Worth the wait! The guys were patient and helpful throughout my decision making process. The door came in a little sooner than originally estimated. It was hung yesterday and I can’t stop looking at it. Victor was a true craftsman and the finish out on the door facing is perfection. He was a pleasure to have working at my home. He was on time too!

I would rethink using this company. The sales team dropped the ball several times, then it took 16 weeks to get my custom door. The day they installed it I had to lift up on the door handle to unlock it, one side has no gap the other 1/4”. The door is now sagging making it hard to open and lock the dead bolt. The installer even left all the old door trim for me to dispose of.The door is beautiful everyone likes it, till they have to unlock it and open it. $$$$, the cost of the door, I would expect precise door installation.

Front door not only beautiful but the installation was fantastic! Great customer service from beginning to end. Our installer David was very professional, polite and patient. He did an awesome job; his attention to detail was amazing. And of course, we can’t forget our sales rep Brian…he was awesome as well! Extremely knowledgeable and very helpful; provided outstanding customer service!

Our $6k door was delivered with a dent that went unnoticed until we moved in. We reached out to our builder who tried for months to get a response from the Door Company to see what could be done. Door company said it was our fault and stopped returning our calls. Horrible customer service. Once they get your money youre on your own. If you want to someone that will guarantee you get delivered a door that isnt damaged look elsewhere.

Update: Victor, one of their installers, came out and properly adjusted the door so it can open and close. He was prompt and explained to me the issue with the initial install that caused the door to malfunction. I have adjusted my rating to now be a 4. Would have given them 5 stars like I did when they installed the front door a few years back but had the issues this time around. However, would still recommend using The Front Door Company and I will, personally, in the future.

100% I would recommend the Front Door Company!! Trey was our salesman and he made the entire process very smooth!! He kept in contact the entire time and made sure we were happy! Joel was our installer and he was a true professional! He did a great job and was very personable through the entire thing. We love our new front door!!

The score would be a 5 star if not for the fact that our door order was delayed for 2 months. The manufacturer was backed up and our door missed the truck not once but twice.Once they got it, the installation was 2 weeks out so...finally installed.Jose the installer was prompt and on time. The install had a few small bumps with the frame but Jose was able to handle on site. He did a fantastic job while being mindful of letting in the cold (Jan Install date). Cleaned up every step of the way and was an excellent result. Thanks to Sales person Trey who despite me always calling to find out where our door was, maintained a great attitude and truly felt bad for us. He was awesome and made it happen as soon as he could. Thank you all, it was totally worth it. The door looks great! We are ecstatic with our purchase!

I wouldnt recommend this company to any one. They take too long 10 to 12weeks, thats if they dont mess up your order. Then it takes 2 weeks to get a quote. I tried working with Tony and Joe lol good luck yallSad they have a good product but lack the commitment in ensuring great service.

The door is beautiful and was a quality installation. It really improves the street appeal of our house! And while not inexpensive it was not the highest one we quoted. The only drawback was that it took longer than expected (5 months) but I believe that’s due to a COVID surge of home improvement orders.

The doors look and fit beautifully. The two doors they framed and installed for us were previously done very sloppily, not square, etc. They completely redid them and not only do they look beautiful, they function oh so smoothly.

Great looking, stylish door selections. About $800 cheaper than if I had got my door through Lowe’s or Home Depot. If I buy a new house in San Antonio, and want to replace my door, I’m coming back to here.

The Greatest Customer Service. My installer, Steve, went above and beyond . The door is perfect and the install went smoother than I could have ever hoped for. Dont go to Home Depot or Lowes. Go to The Front Door Company on West Ave. You will not regret it.

I picked this company because of price, and they are local. I had them make 9 interior solid wood doors. This is outside their normal product line, (I later learned) but they took my order. The FD farmed out the manufacturing to another supplier. The doors were delivered 3 months later!!! Adding insult to injury, 2 of the 9 doors were defective, which was only visible after hanging and finishing, ($180/door). They would not reimburse the work I put into the defective doors, but made a warranty claim on the defective door(s). The warranty door was delivered 2 months later, and thankfully is OK. They had the gall to tell me they would charge me to pickup the defective door. Sheesh. Never again.

Family owned and operated, always the best type of business for anything related to construction. Reasonable range of doors and door hardware. Not cheap, but reliable and good value.

Too bad that I have to give them 1 star to leave them a review, google really needs to add 0 star option.The doors here are not cheap doors and I was not bargain hunting for the door. So my wife and I come with specific ideas of what we wanted. the sales person starts to show us around and he told use, they did not have that type of door and that it would have to be custom. I figured that was going to be the case before I walked in the door.The sales guy while a nice-ish guy he could rub you the wrong way. Every time my wife would comment about what she did not like or how the door would need to be different so she would like it, the sales person would interrupt and tell her that door does not come that way.He did not fail, every time my wife would say something he would interrupt her with a nope cant do it. We were not trying to modify the door we were looking at, I was trying to understand what she liked or disliked so we could place a custom order and she was happy with the finial product. I finally told the sales person to wait for us at the selections table while my wife and I continued to look.So we order construction doors, the builder needed them right away. We also choose to not have them finish the door for us, I wanted the stain to match the stain we were using in the inside of the house. I was told to be careful how we bought the construction doors from them, when the custom doors are delivered they would hinge them. The sales person told me over and over how the doors will be hinged make sure that the guy who stains the door, stains the top of the door. OK, great we were done, we paid for half and walked out the door.I figured if the only issue that we had was dealing with the sales person we had done good... I wish that was the only issue.The construction doors come in quickly no issues. We are getting close to finishing up, I follow up with my sales person to see how the custom doors are coming how I had not heard from them. He tells me the doors are in and the iron work will be done in two weeks. I told him great that is around the time I will need them.I work for a build, who does not build home in this area, they are building me a home using their local crews which means a 10 hour round trip for the crews.The guy who was going to install the door would be there for two weeks. The week before, I called my sales person, no answer, shot him an email letting him know that I needed the doors delivered right away. No answer. I called 3 times a week and sent him at least two emails each week. No answer, left several voice messages.I finally get a call back, three and half weeks later. Turned out that my sales person was in the hospital. You would think, a company would check his emails or calls if a sales person was going to be out for an extended period of time. Sure they apologized it does not change the fact that I have to pay for another round trip for my guy to come back.I meet the delivery kid at the house... he is by himself. I am thinking he must have a dolly or someway to manhandle these doors. Nope, just me. I keep telling my self the worst is done, I don have to deal with them anymore. Then the guy tells me, they do not hinge the doors, they just drop them off, which is not what I was told but what ever, I am done.Then I look at the doors, while very nice doors there were huge holes reveling the panels behind them. It did not make any sense much smaller holes were sealed but huge holes that could compromise the panels behind them were not.I get a manager on the phone, I tell him everything that happened. He was like that sucks sounds like you miss understood the process. As for the door your stain needs to seal the holes, sand the doors and then stain them, that is part of the stain process. They offered to do it and install it for about $1,500. The attached picture, left side is almost 2 tall, its hard to take a picture but there where 4 of these and 2 large cracks. That is normal to them and acceptable. Stay away, wish I would have bought a door from Home Depot.

I have a job that is going to run more than 10k, but they want me to come to THEIR office to set up an appointment for an INSPECTOR to show up at my residence (For $40.00) for the privilege of getting my business. Not going to happen! Pella windows and doors has an appointment on Saturday. The Front Door Company are Knuckleheads.

I LOVE my front door!! Been thinking about this for about 10 years (really), looked everywhere, and just could not decide. Front Door was not pushy. I went there 3 times while deciding. After I finally ordered, i had 2nd thoughts and worrried over my pick. It was delivered exactly on time, the installer was awesome and did a great job, and all my fears were gone. My front door is so beautiful. I love it!!! Now...my hoyse needs painting to highlight my door! Another 10 years....
