If your looking to make a purchase thats gonna last awhile then you may want to consider that this place is going to rush you into buying something and if you ask to see more than one item then expect to feel like your being a PITA. Oh and when you make your purchase the store clerk quickly ushers you out of the store, locks the door, and runs into the back room by himself while the posted store hours show that theyre still scheduled to be open for 2 more hours.Decent prices and products, but super sketchy and unfriendly service. I wont be shopping here again.

Ive been here countless times and the store owner is awesome and very knowledgeable! Id give this place 5 stars until I met one of his employees today. This employee kept coughing within 6 feet of me and wasnt wearing his mask or covering his mouth. He was making me uncomfortable so I asked him to put his mask on which he reluctantly did while trying to give me an excuse instead of an apology. He also knew very little about the products he was selling. Id avoid going here while Abdul is working.

They have a great variety of CBD vape juice. Guy was cool. Would come back and spend more $.

The store looks pretty cool but the cheeky little dude in the front is not very knowledgeable. He tried to tell me that nic is what makes a juice have color when i was clearly just not trying to have color from the flavoring gunking my coils up. i wouldnt go here if you are looking for recommendations or actual knowledge and are new to vaping. Just stopped into this spot to grab a couple of CBD products. Sign was open. Door was unlocked. Website says opens at 10am. I walk in w my friends at 1030 & the dude working ran us out and told us he wasn’t open yet, had a sour attitude, and kept insisting he wasn’t ready to run his store yet. Anyways, he basically ran us out and I told him I didn’t want to give my money to a place that doesn’t welcome their customers. Give your money to a spot that’ll treat you right and want you there!

Employee seemed to be on methamphetamines. Aftering buying from here my debit card had 3 fraudulent charges when I have only been grocery shopping the past week.

The staff for the most part are pretty nice, helpful and knowledgeable, but none of them can get to the store and open it up on time, suppose to open at 10 am but its routinely between 10:30 am and 11 am, just today alone im sitting here waiting for them to open, its 10:22 am and no one is here, and I have seen 6 people walk up, check their watch, try the door and walk away, if it wasnt for them opening up like they do, I would have given them a 5 star rating

I’ve gotta be honest. Do they have a lot of products? Yes. Large variety? Absolutely. The minute I stepped in, mr cool just took a long drag of his vape. No questions, no eye contact, no welcome to my establishment. Just smoked. I’m looking at the vapes, and another long drag of his vape. Still not a word or sound from him other than smoking. I stand there looking into the display case. Finally I get asked “looking for anything special” - que another drag.I found the product I wanted, fully ready to pay. Then I thought to myself. No. Customer service begins at the door. Show that you care, and you win my business. This dude doesn’t belong at the front. Owners, find yourself somebody worth paying for. This guy is a bad investment and waste of an employee.I assume he’s a partner or owner, because nobody in their right mind would hire him as a salesman.

I really love this smoke shop and Im here all of the time but I was super disappointed with a product they gave me. I bought a $40 item that was broken and leaking from the bottom which I obviously didnt realize until I got it home. When I went in to try and return or exchange it they wouldnt let me. I guess thats how all smoke shops are? But it seems like poor business to me if you sell someone something broken.... other than that its a cool place and the people are nice! Idk if I will return to a place that sold me something broken and wouldnt let me return it though...

New to the area do I went to this place since it was the closest to my house, big mistake. Was looking for a smaller, more discrete vape and bought one with some liquid that was recommended. Within hours of using it, it was leaking and when I tried filling it up it was impossible. When I purchased it I was told that they honor the 30 day manufacturers warranty so I went back a week later to return it and the same person that sold it to me and told me that said that they don’t do refunds or exchanges. Then pointed to a torn up piece of paper beneath the cash register that said no returns. I asked if I could speak with the owner and he told me that the owner would tel me the same thing. I left my contact info and asked when I should expect a call and the cashier told me I probably wouldn’t get one. They sold me a defective vape, told me they honored the manufacturer warranty, then told me the opposite when I tried to return their defective product and said I would have to deal with the manufacturer in China.

They open late a lot. They frequently put a sign up that says well be back in 10 minutes and they dont open for 30-45 minutes. Its 10:20 and they are supposed to be open at 10:00 and no one is here. Other than the inconsistency with hours they are ok.
