Love this little shop. I usually get the old fashioned donuts which are hard to find and these are some of the best Ive had. We were having a pumpkin spice tasting and I brought some of the pumpkin doughnuts and they were the hit of our tasting. The service here is good, always friendly and helpful.

The kolaches are so good. Probably one of the better ones I’ve had. I want to try the apple fritter but they were sold out! Must be good too!

I absolutely love this place! Ive been going here for years now & their always consistent. The gentleman & lady whom own the shop (i assume) are very kind & welcoming. Donuts are delicious & fresh; my favorites are their Apple Fritter & Blueberry Donut! Breakfast Croissants & Kolaches are served as well. This all together keeps me coming back for more!

Although not located in my neighborhood, try to patronize the Donut & Kolache Palace  when we are on Toepperwein Rd to take care of medical  appointments or  eat at one of the restaurants.  In the last year, the pandemic has put a freeze on our going there.  The owners are very nice and friendly.  This morning picked up an Apple Fritter, glazed donut, and a plain croissant to go .    My wife liked  the  croissant because it was not overly sweet.  The fritter was good. Too late to photo all three takeout items but here is one of the glazed donut. Found their coffee to be  excellent on precious visits.    Will continue to buy donuts  from Donut & Kolache Palace when in the area.

We love this little place (and I mean little... one table maybe.) The owner is beyond sweet. The breakfast sandwiches are delicious. Im not a donut person but others say they are quite good however fillings options need more variety. Cash and card accepted but cash price is less (card companies charge the owner for each transaction. )My little buddy and I stopped for a quick, impromptu lunch one day recently. He gives it two paws up 🐾

Everything was sooooo good! My favorite were the chocolate donuts and apple fritters nice and warm! The kolaches were awesome too.. I liked the jalapeño sausage!

Everything tasted great. Kolaches were the reason I went. Only complaint is that they didnt have the one I wanted for the kids. I think they were sold out though so thats a good sign.

They have the largest selection of old fashioned donuts that Ive ever seen at any donut shop in town! And they were cakey and fresh and delicious. Long live the Donut King!

Great donuts and kolaches. Picked some up for a small gathering last weekend, and wow! Pleasantly surprised. Cost was very fair as well. Great alternative to the big box donut places.

The lady is very friendly and helpful in getting your selections. Their kolaches are really good. And their donuts very fresh and moist not dry. Also their croissant sandwiches are great.

Great donuts, kolache, and boudin! I really like the croissant sandwiches too. Service and food is amazing even during a world pandemic.

I love this little place. It is quick, easy, yummy and reasonably priced. My personal favorite is the bacon,egg and cheese croissant. Im not sure what they do but something sets it apart from others.I stopped in for one today to share with my little buddy. He approves too.

Really service even know early in the morning always smiling always have the item that I want and cheap pricing is always a plus.

The donuts are delicious! Better than Krispy Kreme! As well as the kolaches, ESPECIALLY the boudin kolache, which is a must try! Overall excellent food! And the dude running the store is very nice too!

They’re always so patient with us here when we aren’t sure exactly what we want/need to place a large order. Today we walked in at nearly 1 pm, 30 minutes from closing, and she was still in good spirits. Their donuts are AMAZING and they have easily some of the best kolaches in SA. :)

The donuts were good and the prices were fair. Good selection. Its small and a little run down but we would go back. Only two small tables so eating there is not very practical.

I went to Donut Palace today, and the employee was not just rude. I can handle rude, but this woman was angry that I walked through the door! When I asked her for a chocolate cream filled donut, she snapped at me, yelling I dont have those. Im out of those! So I said well, what kind is that? since it was labeled chocolate-filled, and she quickly said something about wedding cake or something. She took off, leaving me in the front of the store to go back and tend to her child, who she was yelling at in between yelling at me. It was absolutely terrible! I asked her if she was the owner, and she said no, to which I replied I can tell because you were extremely rude!I really hope the owner reads this review so that she can do something about that employee.

Very yummy donuts and kolaches. I had a donut theme party for my little one and they let me order a bunch of donuts in advance. The donut parry was a hit. They have great customer service.

Customer service was very poor. Coffee was not fresh and went very early. Was more of a hurry and order type of vibe. First and last time I would ever go.

They open at 5am - at 6am they only had about a half dozen donut variety available and were still baking. However with a 5 minute wait i had what i wanted fresh and hot.They are nice people and the donuts were good and priced reasonable.

Great quality, good prices! Really pains me to say this, but its better than my all time favorite, DD!! :(. I had just picked up some DD and spotted this donut shop on the way to my mothers and decided to check it out. The donuts here where softer, more moist, and had a bigger flavor than my DD! :( I have found a new little gem!

Love the place for being close to my home and for having a better selection, sweet and hearty. The doughnuts are okay/good but the meaty croissants are a hot or miss. Lately weve gotten a lot of extremely fatty bacon with almost no meat and stringy, chewy ham. Prices are good.

I live right across the street from here and it is a great comfort knowing that I can stroll right down the street for some coffee and donuts. The kolaches are my favorite but I love to grab a chocolate iced twist as well! The family that works here are super nice and I honestly love when the kids are there, theyre so sweet. We usually take our food to go but sometimes we will stop and eat at one of the two tables there if we want to enjoy our food before taking off somewhere. The kolache flavors range, including boudin kolaches! There are also croissant breakfast sandwiches and old fashioned donuts.

Not very impressed. The donuts were not fresh. The jelly filled donuts did not have enough filling. Will not be going back nor suggest to family or friends.

The dough they use for the donuts is fantastic. Everytime I bring some in for work, my coworkers tell me theyre the best donuts theyve ever had.

Love the donuts here melt in your mouth. They are fresh homemade and not so sweet like other places such as krispy cream or shipleys full of sugar but, these donuts are soft and perfectly made to satisfy your sweet tooth or cravings. This is best place around to pick up donuts. Ive tried all of them so good!! Blueberry cake donuts, strawberry glazed, lemon or bavarian filled they are all good. This will be my spot.

Has donuts and pastries the way they used to be made! Not the new baked way like DD and KK. Super quick ordering! All sorts of Kolaches and even boudain! Yums

Went in for some doughnuts. Apple fritter and 2 glazed. Didnt know they came with a side of ANTS. Not just one ant. About 15 ANTS crawled in and out and around my fritter. First time going, and my last.
