Special attention was made to answer any question I had regarding the materials or work process. The painting of the installed product was very good also. Based on this great experience I called upon Amazing Exteriors a year later when I decided to replace windows in portions of my home. This work was also done very well and on schedule. We had a representative (Jerry) come out to give us a quote on May 25th in the morning, the demonstration went well. However, the rep jotted down prices on a notepad to give me an idea of two different price quotes then asked me to take a picture of it, which I thought was a little odd but I went ahead and took a pic anyway. Once the demo was done he said he would email me the quote that evening and to this day I still havent received the quote...two weeks and counting, we never heard from him nor the company ever again. Not sure why they never contacted us again, in our opinion this was so unprofessional of the rep and the company. Weve scheduled to have our windows installed by ExpoHome who has provided excellent service and who hasnt flaked out on us!

The team really made sure I had all of the information needed to make the right choice for window replacements. We chose the Infinity from Marvin replacement windows and are exceptionally pleased with the windows and outstanding team. From detailed consultation by Joshua Anthony through installation by Caleb and Uriel Estrada, craftsmanship showed. They replaced 4 large sliding units and one small non-opening window. Special installation challenges included outside access to the heavy windows in our thickly planted landscape on a slope; and inside access to the small window over a tall bookcase. The windows are beautiful, the garden is safe, the cleanup perfect. Thank you to the team. We highly recommend them and the company.

I dealt with sales people, office people, schedulers, and installers, and every single person I spoke with was extremely professional, and treated me with the utmost respect. The installers were always on time, and were very respectful of my home and the people in it while they were working here. I would highly recommend this company. I chose Amazing Exteriors to replace all the windows on my home because I had seen a job they completed. The installers were very curtious and professional. The windows are superior to many others on the market.With my installation the installers again did an excellent job of installing and communicating process to me on site.However, we had some problems at the office level.First, no one showed up the day I was scheduled. I called in the afternoon to see why, and I was told I was on the calendar, but the job was never assigned to an installer.I rescheduled and figured it was a mistake. Too bad for me and the day I wasted waiting.The installers did show up once they were assigned the job, and did a great job but did not have all of the windows.Thats where things got really bad. Spending $21k on windows, one would expect great customer service but thats the opposite of what happened.The company expected payment in full even though they were not done.No one from the office ever tried to contact me. So we put in calls to Gary, the owner. It takes at least a week to hear back from him. And when he did call, he yelled at my wife, blamed the truck driver that delivered windows, and offered a 1% discount. One percent, thats no a joke.This company is a joke though.

We are very happy with our new picture window. Terry, our sales guy was knowledgeable and helped us pick the perfect replacement window for our project. After our window was ordered, we received update emails every week on its status. Once the window arrived they worked with us to arrange for the installation at a time convenient for us. The two man installation crew did a great job. They arrived at the scheduled time, did an amazing job, and took great care to clean up after they were finished. Overall it was a great experience and we are already planning our next window project.

The sales rep that visited us was very knowledgeable of construction materials. He was able to assemble a comprehensive cost proposal st same meeting, and presented options for consideration. We decided to start with resurfacing of chimney first, but plan to increase the scope of work soon.
