The doctor and front office staff were great with my 10 year old and 14 year old. The doctor took time to talk with both of them about their eyes and screen time, and school. She was very detailed in her exam and adjusting their prescription. The only issue we had was when we received our notice that our glasses were ready it was sent on a Sat at 3:02pm so we jumped in the car and got to the eye glass place because my girls wanted them before school started on Monday. The office closes at 3 on Saturdays and they are not open on Sundays. It was a little unprofessional to send a message that our glasses were ready after already closing for the rest of that day and the next. I had to deal with very upset children which as a parent is not fun.

Before Catherine started working here it was a joy to come to this location for all of my eye care needs. The doctors were kind and very professional, and the front staff was always extremely helpful. Unfortunately, the establishment has gone completely downhill. The do not care about the well being and safety of their clients. I was threatened with violence by another patient whilst in the waiting room. Instead of asking the patient who threatened me with physical harm to leave they asked me to leave. I was about to cancel my upcoming appointment but decided to not be intimidated by the staff nor other patients and instead take my business elsewhere. Guess they care more about keeping people with appointments that same day that theyve yet to take money from than patients that dont have another appointment for a month. I would not wish the horrible service and treatment I received at this location on my worst enemy. Being threatened by physical violence by another patient is not acceptable and to be asked to leave after another patient threatens you is even worse!

Staff was great. Have an option to take eye picture over eye dilation which helps when you have things to do the rest of the day. Everyone really looks to be enjoying themselves there making it a happy experience

Dr. Ehiem was friendly and professional and took her time. When my prescription changed from the previous year, she took the time to go back and double check that it really had changed and it *hadnt*... I was just getting brain fogged with the switching between the different lenses. If she hadnt taken the time to double check, Id be walking around with a wrong prescription. In 18 years of wearing glasses, this is the FIRST time Ive had a Dr. go back and double check that the changes were really needed. The staff was super friendly and the place was incredibly clean.

The doctor took prompt action when found out that I was a glaucoma suspect. The scheduled me right away for another appointment and took the test. The doctor carefully reviewed the results with me and want to monitor the situation more closely. I can say that they really take care of their clients. Highly recommended!

I’ve gone here for my annual exams two years in a row and both experiences were great. They always have convenient appointment times open, I never have to wait when I get there and the place is super clean.

I took my son to Omni Vision off 1604 a couple months back. They have a pretty good selection of glasses to choose from and made the whole process easy and quick. Well continue to visit this location in the future for vision care.

I have been to this Omni Vision for 2 years and I really enjoy the atmosphere and the staff. I always feel very welcomed. Everything is so smooth and quick from check-in to ordering contacts and glasses.

My grandson’s frames broke we went there to get them replaced. His frames were discontinued, we had to pick another pair okay no problem. The young lady that was helping me took us straight to children’s no questions didn’t even look at him. I let her know they were not going to fit she still insisted. I firmly said it’s not going to fit look at the size he has now. This led her to start huffing she told me well I don’t know what to tell you. I asked her to point me to something comparable this upset her again. It has reached a point where she tells me I can do what I want and leave. I asked for someone else to help me she tells me no that no one else can help me and I can go. There are other associates there. another optician walks toward where we’re standing I asked her to help. The first one says no she can’t I ignored here and asked her to leave the conversation she doesn’t the other person had to ask her to leave. I finally got the help I needed she was awesome and I’m sorry I didn’t get her name. But be careful of the blonde rude not helpful at all.

This location is the main hub for the area that offers full-service and a wide selection of glasses. This store is very new and clean with a great deal of diversity in the staff and doctors. Instead of eye dilation drops, they have a new eye scanning machine (as you can see by my photo). Very enjoyable experience for my first time getting glasses!

It took months to get my sons glasses due to incorrect script and the antreflection tint was so prominent on the glasses it was like a light show. So had to go back to see the correct doc because as I was told this happens alot were 1 doc does it a certain way and the other doc does it another .. which resulted in the mess up! Not once did anyone offer any type of discount or half off something? He also was getting contacts not once did anyone explain until after I purchased that if he cant get them in I will have to pay and not even get the script for them ..kuddos to my son he got 1 contact in ..not good enough for them . I spent over 600 hundred bucks here. Save your money and go to Lens crafters😊

Great staff! Efficient and make each patient feel very confident in their exam. No rush or any attempt to push higher end glasses.

Had my appointment first week in March and placed an order for glasses, here we are a whole month later and I still have no glasses, was originally told about 2 weeks to receive and now every time I call they say it’s in quality check and nothing else we just have to wait until they ship. It’s frustrating because I loved the service I received at the appointment but their follow up leaves a lot to be desired.

I’ve worn glasses for most of my childhood and teenage years but stopped as an adult. I noticed my eyes were starting to strain more at work recently and decided to try contacts. I found them through my insurance and read a few reviews first and I’m so glad I chose them! The front office staff were friendly and welcoming. I saw Dr.Nguyen for my exam, and he was precise and answered all my questions. They were all incredibly patient as I tried and failed to get my contacts out of my eye on my own for over an hour until I was finally successful. Ordered contacts and they arrived the next day. Definitely thrilled at the patient care and cannot recommend this office enough!

The front desk staff is super friendly, and the doctors are fantastic. Highly educational who listens to your concern and offer you the best options to pick. They take good care of you. I was impressed by their follow up call and quick resolution to my request. They connected me with another clinic for Lasik consultation within a few hours after I left the location!

From 1st time walking in to picking up glasses and contacts this was truly my best experience with vision services.The staff was so friendly and helpful in making sure we got the most out of our insurance benefits. I recently was a patient here at this Vision Source location and they were excellent. I was seen by Dr. Nguyen for glasses and contact lens. The entire appointment went smoothly. Within 3 days after my initial visit, my order for contact lens & glasses were ready for me to pick up. The staff was so helpful and kind. I especially like to thank Shawn for all his help with assisting me to get my new glasses. They do a great job here, I highly recommend.

My family & I have been here a few times in the past with no issues until now. My husband purchased a pair of Oakley’s eyeglasses with a new bi focal prescription on October 12th. We were told it would take 7-10 days to receive them. After 2 weeks of not receiving a call from Omni Vision I decided to call to see what the hold up was. I was told it might take another week with no explanation. It ended up taking 17 days for my husband to receive them. Once he tried them on everything was blurry & disoriented. He took them back, turns out the eyeglasses were curved in which was causing the prescription to be off. The tech bent them back to fix them & in doing so caused a chip in one of the lenses. Of course now my husband’s eyeglasses have to be reordered which I’m sure will take close to another month. We would’ve rather received a refund & gone elsewhere. We will not return to this location. So far it’s been a week & my husband’s still waiting for his eyeglasses!

Apparently not only am I a picky person, but my eyes are also. They were truly helpful and super patient with me, I visited 3 times total. I had a hard time with wearing progressives so they came up with a solution for me, and made a fractional change in my reading and distance scripts from my first visit. They were so happy to help till I was satisfied, they really want you to be 100% pleased with the end results. Staff are all wonderful! They also met with my son for contacts, spent as long as it took to make sure he was able to get them in and out on his own successfully. Thank you Omni Vision!!

Attempted to schedule an appointment for Tuesday by phone for an eye exam but was told by a rep (Alondra) I couldn’t schedule one without my insurance information. I don’t carry that info on me, it’s Friday and I’m not going back to work. You just lost out on 2 pairs of glasses. I’m sure you have customers lined outside the door to be turning away returning customers. Feel free to check Yelp! as well. So disappointed.

Dr. Tran is the best. He cared for me and my husband and he was very professional and well educated. Im very impressed how he helped my husband, who had very bad vision, to now able to see everything so clear now. The staff there are so caring and very patient as well as kind. I highly recommend this place.

This place is great. Jay was so amazing! I havent seen such great customer service in years. He went above and beyond for my son because he knew he was excited about his glasses. That kind of special care really meant a lot to me. Very impressed!

I go here for my and my daughters vision exams and glasses. Staff has always been excellent and friendly. They are good with kids and the atmosphere is very inviting.They also have some more advanced technology than our previous optometrist which made for a more precise picture of a coloboma and helped explain it better to my daughter and I.Even picking up glasses and having them adjusted was a breeze.Thanks for the great service!

Amazing customer service. They worked with me to find the perfect pair of glasses to fit my style and also had very fast service! It was my first time at this optometrist and I will definitely be coming back in the future, because the selection is great and the employees make an exceptional effort to make sure your needs are met and you are happy with your visit.

Dr. Nyguen? I think it might be Ngyuen... either way, Asian man about 5’9, short spikes hair? Awesome. His whole team was super fast and helped me with my glasses emergency.
