I am so grateful that in today’s times people still want to work. I saw these employees working hard. I’ve been a loyal customer to this location for many years. In the past I walked in and at a minimum 10 to 15 employees at any given day. Two weeks ago when I made my purchase there was 4. The associates were truly going above and beyond to help everyone inside the store, the ringing telephone and people waiting outside. Give these girls a break we’re all in this together.

I came in today to pick up my glasses and the customer service at this place was amazing. They made me feel safe and comfortable with how many times they sanitized the store. The girls were so attentive and helpful throughout the whole process and showed me all my options. Definitely coming back for the great service!

The ladies here are all extremely professional and the best. They made me feel safe with all the safety protocols they have in place. They cleaned before and after every customer which gave me peace of mind. Thank you, Visionworks! Keep up the great work.

My experience at the Ingram mall Visionworks was excellent. I could be a very undecisive individual but I never felt rushed or in the way. Shavon helped me with so many options and her expertise is really appreciated. I witnessed great customer service and teamwork among the manager and employees Shavon and Gil. The place is very neat and clean and consistently being sanitized. Definitely a returning customer.

I do not recommend this location to anybody the customer service is horrible they are so rude I was talking to somebody in the store and they literally hung up on my face so disrespectful. I definitely would not recommend this office. Ive been wearing glasses my whole entire life But this is the worst experience Ive ever had.On my first visit I had to wait In the malls Entrance For about 30 minutes for 2 employees to come from lunch . Why are two-thirds of the staff clocking out for lunch at the same time ? As we sat down To complete my order I was not offered any pricing. I was told that I have to wait until the end of the order To know any of the pricing . This is very odd . Then on top of that I had to wait two weeks for my glasses to arrive . What happened to the one-hour window ?On my second visit I experience standing in the front of the store for another 30 Minutes. An employee and I called around to figure out if they accepted My childrens insurance . Shouldnt the staff Be aware of what insurance is accepted?Two weeks later when it was time for me to pick up my glasses I had to awkwardly stand in the hallway of the mall And have my glasses fitted . They told me to try them on to see if they were comfortable And they werent. She went back and made some adjustments came back out and gave them to me to try again . This went on and on Until I thought they were comfortable . What happened to good old customer service ? Your customer should not be left in the hall after they spent hundreds and hundreds of dollars with you on ordering a pair of glasses . Your customers should be seated With appreciation And kindness . Your customers should be treated as if you value them Especially if they just spent a lot of money with you . I had to go back again because i notice the young lady bent my glasses inward. Such a hot mess......The whole situation was awkward And Id never Refer or visit this office again .

Store Manager and representative Lillian definitely an asset to the company. Fortunately, we have many choices and look for excellent customer service. We visited several locations to include Visionworks. For the most part most lacked the attentiveness and patience that Visionworks at Ingram Mall provided consistently at every visit. Lillian is the epitome of Excellence in Customer Service with Excellent clear communication skills with the whole family affiliation. Manager management skills were evident interacting with every customer or representative needing assistance. She always seemed to smile with we believed excellent listening skills.Again, thank you Lillian and everyone involved in our several visits without frowning of visiting several times.Respectfully,Returning Customer

The staff here is extremely helpful and obviously doing the best they can under the new norm. It’s unfortunate to see some of the other reviews posted on here. I was told at time of purchase that I would receive a text and to call to set up an appointment. Pretty easy!!!

I went to this location on a Saturday because I needed my nose pads to be replaced. They were hurting my nose and I cant see without my glasses. They told me that they couldnt help without an appointment until Tuesday . I was very upset because I just needed a simple adjustment that would have taken a few minutes to complete. I eventually took my glasses to the downtown location, and Lisa was very helpful. I will no longer stop at your store in Ingram Park Mall. If it wasnt for Lisa and Donna @ store#1 you wouldve lost my business.Thank You

I loved the Customer Service here! I believe his name is Justin. He was remarkably marvelous! He was able to help me out with some questions and issues I was having with my glasses. My wife also loved the people here. We will definitely be back next year for our new pair of glasses.

I needed a prescription filled for my computer glasses and tried your store in Ingram Park Mall. The store had a great selection and a very professional and well educated Staff. Suzanne helped me find a frame within my budget, she had some great recommendations for lens options, was very honest and didnt try to sell me things I didnt need. She was super patient. I was very indecisive but she very patiently let me try on a number of frames and didnt try to rush me into buying something. When fitting time came I was helped by Suzanne again and she was really good, made sure my glasses felt right and made sure they were spic and span for me. Thanks Suzanne and Visionworks for being, AWESOME. You have a new loyal customer!

Received text that glasses were in. I called to verify. Girl on the phone said Did you recieve a text I said yes. She then says well there here. I hung up I her. I then went to the store and told the girl helping me whay had happened ahe said we have a lot of workers here.I said it was a girl. There was only 3 girls working. No apology. Very rude lo class.

I went to purchase glasses today. They have a large frame selection and I could not make up my mind. Christian was very helpful in finding a frame I liked and ordering my lenses. He was patient and courteous answering my many questions. Christian went above and beyond by helping my mother with a small frame repair. Christian, great customer service!

This place was very helpful! I ran into Albert Castillo and he took the time to figure out exactly what I needed that stayed in my budget. I always find shopping for glasses is hard with some many options but Albert made it a smooth and easy process!

Horrible customer service. Rude staff. I was told to come in and pick up my glasses and that I didnt need an appointment. When I got there they refused to adjust my glasses that were too loose and said I needed to make an appointment. Went over to lenscrafters asked if they could tighten my glasses. The lenscrafters staff was polite and helpful and it took 5 minutes to fix my glasses!

Needed new lenses and considered having some made to fit my old frames. After shopping the selection I decided to buy new frames thanks to the BOGO sale and the helpful advice I received from Suzanne S. With the money I saved, I decided to add a pair of prescription safety glasses to my order. Suzanne was able to transfer all of my prescriptions from another opticians office. Wouldnt hesitate to shop here again, thanks Suzanne!

The entire process of getting an eye exam and new frames was fast and easy. Albert was very thorough and honest assisting me with the details for new glasses. The doctors office next door had friendly office staff and professional services.

Asia was very kind and courteous when i spoke to her over the phone. She was even nicer in person and i must say, extremely helpful when i was picking out my new glasses. I experience some great service not only from Asia, but from other employees as well.

Horrible hold time when trying to schedule an appointment. They place you on hold and forget about you.

I found the cutest frames but when I received them the lab somehow the lens had a speck. It was so easy to get a replacement and they did not give me any hassle. I reccomend this place because not only are the frames cute and affordable, the workers are just as awesome!

Very good people, but their pricing is crazy. Do yourself a favor and find a more reasonable priced place to get your glasses. I fell for the buy one-gat one, and realized later I paid for three peoples glasses...two pair each. Very over priced.

I have been going to this same place for many years, starting with Eyemasters and have no complaints. The staff at Visionworks is very friendly and very helpful with their input in what type of frames to choose from. The turn-around was sooner than I anticipated, which made me very happy!

After going to another eyewear store, I found Vision works more affordable and with the sale, two pairs of glasses for the cost at another store. The staff at Visionworks are friendly and greet every customer with a smile. Before you go anywhere check out Visionworks first.

SHAVON IS AWESOME!!! I have used this company & specific store for over 10 years. I have never been treated bad or rudely. The other reviews are not real! Im down to my last pair of glasses as an athlete & professional horticulturalist. I went in & got glasses I like for $107.00 with poly lenses. They even had the spring hinges. Im always treated nicely. She was attentive & nice. Answered all my questions. She didnt even try to up sale me. She knew I had my mind made up & respected it. I went & had lunch at the food court & then went and bought her a cookie to say thank you. She also reshaped & adjusted my Rx sunglasses. The glass were ready in under an hour! Store was clean & everyone was friendly! Been shopping here for over 10 years & sometimes you can even get a massage right outside the shop!

Never get glasses here! Terrible customer service! Twice in a row, my glasses took over 2 months to arrive. Last time, they blamed the delay on me, saying my prescription was too high, and I expected too much. I was told to expect a 6 week turnaround. I accepted that, so this time I ordered my glasses on November 6, and told them I needed them no later than December 31. I was told that the glasses would be ready on November 30. Of course November 30 came and went, no glasses, no communication. I called on December 20th, and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I called back on December 26, and was told January 4, once again I was blamed. I finally received my glasses on January 17. No apology, no discount, nust here you go

Two immature girls at the front desk are beyond LAZY and have NO CLUE how to treat customers! Beyond furious. Neither one gave correct information and when I caught one in a lie, she put me on hold, I called back and the other worthless girl who claimed she was a manager tried to lie for her. Such a waste of time. Dr. Do, DO yourself a favor and get rid of them!

I had read the reviews before going, but I figured Ill take my chances, after all, some ppl are just never happy. I had a great experience. My kids got what they needed/wanted. I never felt I was being over charged and the sales rep, Luis, was extremely helpful and went over all my charges prior to getting my card. Ive dealt with other locations as well and never had an issue. Im thankful for their wonderful customer service.

Ive gone there before for my kids. It was a great experience THEN. Just recently revisited for my kids and this time for myself. The young girl Never explained to me that my prescription had to be order n arrived at a later date. Atfer she already processing my payment. SHE WAS QUICK ON CHARGING MY CARD FOR THE PAYMENT.

I had a horrible experience at Eyetx Vision Center on Potranco Rd. I decided to search else where and thankfully I did. I went to Vision Works at Ingram Park Mall and was assisted my Audrey. Believe it or not...I brought my glasses Jan 2018 and never pick them up..I went in Feb 2019, the Manager Robert Veatech help me recover my glasses with a smile....great place

They called me while Im at work to verify my appointment I told them Id call right back so instead they cancelled my and my daughter appt and gave someone else my time slot! What awful awful service. I will go someplace else with my $300.00

Went there to look for frames, found some but then spent the next hour trying to get an explanation of the quality of lenses. Long story short, I could not get a straight answer or any answer about the type of coating they use, given wrong info about how to clean my glasses. All they kept saying is that its baked on coating. It reminds me of when Radio Shack started hiring younger employees who did not know a thing about electronics. Not electronics like you plug it in and its electrical but what schematics and basic electrical component knowledge. Its kind of like that. I would rather pay more for quality glasses than a pair thats on sale. Not saying they are not quality, Ive never owned a pair from there. I could just not get an answer.

Eye exam was fine, but the customer service was awful,**update** it took them two weeks but I finaly got my glasses and it is 100% wrong not my prescription they do not fit my face. I had to go to the DMV to update my license and with these new glases on I could not pass the test, I had to use my old glasses from several years ago!!! I paid kinda a lot extra for specal coating and it not there AT ALL. I have to wear my old glasses just to see. Im starting to think they may have given me someone elses order. Absolutely awful experience NEVER GET GLASSES HERE EVER!!
