Nice morning meetup locale. Variety of bites, more savory than sweet. Liked the cinnamon twist, ranchero, sausage gravy and cheese kolaches. Not as crazy about the pumpkin or Philly cheese steak ones. Brewed coffee was ok, but wish they had non-dairy creamer too. Look forward to when they have self serve coffee again.

First time to this location was this morning at 6:15am, August 7th and because its a Saturday and needing a lot of Kolaches, I expected a long wait. Nope! They were well prepared and I got out quickly. The kolaches and muffins were great.

Gave this place 2 tries. The second time, I ordered ahead for ASAP pickup, but it wouldnt be ready for an hour. So I called and called...and called, but nobody answered. Since they had my money and I was hungry now, I drove to the store. I sat there waiting to be served for 10 minutes as 2 employees served 5 cars in the drive thru. When it was my turn to interact, I explained my concerns to the young employee but she was underwhelmed and didnt have any words to console me.They threw all the kolaches into a box and guessing which was which was a fun family game.Anyways...simple food, simple people, simple mistakes.

I absolutely love this place! Came with my boyfriend for brunch. Our favorites are their jalapeño popper kolache & the spinach one! Honestly, you just cant go wrong, all of their savory kolaches are amazing!!

The Phili steak is a great kolache! The kolache dough is so soft it melts in your mouth. Thank you guys for all the work you do in a superb ball of smiles for miles!!!We drove over 30 minutes for it and worth every taste buds satisfaction on my sunday fun day...

It was a first time for me trying this place, however it was amazing ! While they are a smidge pricey, they totally make up in taste ! Amazing staff every time I go now and amazing hot food always. Great for an easy grab and go bite

Our new favorite breakfast spot! They have traditional kolaches as well as tex-mex inspired, and hot pocket type flavors. They also have delicious Croissant sandwiches and some breakfast pastries. I love their version of a mocha frappe - it is right amount of chocolate and I even crave it sometimes.

The employee was friendly, compassionate and professional. Bakery was okay to me still love Houston places taste better

This place has the very best kolaches. They have so many different varieties. I especially liked the spinach and cream cheese as well as the jalapeño popper kolache. Definitely worth the traffic on Culebra!

Picked up bacon egg and cheese kaloche. I was a frequent customer but no longer. My kaloche had ants in it. I called and asked to speak to manager and was given the run around. Ultimately I told them if they couldnt give me his name to talk to I would just call their corp office. I wanted to let him know what I found so they could throw away bad food. I would suggest you avoid this location or just plan on having some extra protein in your meal.

After a few stops by, Ive decided to downgrade my review from 4 to 3-stars.The food is unique and has great potential, but is not quite worth it. My biggest gripe goes to the Pizza kolaches. Ive picked them up a few times for my coworkers, and each time we were scratching our heads wondering if they somehow forgot cheese and marinara sauce like they advertise. Its generally just a small stack of pepperoni. Lots of air in these kolaches, not packed like the pictures show.Heres an expectation vs reality photo for comparison.

I stopped in here to grab some pastries for breakfast for my coworkers. Unfortunately I got an order of 4 Ranchero kolaches and ended up with 4 bacon and egg ones, but they were still good. I also got the fruit ones which were pretty good. For the price they seemed pretty reasonable.

I use to go regularly before I started working from home. I recently took the kiddos to try it out. My niece loved the pepperoni and cheese ones. My nephew liked those and the sausage and gravy ones. We tried the philly steak and sausage egg and cheese ones too. All good. Each are about 2 bucks and they are a bit on the small side but 2 fill you up.

Been coming here for a couple years. I used to have the habit of stopping here every day before work. Here are my favorites: BBQ Beef, Pizza and Jalapeno Popper kolaches, and any flavor Latte Frappuccino. The bread on these kolaches remind me of yeast rolls I used to get growing up so it brings back nostalgic memories that I like.

Im from Houston and Kolaches are to Houston like breakfast tacos are to San Antonio. This place makes me feel like home. Always consistent and now the kids and wife are about kolache life as well. Warm and fluffy with options for everyone. If you have not tried this place, youre missing out.

I believe they put a small amount of an addictive chemical that makes you crave it every morning. These kolaches are melt-in-your-mouth delish!

I love this place! The food is always amazing; rancheros are the best thing they make. The people who work there are also the greatest. They are always smiling and happy to serve.

Have gotten some orders mixed up before and ended up with some other flavors; but nevertheless those other flavors are just a great. I have yet to find a flavor I didnt like here. Sometimes the kolaches come out way too hot, and occasionally too cold in the center. Also love their iced lattes.

They seem more attentive to the drive thru, we were ready to order and all we got was Ill be right with you in a minute, few minutes passed still was only handing out to drive thru so we went somewhere else.

They’re definitely fast food quality kolaches, not as good as what you would get at a nice bakery. I really like the jalapeño sausage and cheese, so I pretty much get that one every time. The last time we went there, they gave us expired milk and we didn’t notice til we drove away, so watch out for that. Otherwise they have been fine.

Went through all the troubled of ordering curbside, just to call the store and them have me wait in the drive thru line...

Im a regular customer I go every day before work, I know it says on the door they open at 6am but I get there around 5:40am and they are always opened early for me. They always have a great attitude and the food is always over the top freshly made, I really enjoy all the kolaches I have tried almost all of them but my favorite has to be the ham and cheese croissants and the steak and egg they are always very filling, always delicious! The girls and the manager are always so friendly and in a good mood, always makes my morning to eat here.

My favorite was the jalapeno sausage

They were out of half their menu and yelled at me when I asked for a different item on the menu. The employees had an attitude problem and the food was cold. I’m definitely not coming here again.

Its bread filled with stuff, of course its amazing. The coffee is surprisingly good too.

Ok for a quick bite, but you get a lot of bread for your buck, not a whole bunch of anything else.

Love this place. Sad there is only one location in San Antonio area. I travel to Houston every 2 weeks and they have a lot of locations over there. Hope they open more over here they are very good. And they have a great variety of flavors .

My cinnamon twist were very stale, it honestly tasted like it was a week old. The egg and cheese had no flavor. I never write reviews but I was beyond disappointed.

I love this place! Everyone is always so friendly and EVERYTHING is yummy. It is my favorite Sunday breakfast spot. Whether you want something sweet, savory or even a fruit smoothie (no dairy), this place is great.

Hands down, this place has the best Kolaches in San Antonio. They are completely filled, plus they offer a wide variety for everyone. Also, they offer what they call Kolache of the Month, which typically is a different limited edition flavored Kolache. People, stop having donuts for breakfast and buy yourself one of these!

Everything gets microwaved before you receive it. Too small a place to not keep clean. Dessert is basically a kolache with fruit.(most if them). Employees are O.K. Not sure why I would go there again. Its Just not for me.

There is a reason I go to this place often. I happen to live walking distance from here and I wish I didnt because its good. Ive tried several options there and nothing Ive tasted is bad. The customer service is always great and Ive never had a bad experience. Very Consistent with the service and taste. I highly recommend it!!!

Breakfast place being out of their most popular kolache at 9 am on a friday and a 15 minute wait for it. Real smart guys. Probably why we cant get more of them in San Antonio

Outstanding kolaches and the folks that work here always greet me with a smile.

The kolaches made here are very good. This business is right next to a nail salon so you can grab a kolache while waiting for your nail tech. They are always freshly made and in an open display case. They look delicious all lined up in rows for prospective buyers to look over. There is limited parking shared with other businesses so you may need to park a little away from the door.

The food quality and variety is impressive. They dont just have kolaches. The price is excellent!

I placed my large order the day before and picked it up at 630am. Everything was ready, they helped me carry it out to my car and gave me extra cups, creamer, sugar and napkins. They were very friendly and everyone loved the food at my meeting! Thanks!

I visit this establishment at least once a month and need to say that their Kolaches are delicious, and the staff is respectful and quick. On Monday, April 23rd, after I drove up to the window to pay for my Ranchero Kolache, I could not find my wallet. After digging through my school bag and purse, I couldnt even find a dollar. I was extremely embarrassed, but Angela was so kind and said that if I lived close by I could take my breakfast and come back later and pay. After making arrangements with a friend to bring my wallet to work, I went at noon and paid my $2.75. The two employees on that shift were very surprised I returned, but thankful for my generosity. Delicious kolaches! I highly recommend the sausage gravy kolache though I havent honestly had one yet that I didnt like. Sign up for emails and get pretty good coupons on a regular basis as they are a little pricey, but I find all kolaches to be expensive.

Delicious kolaches I have never had a bad flavor

Food was good but nothing sets it apart. The ice dispenser was dirty and pink. We did not buy drinks for that reason.

These kolaches are the best, I always try to get here asap cause if not theyre gone, customer service is very nice, they are cold from sitting fresh from the oven but they can reheat them, I usually like to reheat them at home

Our kolaches tasted good and had a substantial amount of filling.They have a lot of options.However, neither my sausage egg and cheese or my bacon egg and cheese had any cheese inside. Im guessing they forgot to put cheese..? LolKind of upsetting since it costs a little extra...I might still go again though.
