45% restocking fee for stock items that weigh less than a pound and take less than a minute to restock with no exceptions! Terrible business decision but management seems to think losing customers over this is part of business....no logic IMHO, I get it for heavy doors or special orders that cant be returned.Had another couple of orders I was scheduled to place for upcoming projects totaling over $6k, which might be chump change for the powers that be, but for charging $25 return on a $60 order, Ill take that business elsewhere. Sales folks are super nice, friendly and professional, ashame that management cant be the same as their front line.

The sales office and the people that loaded my doors were great to work with. As my doors were getting loading the Owner (in a Cowboys hat) and the person he was with (also looked like someone with authority) yelled at me too help load my own doors. I thought he was joking but he told me “I can assure you didn’t pay the loading fee”I was in total shock when it happened but as a customer that just paid $3K for some doors I was livid. If the owner can treat his customers that way I feel bad for the way he treats his employees.

NOBODY GO HERE EVER! I walked into this establishment and one of the employees literally had an assult Rifle that they were playing around with. They had the magazine out and I saw it had ammunition in it and I simply walked out as the employee put the clip in the rifle. Who in the world owns this place where they let employees bring loaded assult rifles to work?

If you are looking for doors or hardware DO NOT go to Hull Doors they have gone down hill fast. I used them on a ground up project and could never get a hold of my sales rep. I finally asked to talk to her boss and got a guy on the phone who told me he was a salesperson for Hull then as we start talking he tells me his last name is Hull. Well if you are the boss why not just deal with me why hide and then say your Last Name is Hull like i am suppose to do flips IDC what your name is I need my parts and pieces that we have been waiting for over 2 months now. Come to find out just like in any family business this was the SON of the Owner who does not own anything but his daddy does acting like a typical spoiled kid thinking he runs a business. Save your time and headaches and go to Architectural Division 8, Wessley Thompson, Dumas, or even Home Depot would be better.
