I had a great experience at store #152, Overland Park, KS, Oak Park Mall, with the young lady who waited on me. She was pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient with my indecisiveness when purchasing new glasses. She also gave me great recommendations. Excellent customer service effort!

This is a poorly managed and operated facility where I was profiled and disrespected by one of their employees whose name tag shows Andrew Astin, Senior Optical Specialist.If I could award them a minus 5* review I would. If I didnt have the urgency of getting my prescription filled given they were 2 weeks behind, I would have walked out and sought other alternatives.This is the last time I do business with this place.

Grwat staff, very knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. In this day and age when every dollar counts, you want to know you are getting your moneys worth. And I can tell you from my experience I would recomend them anytime.

I have gotten several eyeglasses from this location. What is best about them is they have fixed three different frames, never charged me and have the best customer service I have experienced.

They are not very knowledgable about whos insurance they accept. This was my second te in the store . First time they said I was covered. This time they didnt know wether itwasor not. then Johnothon announced to the whole store what my insurance is. That they didnt use to accept it. That is a hippa violation. I am so sick of people looking down their nose at you for not having the best or most expensiveI was embarrassed and degraded.

Placed my order they told me they are ready in a day i go around 3-4 o clock and theyre closed.... went the next day closed as well.
