Delicious croissants, kolaches and donuts! So glad I found this business! Great prices and super friendly staff!

Really love this place! The staff are really nice and their food even nicer! I am glad I took the time to go and try this place out.There drive through survice was quick and thorough.I had ordered a egg sandwich for breakfast and two kolachies for later (later came fast) and they where delicious, the breads was soft and buttery, the eggs in my sandwich where not overly salty or over/undercooked. They where perfectly flavourful! And the meat in my kolachies was yummy as well.As for the fruit kolachies (yes fruit kolachies) I can honestly say that I wish I had bought more to share. My favorite is the cream cheese and the apple kolachi (I have no clue if I am spelling this correctly), I do recommend that if you decide to get a fruit kolachi, to not eat anything sweet or with bread for the rest of the day, those things are delicious and pack a punch.The only real problem I have is that this place is a little out of the way and if youre not careful you can pass it pretty easily if youre not paying attention to where youre going, otherwise I definitely recommend this place. 👍

Everyone I have encountered here is exceptionally nice. I went in this past Sunday morning and I was in such a grumpy mood, but just being around these kind people turned my day around and I was in a much better mood. Everything they make is delicious you cant go wrong with anything on their menu.

I love supporting local businesses, this place is family owned and operated for many years and always put pride into their fresh baking every morning along with great customer service! This is my always my spot to pick up breakfast for the family,and also for my coworkers,we love everything here..the kolaches, breakfast crossaint sandwiches, and donuts and more!...gotta try it and check it out for yourself. Usually an arm and a leg at the other place, but I was shocked at the value here. Especially in times when we need to make our dollar stretch, keep this place in mind for breakfast. Our do what I do and get enough to last you for the day.Aside from the assortment of delectable favorites, they also have breakfast sandwiches and kolache varieties worth their weight in gold.Add to that the great customer service, we have ourselves a winner.So make this your next stop for breakfast.

Dont waste your money at this bakery. They do not use any cellophane papers and are very careless about the way they package the items. Both of the times I have tried them I have had other items placed on top of donuts that are iced when I returned home or to work all of the icing is stuck to the inside of the paper bakery bag.Frankly HEB makes donuts that are better tasting and not as expensive. Go to HEB not Old Fashioned Donuts.

We have looked for a decent donut place on the North East side of San Antonio for years, and at last we found it! This donut house is full of delicious donuts and we plan to try each and every one in the coming years! I hope this family’s business will survive Covid 19 and be there for our community for a long time!

When we first moved to the area, our first impulse was to find the closest Shipley’s, but then we happened to find this place just around the corner! Terrific donuts, croissants, and best of all, real boudin kolaches! The service is excellent and quick, and very friendly! It’s our new Sunday morning routine!

First time visiting, will definitely not be the last. The old fashioned doughnuts were amazing, but even better was the pumpkin spice doughnut. (Only made on weekends 😓).

Im no donut aficionado so take this w a grain of salt. I purchased a dozen at approximately 7:05am using the drive thru. I live just a few blocks away and when I arrived home to try they just did not seem fresh. I had family visiting from out of town and was hoping to have them snack while I prepared breakfast, sadly they felt the same way (they are avid daily donut eaters).

Wonderful service and great food

We parked in front of this store to go to a restaurant neighboring this shop. There were NO signs about allotted parking, we made sure to check. When we came back there was a hand written note put on our car and a handmade cone/sign placed in front of the shop about parking. I went inside and asked when the cones were placed there/who touched my vehicle, and got incredible attitude from the woman working there (worth noting there was absolutely no one in the shop, but she still felt the need to touch my vehicle to deliver her personal nastygram). We were a group of 12+ having a go away lunch for my husband’s co worker. We were all beyond excited to try this place, obviously none of us did. Good job on losing over a dozen customers with one attitude problem lady!

I love this place! They have the BEST apple fritters - in fact they frequently run out of them! Super friendly staff too!

I love their donuts. Just found out about them a couple months ago and they have become my spot when I need a good chocolate glazed. Never greasy, glaze is set not runny. Cant beat them!

Awesome flavors and service with a smile. Not many places to find an apple fritter anymore but this places has them and makes them perfectly. They also have many variants on cake donuts and every single one Ive tried were amazing. Blueberry cake with a crumble top, chocolate icing, I want them all again right now.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had recently. It was right before closing time, the girl helping me was super sweet, the donuts were delicious and the prices were great. Highly recommend!
