A scam...products are not what they say they are. Toner is mostly alcohol. “Instant face lift” cannot be worn with makeup as stated on box. Creepy empty place. If it feel wrong, trust your instincts...I should have trusted mine. Also, other reviews are from employees.

I had an under eye cream demo. At first, I was impressed with the results. Under eye looked smoother and plumper. It was then offered to me for $350. I said no, she “asked her manager “ and came down to 250. I still said no. Finally came down to 180. No sale. It was feeling like a scam at that point. They are high pressure and I felt like I was being worked over with lots of convincing. “You need to do something for yourself” “We need to prevent your wrinkles getting worse” While I was there I was able to crumble the stuff off from under my eye. I definitely lost interest at that point. Not worth it! So glad I didn’t purchase. Also, the 5 star reviews are fake on here.

Sales tactics are quick. Walked in and 5 min I was spending $400+ on eye cream. Does it work? Well I walked out buying it, it does amazing job at hiding bags and wrinkles within seconds....seriously I was floored.While there another Gentleman assessed my face. Within the hour ...yes A hour, I was getting a LED facial by Shawn ....I saw some what of a difference...but the whole time he is trying to sell me a $4700.00 hand held LED wand along with about $1500 worth of product. 😲 if I had Monopoly money I would have bought everything he was willing to sell me. (Pretty good sales guy) but I just couldn’t justify spending that kinda of money...$400 on eye cream either. But I was sold on the eye results. I will have to do more research on their other products before I would even consider spending anymore money. Also, I have been using Rodan & Fields only 3 weeks and want to give my honest opinion on that product before I commit to another. So Adore will just have to wait until I win the lottery. Gonna give the eye serum 30 days before i review that specific product.UPDATE: WELL I CAN SAY AFTER USING THE PRODUCT I WONT BE BUYING ANYMORE PRODUCTS. The eye cream is a temporary fix. It does not last nor does it improve the area better over time.Now Rodan and fields is working. Do your research.

High pressure sales tactics. Not an honest business.... beware they prey on people who are afraid to say no.

Very bad experience they inform you that it costs you 35 usd two products and they charge you on the card without prior notice 350.00 usd plus tax. And then they tell you that they cannot do anything and we ask them at that time for cancellation and that they cannot cancel, they try to reward you with more product, and whoever sold you is hiding and that the manager is not there to cancel and it simply cannot be done. Which ticket says there are no returns or cancellations and in a very bad way and in order not to waste time because we are from another city, accept the extra product but it is a very bad sales tactic and is an abuse of trust and be very careful not to go to do the same, they are lousy and abusive
