Went to Ancira to buy a new Jeep Wrangler for myself and walked out a happy customer. Oscar Flores was our salesman and he made sure to listen to what we were looking for and showed great hospitality. The buying process was easy and he made sure to teach me everything about my new Jeep before i left the dealership. I appreciate Ancira treating us fairly in this crazy market since we went to a couple dealerships before coming here and were not treated fairly or with good customer service. My experience with Ancira was great, because my dealer William R. was great about providing me as much information as he could. He was very polite and professional and was not pushy or made me feel pressured to purchase the 1st time I visited the dealership. I told him what I was generally looking for and he was able to show me some of the vehicles they had in stock. He was able to answer to my questions as best he could and if there was something he didn’t know, he made it a point to find out for me in a timely manner. He made sure to follow up with me and ensure that I was satisfied with his assistance. William was awesome and made my experience at Ancira a good one. I would definitely recommend anyone looking for a Jeep to get with William. I know he will do his best to provide the best service most customers are expecting.

This is my second time back at the dealership and my 3rd Jeep and I can never complain. I absolutely love the service and all the time each person gave my family and I. They took care of our needs and my kids. It was an easy transition from selling the car to buying a new one. The finance person was also so amazing along with Jay. Sales people were great. Polite and not pushy. Bought a car, paperwork was ready when I got here. The car was clean but not sparkling:( finance is done the old school way so be ready to sit for an hour and sign your name, no big deal, they paid great attention to detail and made sure you understood. Great service for the car, parts department very knowledgeable as well.

Glad they were open on Sunday. I was able to look at what I came for and wasnt pressured to look at anything else. Ended up going with my first choice and I dont regret it. The transaction was easy and anxiety free. Did my deal on a Sunday and took delivery that Monday. It took them a while to get my vehicle ready but it was worth the wait it looked great was clean and I knew that everything on it was good to go.

It was a pleasant experience. As much as I hate car/ truck shopping I felt he was not pushy & knew what we wanted. It was a shocker to us that one of the first truck we saw we ended up buying. It is nerve racking when you go on their word yet we did (with some proof) this truck was perfect.The salesman was Bob Stuard yes I would recommend him. Now well see how the truck runs & pray our decision was right & Bob word is good. I will write again if anything is wrong with the truck that we werent told!!

Ancira did an outstanding job with helping me with my trade in and purchasing of a new vehicle. I had a bad experience with another dealership and they recognized that. There were bumps in the road but Ancira helped me get through them and provided the most professional and comfortable service. The salesman, Fred, was honest and sincere and made me feel like a priority. Ancira had that good buying vibe that you want from your dealer. If you drop your car off for repairs, it will take ten days before your car makes it from the lot I to the garage to be looked at. Three months ago, the wait was seven days, so this is not just an uncommon surge. Their extended warranty will not allow you to take your vehicle to another repair facility. Will not buy another Dodge. The staff is friendly and apologetic. No issues with their treatment of me.Vehicle has now been in the shop for one full week. Called for an update. They hope they will get a tech assigned to it by the end of the week. Keep in mind, this is not how long it is taking to repair the vehicle, this is just to get it looked like. All Dodge products are officially not an option for future purchases.The car has now been in the shop for a full two weeks. All to fix a door latch. How this place is still in business is a mystery. The entire world was understands the concept of appointments and reservations. Not this place. Bring your car in today, but you must leave it for two weeks.

Mikey at Ancira CJDR Dealership was awesome, I reached out to them online for a very High demand 2022 Performance truck, difficult to find, especially in the chip shortage era, and within a few days they had exactly what I was looking for, they were able to hold it for me with a deposit. They quoted me the MSRP, and I was skeptical upon arrival after hearing many horror stories of last minute low inventory fees being tacked on. Well that was not the case here, To my surprise unlike many other dealerships there were no add on additional dealer fees due to low inventory and the chips shortage. Entire process went smoothly, And they even had 2 drivers Follow me 90 minutes In my new vehicle back to Austin. Would definitely recommend Ancira!!

Ed is my hero! I was planning a trip out of town to visit my aging parents when my battery died. Not sure of the problem I contacted Ed on Wednesday and asked for assistance. He told me not to worry, bring my vehicle in and he would look at it. I wasnt expecting this type of last minute service, but it feels good to know when someone cares about you as a person. Because of his service my next truck purchase will be from Ancira Dodge because I want to keep my relationship with Ed.

If it’s going to take 3 hours for a simple oil change then I should at least be able to schedule it OR tell me the wait time when I call ahead (which I did) instead of just telling me a simple service can’t be scheduled. Most people won’t be willing to drive all the way over to hope for the best. Service used to be much better (used to be able to schedule them too). Now they seem to be discouraging the use of the services they sold with the vehicle. Disappointing

Just moved here. As much as we dread having to get repairs done on our vehicles, the team at Ancira made it as pain free as possible. .Making an appointment was easy on their website. Staff friendly and zero pressure from salesman and finance manger. They worked hard to get me into a 2022 truck.It seems as though Chrysler doesn’t check their product thoroughly prior to putting them on the lot as I am having lots of issues. THE DAY I bought the 2022 truck The new and updated screen interface stopped working correctly, Alpine speakers are popping and amplifier, tow truck errors, non of the USB ports work. I have brought this to the dealerships attention so am waiting on instructions for service. Very disappointed with the product.

I have been using the Ancira service for all of my vehicles for the last 4 years and I have never had the level of customer service he provide. Excellent dealership with great leadership at the Management level and well trained and courteous employees. I “built “ a virtual vehicle on the Jeep.com site and the sales staff used that data to order the vehicle from the factory. It came in on time and when I went to pick it up, I got VIP treatment and was on way in my new car in less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend this Ancira Dodge/Jeep dealership and I got the feeling that every customer probably feels the same way.

I was surprised with the leave your vehicle for 5-7 days. However, the process more than made up for the time loss. Two prior bids came in at $1500.00 to $2000.00. Josh the service advisor and their mechanic presented the price so far on each part. The end result they produced a working AC for about one third of the bids. I am a happy camper. I believe they have a body shop. I will definitely try them.

Additionally, I may actually consider purchasing another vehicle once my current Toyota lease ends in March 2022. Depends on vehicle efficiency though. #Ancira, #Jeep, #Chrysler, #Fiat, #MoparFriends -I am seeking advice. My Jeep has been in Ancira’s service department 5 times since March 9 for transmission issues. The first visit I had my transmission replaced. I have had to take it back 4 times since then with multiple catastrophic failures. Each time Ancira replaces a few parts. The last repair took 46 days and all that was replaced was a gasket. My Jeep has been in the shop over 140 days since March - all from this one issue. Today I was told that Chrysler wants to replace a few more parts even though Ancira’s mechanic “condemned” it.Ancira’s service advisor (Steve), Ancira’s service director (Paul) and Chrysler’s case manager (Roody) all seem to be nice guys. Unfortunately, nice guys aren’t getting my Jeep back on the road.Does anyone have any advice on how to get Ancira/Jeep/Chrysler/Fiat/Mopar’s attention?

This dealership had the truck I wanted. It was dirty when I looked at it, even though I set up a time to come see it. So, you could say it wasn’t a great first impression.They did say they would do a few things they didn’t follow through with, like replacing the mats in the vehicle. When I got my truck there was still random paperwork from the previous owner in the rear seat.The staff is friendly and very responsive, but be careful in the finance section. The guy will tell you about things that are included in a deal and yet there’s paperwork documenting additional charges. Well done, Javier - I don’t think you’re licensed for that though.Overall, I wouldn’t use this dealership again. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone either. They just had the best truck for the best price for what I needed.

I have taken my Jeep here twice now. First time was just an oil change, which was really quick. I probably waited 1.5 hours for it. Not bad at all. The second time was because I felt my vehicle just wasnt running right. Made the appointment with Ed, who is awesome btw, when I arrived he jumped in rode around with me and knew exactly the problem. They had my car for a week. They ordered the parts, fixed it and now running like new. He was always in contact with me to let me know the status. Now that Im back in SA, this is where I will always take my car.

Great experience. It took longer waiting on the finance team than I had hoped but overall it was a positive experience. It was a Sunday though and most dealerships aren’t even open. My sales person was great. He was really helpful and didn’t pressure me.

I used to go to San Antonio Dodge but their service has regressed, so I decided to try Ancira Dodge. Let me tell you, it was fantastic. I am not sure if it is a more of a team effort, or better employees but I was impressed. They kept me informed, the price was lower and they explained my service and provided a multi point inspection. Well done Ancira I will recommend you to my friends and I will be back.

To whom it may concern,My name is Joseph Martinez. I am an independant HVAC Contractor in Austin Tx. I purchased a new 2021 dodge promaster for my buisiness on Sept. 19th. I bought the vehicle with the HVAC shelving package they offer with the van. My first impression with the sales staff from the Fleet division was fine. I started to question my decision of purchasing from Ancira when I saw 4 salesmen attempting to install the temporary plate on the vehicle. It was no surprise when the temporary plate blew off the van during the commute from San Antonio to Austin.I was told by Tino(sales rep)to bring the van to Auto Extras in San Antonio on Monday Sept. 27th at 930am to have the HVAC package shevling installed. I agreed to bring the van back to San Antonio from Austin to have the shelving installed by the factory installers.While in San Antonio waiting to have the work done to the van, I called my sales rep from Ancira(Tino) to get a new temporary plate to replace the one they did not install correctly.The vehicle was returned to me by Auto Extras at 6pm on the 27th. I noticed rattling noises coming from the back of the van during the commute back to Austin. I found the shelving that was installed was loose and was missing several bolts and hardware. I did not want to bring the truck back to San Antonio, so I corrected the problems myself, which cost me additional money for a brand new van I paid 45k for.A day or so later, I noticed there was some damage to the top of the Van that I did not do. I called Tino with Ancira back to let him know about my expierience. I also sent him photographs. He referred me to the service Manager Paul. Paul called me back but did not take any corrective measures. He told me he would do some investigating and call me back. He told me that on 3 separate occations and failed to return my call. I called Tino back and asked him to have a different manager call me back. It has been 3 days and no return phone calls.This is my first time purchasing a Dodge vehicle. My wife and I have worked hard to save enough money to be able to purchase a new 2021 vehicle for our small buisiness. I put $10,000 cash down out so that I would have a work vehicle I could be proud of. I am truely disappointed in my experience with Acira Chrysler Dodge. They let me down and did nothing to remedy the situation. I will not be purchasing another dodge and will certainly not recommend Ancira to friends and colleuges.I feel at the very least, Ancira could have offered to repair the minor damage that was incurred to the top pf the van. I believe the damage was done at or around Auto Extras where the shelving was installed. I have no evidence to support it. All I know is I bought a van from Ancira. I took it to get the shelving installed. When I got it back it was damaged. Ancira does not care if the vehicle is damaged and will not fix it because I have already signed the purchase agreement and all the financing paperwork is done.My hope is that this will not happen to anyone else.
