We have placed an order from this company 2 weeks ago for a metal door. The experience was horrible and will never use this company again for any purchase in the future. We had an employee, Lewis, that placed a phone call to our place of business for payment, which is understandable but when we informed the gentleman of the missing door, he stated that was our problem and to figure it out on our own. We have never experienced this level of disrespect from the customer service field until now. We finally received the door and it is two different colors not to mention this is the second door because our first door was beat up. Shop around to other companies before you settle with this one.
