Great selection but sales staff are like car sales man. Walking around behind you everywhere you go. They even trade off if someone comes in. I walked out last time because I didn’t like someone over my shoulder forgot and went in again only to see the same thing. Won’t go back unless I forget a third time. Lol

Truly an Oasis, and the super friendly staff make it feel more like home than a ‘store’. The lounge is epic, an amazing escape. Customers are welcoming too and I always have great time visiting and meeting new people. They have some scheduled nights ever week where groups of customers have a semi-organized hang with liquor and cigars.

Really enjoy this spot - the staff is friendly and helpful. They also have a nice lounge if your a VIP member; at $25 annually its not a bad deal at all. Also gets you 10% off purchases, so depending on your frequency of cigar enjoyment, the membership can pay for itself.

Since putting in the new Lounge, we changed things for the better.Now with Covid we ask that you dont pick up a cigar in the humidor. The employee will pick up the cigar for you. Also before walking into the store, you must have a mask on. When you go into the lounge and sit down, you can take off mask.

This is the best shop Ive been to for cigars. They have a fantastic selection and incredibly helpful staff that will help you pick out anything you might want including budget sticks all the way up to pricey davidoffs. They have a really cool VIP pass that gets you access to the lounge in the back. BYOB, comfy chairs, TVs, and a pool table. What more could you ask for? I highly recommend this place. Fantastic atmosphere, top notch staff, and always a good time.

Great place to have a cigar and relax

Ive always enjoyed a good cigar, but never really got into it. My son got me a few cigars this past fathers day, so I decided it was something I really wanted to try. I bought myself a humidor and a few basic supplies, but I was missing the key ingredient...cigars! Club Humidor came up on Google as a cigar shop by me so I decided to check it out. Im glad I did. The place is very impressive selection of cigars. They also have a club room where you can watch TV and/or play pool (and of course smoke cigars). Aside from that, the employees are not only extremely friendly, but very helpful. Im not an afficianado, so I wasnt quite sure what I was looking for, but I had a general idea of the flavors I prefer. I explained that to the gentleman (sadly, I forgot his name) and he took the time to explain multiple cigars to me, their origin, flavor, and what they pair with. I really couldnt ask for a better experience. Ill definitely be going back to get more! Thanks again guys, your help was much appreciated!

This location has a selection of some very fine cigars and some that are hard to find. The lounge is spacious and even offers a pool table to use. This is BYOB so bring your favorite beverage and a snack with you. They also offer glasses for those wishing to imbibe. The membership is $25 for a year and gets you 10% off of the liquor store with whom they share a wall. The chairs are plush, comfortable, and pretty wide. The organization of the lounge is very comfortable with enough space that no one is on top of each other. The staff and patrons are friendly and will help you get started if youre a novice smoker. If you dont want to be a member, there is a smoking area in the front that also offers good times and great company.The downside to this is the staff has to babysit you when you go in the humidor. I dont like being followed like Im going to steal something. Just invest in a decent security system...Ill let you know if I need help.

With little experience with tobacco, cigars, pipes, etc., the staff is so helpful! They take their time and explain everything you ask without making you feel like an idiot.

Very helpful to someone unfamiliar with cigars purchasing gifts for Fathers Day. The salesman found the product I needed at a different location. Much less helpful at second location. I will be returning to THIS location for future purchases.

Incredible customer service. Mike has always been willing to go out of his way to help me whenever I visit. As a pipe smoker they have a nice selection of pipes. They have small selection of pipe tobaccos that should satisfy most folks. Some blends I think would be successful here. Blue mountain. Anniversary cake, any esoterica brand.magnum opus, black house, white knight, escudo, plum pudding, sutliff blend no 5, ....

Got a tour and sage advice from Vince and, so far, they are the nicest cigar lounge Ive visited in town. We stayed for the afternoon, smoked some stogies, and chatted with other cigar aficionados. Would be better if they had some outdoor seating for more than 2 people with some shade. Good humidor selection with moderate to fancy cigar prices and not much in the budget category, but that is company choice. Highly recommended.

Ive been a regular for a number of years. Great place to relax, watch a game if you like, and unwind.I enjoy the pool table and house dominoes are available.Good cigar selection and fair prices. Knowledgeable and friendly staff great for a first timer, an out of towner, and any San Antonioain that is interested in cigars or pipes.

Great place for cigars, and a decent pipe selection. Nothing crazy high-end, but youll find all the usual suspects here (Peterson, savinelli, nording, etc). Tinned tobacco selection is a little sparse, but what they do have is usually high quality. Selection of bulk tobacco (house blends and major brands) too. Great relaxed atmosphere with friendly folks and a smoking lounge. Worth the trip unless youre looking for vape juice or cigarettes. They dont cater to that kind of thing... Thankfully.

The employees were very knowledgeable and helpful explaining the basics of pipe smoking and smoking tools. The Club had a nice atmosphere and large selection of Cigars, tobacco products and smoking accessories.

Several weeks ago I decided I wanted to get into pipe tobacco smoking. Im new to the area so I didnt know of any brick and mortar shop near by. After a friend of mine recommended this place, I thought Id make visit. Visiting Club Humador was slightly intimidating at first, but all the employees are nice people who interact with the amusing customers. Not to mention, they also have a nice selection of pipes. I didnt stay there for too long, but it didnt seem like they had much selection in terms of pipe tobacco. However limited it may seem, it was a good selection and priced well. All my pipes at the moment are used and pre-owned, and Ive been looking for a place to buy my first new pipe. Ive found my place. Going to be buying my tobacco and new pipes from Club Humador from now on. Nice environment.
