So happy I decided to go into the store and work with the staff! Patrick made my experience so easy and helped me improve upon my ideas! My shirts turned out amazing and I attribute it to working with Patrick. If you need shirts done, this is the place! So happy they have a location in San Antonio! Keeping business local is very important to our company. We were very pleased with our visit and look forward to working with our local Custom Ink.

Store hours need to be updated accurately. I googled, called and showed up at 11:56am today. Everything posted says that you are open today until 6:00 p.m. however that is not the case as when I arrived, store was closed. A sign posted said that you are closed on Saturday and Sundays. I drove approximately 30 minutes outside of where I live in order to speak with someone face to face and place an order I have been working on through customer service for the last month. This is unacceptable...and do not use COVID as the excuse for not having hours updated on Google, Facebook and voice message.

Had a great experience working with Custom Ink! I needed t-shirts for a group event happening in less than 2 weeks. Brandi and Ryan were very helpful in sending my logo to the art department and picking out the right shirt style. Brandi even stayed late to help me rush-order the shirts with all the specifications. They came in 3 days early and were exactly what I had envisioned! Would highly recommend!

The service I received at Custom Ink was exceptional! Brandi was very helpful through the entire process from picking the perfect polo for a professional university organization all the way to making the purchase with a purchase order. They ensured that we were getting the product we expected and the quality we were looking for. They even gave us an option to order unisex and womens fits which our members loved! If you get the chance to work with Mr. Ryan Ford, then you can’t go wrong. I came in knowing exactly what I wanted, but thankfully I got to work with Ryan. He helped me find a better product and better price than I expected. The shirts turned out great and Ryan was able to get me the best price by applying some magic on the backend that I could never get by just using the website.

Order was placed for my daughters Colorguard team. The girls absolutely loved them! The design was perfect for their season show. Communication through out the process was great; Patrick did a wonderful job at keeping us informed about the order.

I was considering several online vendors to make t-shirts for a family gathering when I happened to pass the CistomInk store in Quarry Village in San Antonio.In the store I loved that I could actually see and feel the t-shirt options.Then Brandi De Novo approached me with professionalism and warmth. She was able to steer me to the type shirt that would work with the image I needed screened. She helped me set up the group order form so folks could order on their own but allow me to pay for them all. She assured me that a design team would make sure the image was centered on each shirt. And it made it all easy and fun.I had a few additional questions along the way, and when Brandi wasn’t there to help, Patrick was responsive and familiar with my order.I even got a wonderful response from a woman from San Antonio working your help line after hours.So far, CustomInk has provided a very satisfying customer experience.Can’t wait to see the shirts!

This place does solid work. I was looking for a place to do t-shirts for my military training class. I set up an appointment with Brandi and was in the store for all of 30 minutes. She made the whole process a breeze and the pricing is good. The artists are able to do some amazing stuff whether you want your sketch on a shirt or something digitized. 10/10 recommend!

I had a short suspense order for organization shirt, Patrick was helpful with calling my phone and providing some insights in the ordering process.It’s great there is actually a custom ink store in person. I was able to schedule an appt online for an in person appt with reminders. Brandi was amazing, she was super familiar with creating military shirts and providing some recommendations for colors and design. She also knew which color shirts and brands would work with our uniform. Brandi definitely made the process easier and seamless.
