement. I would recommend this dealership to whom may be interested.
Went In on Sunday for look at a Jeep Wrangler. Spoke to Chucky, I specifically asked him twice not to run my credit application until we discussed numbers...needless to say, they ran my credit application without talking about discounts or my trade in. They simply just ran my application with no notice. Stay away from them
Kenny Moore is an awesome salesman make sure you ask for him. The Hellcat on the showroom floor was pretty sweet too. My choice, if I could have two first choice GLADIATOR BABY
I took my Fiat in on a Friday afternoon (at noon) after speaking with Amanda in the service department. The service department was able to look at it the same day and the part replacement was done by 10am the following day! Thank you, Amanda, for such great customer service and making sure everything was handled quickly! Thanks to the service department for getting the job done faster than I could have hoped for!!
Do no buy a vehicle or parts from this dealership. The employees are incompetent at the most basic tasks. I came in to order a $15 pen of touch up paint and they messed my order up 5 times!!!!! The first time they lost the paint within the 30 mins it took me to get there after they said it arrived. The next 4 times they ordered the wrong paint and one wasnt even paint. They ordered me glue....They dont even seem to care that they made me drive back and forth 5 times. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. YOULL REGRET IT
Their Service Department is quick and efficient. They found all the issues I was having with my car and told me why I was having the issues and how they could be fixed. Great service department everyone I encountered was very friendly and I was very satisfied with my recent trip. Thanks North Star location!
They were very helpful
The salesman Calvin Lewis is a great andrespectable salesman I have ever come across! Extremely knowledgeable! We had other dealerships we had contacted that day but after meeting Calvin and how he treated us along with the respectable people at the dealership (North Star Dodge). We decided we wanted to buy the Jeep there. Fast getting in and out. The financing team was fast getting things done. Worked with us to get the deal done. Love my Grand Cherokee Jeep 🥰.
The worst service you can get. Ask for a new fob key for my ram. They said I need to bring my title. I am still paying my truck I dont have the title. I said. Answer you have insurance. I show my insurance. he said wasnt enough proof. Ask for a manager. And manager never showed up Joe in parts. Didnt want me to sell the key fob. even I told him I was going to program the key my self. Was laughing because. my English accent. nothing but racists. And horrible people. I own a shop repair. Been on many dealerships. by far the worst. never come back. I dont recomend the parts department. is the worst.
