Without talking about a disastrous experience with another company I suppose its hard to compare and say that River City Rock Tops must be a cut above all the rest! Get it??? Lol... but really wow what a professional and expert business they are. I was pleased from start to finish. The other company didnt come measure first and evaluate the uniqueness of my job. Then they sent one guy to install, which would have never worked!!! I must say working with River City Rock Tops was like night and day and the result was more fabulous than I even imagined. Pics dont do justice.I especially loved how quickly the installers were on board with my offset faucets idea and the holes are perfect and symmetrical.I would 100% recommend River City Rock Tops!!!Promises made...Promises delivered ❤

I always wanted sparkly quartz, and I got it! After having my bathroom countertop replaced I returned for the kitchen. River city rock tops has impressed me from beginning to end with professionalism and attention to detail. I will be returning for second bathroom.

Long process, (mostly my doing) but the end result was a kitchen that Im very happy with. Great people to work with!! The install guys (craftsmen) were top of the line too!!

So happy with the results and experience! We needed a slab to match our existing and you cant even tell it was added. Kevin was great. We also replaced the backsplash. Sergio and his crew were so awesome. Its the kitchen I dreamed of. Highly recommend!

River City Rocktops did an amazing job on my kitchen! I had been referred to a competitor and was having an awful experience. Luckily Brooke at River City helped me to switch over, arranged to have my stone slabs retrieved from the competitor, and had a new contract and installation date ready for me on the same day! The demo and installation teams were professional and polite, and I’m so happy with the end results.

Friendly customer service. Good selection

My husband and I just visited the showroom and they have a nice set up. The reason for my one star review is because of the customer service we received, we walked in and stated we were having new cabinets installed and are looking for quartz countertops. We were taken to the back and shown four slabs and that’s it, and she kept referencing the cheapest slab, we then were walked back inside and given a card and the lady sat down and then left. Never showed us other options, my husband started looking around the showroom however the sales lady never asked how else she could help us or offer information on the other items they had such as backsplashes, sinks, and cabinet hardware. We never discussed our budget with her and yet were made to feel like we weren’t worth this company’s time. We have been shopping around other company’s in San Antonio and they all had many options to show, asked questions and acted like they wanted our business.

Rivercity Rocktops did a great job on my kitchen and they beat a big box store proposal by over $ 750. They have now completed an upgrade in my master bath and I couldnt be happier. Theyll get my business when I update the guest bath.

I have been researching granite companies with my sphere of influence as I will be selling my home in April. I wanted to be cost-effective as well as having that quality to be impressive to my potential Buyers.  Yet everything in my budget was so dark and nothing was clicking for me.I went to the Home and Garden show continuing my search.  Spotted a Quartz Slab that was simply Beautiful and right then and there I purchased it (out of the normal for me).  I was praying that the installment process would be just as amazing AND IT WAS.  I totally LOVE the counters, the workmanship (SPECTACULAR). So professional, FAST and affordable!We initially looked a countertops at big box stores, thinking these would be the cheapest options.Then, on a whim we contacted River City Rocktops.They got back to us within hours, scheduled appointments quickly and we found out that we could get higher quality products than we were initially expecting all for MUCH less than we were quoting at the big box stores.Within one week of contacting them, we had beautiful quartz countertops installed.We’re so glad we chose River City Rocktops for our kitchen remodel!

Quality product and very helpful all the way through the process. They are a turnkey operation. Sales,Stones, fabrication, installation are all employees of River City. They were professional, timely and the price was fair. I felt very good about my experience.

They did a great job in my bathrooms. Although the installers broker one of the counter-tops while making the holes for the faucets, the company sent me a new counter-top the next day and a new installation crew. They also offered to cover the plumper fees for the bathroom that was not completed on time due to the piece that has been broken. Moreover, they uninstalled the mirrors and reinstalled them after installing the counter-tops. All the mirrors have been professionally removed and saved. Overall, I liked the job and the cheapest price I got comparing with other companies

Buyer beware... we have had to reinstall the countertops. Horrible customer service and attitudes. Poor installation, and damaged new cabinets; not willing to finalize the job.. Rude and unprofessional... Below was the last correspondence from Jan. 12, 2019 to the owner & we have not heard back since . We plan to move on and replace/ repair the issues through a different company.“Mike,I assure you we are more aggravated with this situation than you could ever be. We appreciate attempting to come out to day, however your installers did state they were unaware of all the items needed to be completed . In addition, they stated they did not have the ability to properly install the plumbing back to its original condition as he had a concern it would leak when done. So of course I did not authorize the work to be done. (Who would). It is apparent you are in a hostile place with our job and when you state you bent over backwards for us, honestly that is a statement that puts me back in my seat a bit. We appreciate the fact we are trying to get this completed, however we are only trying to get this completed because the job was not completed properly. In addition, the damage that was done by your installers to our cabinets has been repaired by us. Your original installers cursing at us on site and damaging our property as I mentioned (I sent pictures the same day it happen). We feel have given you and your company the benefit of the doubt in hopes that you will make the job right. To be met with passive agressive emails and accusations of misinformation is just not acceptable.If we dont hear from you today on status via email or phone call . We are going to need to move on and have the job completed and repaired by another source. We have gone though months of mental strain in relation to this project with your company and your responses today and lack of communication are the just too much to deal with. Its time to just move forward one way or another. Again, its best for both of us to get this completed as it will most likely cost us more than the balanced owed to have this done by another source and we will not pay for a uncompleted job.Let us know if we dont hear from you we will take that as you agreeing for us to move forward another way.”Anyhow, we hope no one has the experience we did. We began the process of a kitchen remodel late May 2019 that included cabinets and countertops. We started with a big box chain for our cabinets with many set backs (3 months of cabinets in our living room) and reconsidered an alternative vendor for our countertops. After research and and visiting several vendors we selected River City Rocktops! We have been so pleased with our quote, service, professionalism, process, AND END RESULT!!. Kevin is the best!!

Well First off we met them at the Home and Garden show. We purchased a lazy Susan, and when we went to pick it up prior to leaving the show someone else took it. Mind you...it was paid in full. So in order to rectify the situation, they offered my money back. I did not want my money refunded I wanted what I paid for. So the offer was they would send me a photo of the slab and they would make me a new 20 lazy susan. On Tuesday morning I called..no return call, Wed..oh Ill send you the picture right now..no picture..I call again and finally received the picture. I was told that I could pick up the piece on Friday. Well Friday comes around, I drive to their location...and they had it ready...but 18 not 20. I talk to Mike Serratos and let him know that I am truly frustrated with the inconvenience. He told me he can have it delivered to my house on Saturday. That didnt happen. No phone call..I waited until Tuesday, called and Mike said he did not know it was not delivered and it would be delivered by the days end. Happy Wednesday...no lazy susan, no phone call!! People need not tolerate this type of customer service! I have a construction business and I know that the customers deserve better and based on a quote for a granite top in a wine room their prices are 50 times higher than other granite companies for the same product. So use they if you like poor communication, false promises, and no delivery!!
