Guido Building Materials is the only way to go for your building needs. My experience working with Matt and the Guido team was flawless. We spiced up our new home by adding Rehme Steel Doors to the front and back of our home. It was a very pleasant process from taking measurements of the space all the way to the install of our beautiful, handcrafted doors! We are truly in love with the service and product we received. I had an 1135 sq ft addition I did on my home and Guido Lumber was place to go for most of my needs for the project. From the framing lumber to the doors and trim Guido had me covered. Not only was the communication great buy Eddy Ramos kept me informed step by step with all my orders and made sure Inhad everything to complete the job and that all materials were to my satisfaction. I had the privilege of working with Brad Henderson who is an ‘Expert’ with decks and he helped me so much and was very accommodating to my schedule. He is very informative and knowledgeable and taught me quite a few things. He knows his stuff and puts his customers first. Guido went above my expectations in buying my deck materials.My deck is Beautiful and I Love it!!! Thank you Brad!!

***Update*** After causing quite a ruckus with Guido, I received a pleasant call from the owner whom I believe to have expressed genuine concern. While I certainly feel that some internal processes and training should be considered, I greatly appreciate the steps taken by the leadership at Guido to make things right. I do believe that this was an unintentional error that will require better safeguards to prevent in the future.Credit card details from a previous transaction were stored and used on 2 separate occasions at Guido Building Materials. The initial purchase was made on 4/12/21 in the amount of $27. Without our knowledge, this business stored credit card information and has since run the card twice. First on 4/14/21 for $541.25 and secondly on 4/19/21 for $100.33. We are gravely concerned over these continued fraudulent charges. Upon our requests for assistance with this issue, we were first ignored and then treated as a nuisance. We will pursue other means of dealing with this fraud that has either been perpetuated by Guido or an employee that has not been dealt with.

Worst experience of my life. This is a real life Money Pit (movie) in where the 5 week job is going into its 3rd month and workmanship and quality is missing. No show crew and disrespect of my house when they show up. Costing me money to repair what what they break when they are here and their contract protects them, not me. STAY AWAY!

We discussed changing the doors and windows to our house. At first I didn’t think think we need to do that and it could be a waste of money. I was totally wrong!!We received several proposals on replacing all the windows and exterior doors. Gudio was the first to send in the info we requested. The other two companies took a lot of time and i had to follow up. Gudio also had better transparency in the pricing and Justin was part of the process the whole way.The job was completed on time and they left the house very clean. We had Justin’s personal cell phone if we needed anything. And was i totally wrong, new windows and doors make such an amazing difference.I highly recommend Gudio if you are looking for a good reputable company that stands behind their work, will finish on time, and do what they say they will do.

We are so happy with our new windows. It took a little longer than expected due to the weather but well worth it. Pam was very patient in helping us make the right choice to compliment the house. The installers were very considerate and took their time in making sure everything was to our liking. Now we enjoy opening our blinds every morning as the view is so much nicer and the house looks so updated.

Customer service done right. Ordered 7 metal clad double exterior door units. Two of those units (through the mistake of the manufacturer--not Guido) were not suitable for the location where they were installed. From the moment the issue was identified Chris and Pam became my advocates and their focus was not on determining who made the mistake, but on how to make it right. The manufacturer of the doors has been unwilling to accept responsibility, but Guido reordered the units at their expense. They followed through with excellent communication and replaced the doors. This project is in a grand 100+ year old home with all the surprises one would suspect. My mark of a good supplier is one that continues to work with me to resolve issues. I couldnt have asked for better customer service. Thanks!
