Absolutely stunning doors! I searched for months to find a company that not only sold beautiful doors - but also that would customize to my size/ design requirements! The selection is like nothing else youll find at your run-of-the-mill home improvement store... or even door company for that matter! High quality product AND great customer service.After coordinating with Exclusive Iron Doors on a personalized design and waiting the several weeks for it to be custom made, it was delivered and installed last week. The installers were very respectful and NEAT...they actually cleaned up after themselves! Due to the way our front door interfaces with our rock, they had to come back today to apply mortar around the exterior trim. Any time I corresponded with the office with Diana, she was quick to respond and was very helpful. Everything has been well done and we couldnt be more pleased. Thanks guys!!

We had a great experience with exclusive iron doors. They were extremely easy to get a hold of and handled any issues that came up quickly and kindly. We get compliments on the doors every time someone new comes over. They are definitely a good bang for the buck! These doors elsewhere would be quadruple to cost . They give you additional touchup paint which is necessary. It doesn’t bother us to have to touch up little spots here and there, but it’s something to be aware of. We are very happy with our doors and would definitely recommend them.

I originally called for a shower door, and while it would have been easy for Gregg to sell me a door and then write me off, he took the time to explain why the door wouldnt work for the intended use. If I could give negative 5 stars that is what I would give. We contracted this company in The summer of 2020 for doors and windows in our house and they are yet to be completed! Completely unreliable contractor. Showroom is absolutely beautiful, but the experience beyond the showroom is terrible.

I ordered a front entry wrought iron door with matching transom and balcony iron railing to replace balcony railings that were of poor quality and had rusted through (provided and installed by Fine Patio Design only 3 years ago). Delivery took quite a bit longer than expected; however, it was worth the wait. The door is beautiful; amazing quality (better than other local vendor’s), elegant design, and everything I wanted (and I’m quite selective)! I couldnt be happier – completely transformed and upgraded the look of our home. The balcony railing replacement was quite an in-depth job: taking down railings from second floor, then hauling new railings to second floor, welding, etc. All of the installers were amazing. They did a fantastic job on our balcony railing and on the installation of our new door and transom (theres no sign that there was an old door there before) - everything matches and looks to perfectly belong. Lastly, Diana did a great job in responding to my status requests communications.

We love our door! It is unique and beautiful. The whole process was very user friendly and the staff was very easy to work with. We have a single door that was built to perfectly fit our rough opening instead of us having to modify our opening to fit some stock size door. This allowed us to have the biggest door we could for our space and at a reasonable price point. They were able to answer every question we had and sent great instructions well ahead of delivery. You will need to be prepared for the weight of these doors when you take delivery -- they are heavy! We can highly recommend Exclusive Iron Doors.

This door is a game changer for my house. I had some early reservations, but Robert reassured me, and he kept me updated on any delays throughout the process.It took about two months to receive the doors, but it was well worth the wait. My only regret is that I didnt order the patio door during the initial purchase.The installers were very professional and detail oriented. It took about a day and a half to complete the installation, but they kept me updated on their progress. Outstanding workmanship!

So, the one big extravagance in our town house renovation was opening up the back wall of the garden level to the back yard. This was serious engineering work and not cheep so we wanted iron doors that would justify the expense. The doors we bought from Exclusive Iron Doors are everything we hoped for and more. The doors are beautiful. The manufacturing is meticulous down to the last detail. The door swing is smooth, like buttah... Diana and Roberto were there for us at every step of the way with support and advice to make the installation as easy as it could be. Absolutely awesome experience. I bought 6 doors and a transom window from Exclusive. I am a home owner that designed, purchased, and installed the doors. I do not have a background in house design or construction. Exclusive worked with me to get my vision and rough sketches into a final design. All of the doors were custom sizes and fit perfectly. I live in Florida and the order was delivered factory direct. If you are a DIY person you can definitely order and install your own Iron door. I was able to do it. A team member even contacted me months after my purchase to see how everything was going. Something that is missing from customer service in America, nowadays. I had a friend make a purchase from Exclusive based off of how my doors looked when he came and visited. The doors aided in transforming our house from basic to grand! My customer experience was terrible.I met with Roberto, in order to go over my custom project. Which we did, and I was beyond excited to start, unfortunately & unprofessionally he never called or emailed me back.I definitely feel, and know that he wasnt going to make a good monetary gain or waiste his time with my mini project.I personally reached out to him, and he never responded back..Customer service experience is key, and its prime from start to finish, and its something I did NOT experience with Exclusive Iron doors. They definitely did not meet my expectations, and dealing with the owner himself, just shows the transparency of his poor customer service.On the bright side, I went with a great Iron door company in San Antonio TX, and they excelled with my customer experience, and the Iron provided is made in the USA, VS Exclusive Iron Doors are not.

We got our door installed from Exclusive iron door about 2 weeks ago. Our house is still in the rebuild process so we havent got the chance to see our beautiful door fully operating. The purchase and install process was very smooth and the team excellent at communicating from the day I sent my first email almost two years ago to the day the technicians team came to my house to install the door. The door was delivered on time, it looks exactly as the picture model we have chosen.

I would recommend this company to anyone. From my first encounter I was treated with pure professionalism. Shawn was so polite and very knowledgeable about her product. She answered all of my concerns as well as my husbands. She told me it would be about four weeks to get my doors however my doors came in 2 1/2 weeks earlier. As far as this companies door quality, they have some of the best quality out there. I work for a builder and have seen many iron doors. We chose to start using this company for our iron doors because of the quality finishes. Based on quality, I give 5 stars. We did have an issue with customer service but Laura has contacted me and is going out of her way to make it right.

We bought a $5,000 door from this company a year ago. We have had nothing but problems since. The stationary side of the double door is rusted shut, latches are rusted. It’s a piece of garbage. Customer service is dreadful . Trying to get help from them is non existent. They wanted $1400 to see if they could help the situation. Right, not giving them another dime. Make sure you live within 20 miles of the business and you can hold them accountable face to face.

Communication is a HUGE issue. The door is beautifully made but we had multiple scheduling issues. Also, I paid for a different handle and when they came to install it it was broken. They said they would come back and replace it when they got another one in. I had called over 10 times, texted the owner, called the owner, and no response. I even offered to go pick it up when I was in San Antonio for a weekend, no response from anyone. I still have a non-functional door for over 5 months.

I would like to thank Exclusive Iron Doors for the beautiful piece of art that my front door is, it has an amazing hand craft work ! and at the same time it makes me feel so safe !! Again, thank you, you were so professional and always there for all my doubts with patience and kindness .
