When we bought our home, it had previously been remodeled with the doors and some windows replaced. We wanted to replace the rest of the windows, many odd shaped to match the aluminum clad black exterior and painted wood interior. Three companies looked at the job and only Southwest Exteriors said they could match the job perfectly and they did! What an outstanding job! They even made a couple of improvements that went better with the style of the house. They are professional, courteous and demonstrated superb workmanship and we couldn’t be happier! This was one of the best experiences I have had with a home construction contractor. We re-did all our windows away from the builder grade aluminum that were installed in the 60s. The new windows fit like a glove, and were exact fit based on the estimators detailed measurements. The install crew was extremely efficient, and the teamwork was amazing to see. Everybody knew exactly what to do. The new windows are easy to operate and clean, and really upgraded the look and feel of the house. Much quieter too. After 10 years, the windows look like new. Extremely pleased - and I am stickler for quality work.

I used SW Exteriors for the Penntek sealant for my porch/patio and other places and they did a great job! They were professional, timely and the outcome was excellent! I would recommend them for your needs.

My experience so far with the company has been a positive one, the price is a little bit on the upper tier, but you have 3 factors to consider: 1. Lifetime warranty. 2. Financing (12 to 18 months) 3. Materials used (Floor Coating).All these factors will depend on the type of work and the finished result of course. I will update this post with before and after pictures once the work is completed. I have my installation date on the 30th this month, I will update by then. (UPDATE) Installation finished, Installation took about 12 hours, installer arrived at 9 am and finished around 6 pm, the time recommended to put your stuff back into your garage is 24 hours NOT 12. It was a good install, the only negative side is that they left small waves uneven patches, they kinda look like small pools... I really thought they would even out the surface before putting the product in. Overall, I like the finish, it is way better than epoxy, but you will end up paying twice as much for it. You get what you pay for

Southwest Exteriors installed a beautiful Penntek concrete floor coating on our concrete deck and concrete entryway. We love the look! It has held up well & has certainly been tested with this past winters extreme cold & snow along with all the rain & sun weve had. We were frustrated with paint that peels and stains that fade. This is a great solution. Our only regret? We should have done it sooner! Great company & great people to work with. I highly recommend them!

Custom door with glass and dog door.The door itself is awesome. Great door, no complaints.Unfortunately the dog door is not up to the standards I was expecting. It opens with a slight breeze. Even the safety plate is questionable.I’m upset because I believe Southwest exteriors led me to believe I was getting a better dog door. Had I known I would have paid all this money to have a low quality dog door with a high quality door, I wouldn’t have signed the contract. I would have gone with my other options.

Special deck paint on front steps and back deck both concrete. Paint plus flecks matched house stone color and light sand before top coat made surface less slick. Professionally done in one day. I had seen Southwest Exteriors advertisements for garage flooring. I called and set up an in-home estimate with them as well as two other companies. Geoffrey Stein came and explained the whole process for installing their Penntek floor covering. I decided to go with Southwest because Geoffrey gave me a very detailed explanation of their process and I liked their process over the two other companies.Southwests price was more expensive than the two other companies but it was worth every penny. I was allowed to create my own custom chip color combination and the completed project came out absolutely gorgeous!! The two gentlemen who came to do the job arrived on time and they were very professional as well as polite. Dont even know where to begin. Southwest Exteriors is a company I will FOREVER be recommending to my friends and family!!! After going through a very stressful building of a house by a terrible contractor, I was extremely cautious about hiring another company but our NEW windows were leaking since the moment they were installed. Every time we had rain, I was worried about what we would find in the new house that we had not even moved in to. Trying to get the contractor, lumber supplier and window company to help us and replace the windows, took us nowhere... it was very disappointing, not to say stressful. So we set out to interview seven different window companies to replace our new very defective windows. After all seven interviews I felt Southwest Exteriors was the company we needed to hire. I was then worried about how much time it would take to replace them (we were already 10 months behind), how much dust and debris I would now have in the new house. I couldnt of been more mistaken! This company has a excellent team of employees/workers. From the moment your make the phone appointment, the salesperson, all the way to the touch-up person. They walk you step by step, explain everything, and they are all such nice people, caring people! After going through our build I was very skeptical. But, I couldnt of felt more reassured that everything would be ok. The windows were measure, they were ordered and then the installation was scheduled. Every time they came in to supervise, or to work, they left like nobody had every been in the house! I couldnt believe it. Now, my house looks great from the inside and from the outside. He also helped me choose my doors and locks. He took the time to explain every little detail and gave me a time frame of the ordering and installation. Ryan kept me posted for weeks about the progress of the order along with Michelle. Jim came out and measured every detail of the windows and doors along with materials that would be needed for the installation. I was called and texted in advance about the installation crews, names, dates and times when they would arrive. After MUCH research, reading, asking people and getting multiple job quotes I decided on Southwest Exteriors for my the siding job on the back of my house. I found contractors that were bit cheaper but they werent in business as long and their warranty wasnt up to snuff. Plus, I had done quite a bit of contracting work many years ago and I knew that often times materials manufacturers only warranty their products IF they are installed according to THEIR specifications. James Hardie is one of those materials companies and that to get their long warranty, they have a specific manner in which their siding has to be installed. This is where the other contractors that gave me quotes ALL fell short. I had read up on what James Hardie requires and of the four other contractors that came to give me a quote, I (unbeknownst to them) quizzed them on their install procedures. Three had no idea what they were doing and the fourth got mad that I had questioned him. The Southwest Exteriors rep came out and I didnt even have to question him as to their install procedures. He explained it all to me before hand. I was encouraged but sales reps are not usually the installers so while I was hopeful enough to give them the job, I was very watchful to insure they were doing what they said they would do. I had had a very bad experience with a well known San Antonio Roofing company so I was very cautious and watchful. Well once they made their appointment, they showed up when they said (very important to me with my work schedule). Their installer explained what they were going to do and got right to work. I watched in amazement at not only how fast they did the tear off and began the install but also the workmanship. They were very careful with all fittings, moister barrier coverings, removing and replacing any questionable old wood, metal shielding between the plank gaps, et al. In all, the tear off and new install took them about three days. Every time, they came out to work, they kept the work site clean, brought in their own dumpster to remove refuse and kept me abreast of them arriving and leaving. A week later their painters came out and in no time, had done an outstanding job painting the newly installed siding. They followed up with a debrief of what maintenance was required for the paint (a yearly power wash). My wife is usually the harshest judge of work done on our house and upon seeing the work Southwest Exteriors had done was very impressed at their attention to detail. They even threw in a nice address placard for my house as a gift. While they were by no means the cheapest option that I had, the piece of mind KNOWING that it was done right by true professionals, the stress free process of getting it done, them keeping their appointments, the constant interaction/updates and of course the outstanding warranty was well worth it for the piece of mind for my family. In the home contracting world, it truly is tough to find a GOOD reliable company to give your hard earned money to and trust they will do what they say they will do. These guys are the contracting equivalent of a unicorn; they do exist. I cannot recommend these guys enough. If youre searching for good trustworthy siding company that will do a dang good job...Look no further. Youve found them with these guys.

I chose Southwest Exteriors because of their stellar reputation and was not disappointed. They completed installation of Hardi-plank siding and two doors (complete with screen doors) in record time, especially considering we lost a week due to the winter storm. They stayed in touch to let me know the schedule and were immediately responsive to any concern or question I had. Every team member was friendly, courteous, and professional throughout the process which included removal of asbestos shingles. I wholeheartedly recommend them for any exterior work on your home. Price is reasonable since everything comes with a lengthy warranty. Its worth a little extra to work with a reputable company.

This is my fourth time using them ...the first time hardiplank install and just phenomenal. Two years later, windows throughout the house and once again exceeded my expectations, third time patio covering and gorgeous. Just this last week in a different house a picture window that I am so happy with. Southwest Exteriors is by far the best and I won’t go anywhere else for my home improvement needs.

Southwest Exterior did a professional job from start to finish. From the sales person coming to my house to show us their windows right up to the crew that installed the windows, everything happened just as they said it would. They kept us up to date on the progress of our order and with an estimated 6-8 week time frame it was actually finished in about 5 weeks. At this time we did the two larger windows that needed replacement but when we are ready to replace the rest of our windows we will definitely have SW Exterior do that work as well. We bought the Marvin windows and are super happy with them.

This is our 2nd time using SWE. First time was on our previous home. Fast forward 15 years and another home in need of an exterior update we had SWE apply Penntek coating to our garage flooring, replace 11 windows, install James Hardie siding to our entire house and paint the entire house. We are very pleased with the results even though we had some crazy weather working against us from the February freeze to the numerous Spring thunderstorms.

We had windows and James Hardy board and paint installed all the way around the house. The crews were professional and clean. They answered all of our questions. No matter how many questions we had. And Frank was our favorite salesman ever because he was completely different —he was so kind, informative, and zero pressure tactics. They resurfaced the patio floor and the outside front door floor with a concrete coating. We had a rep come out and explain the process and answered our questions professionally. He brought out samples so we could pick out our color. It looks so much better than the raw concrete, much cleaner and nicer looking. We love it!

Southwest Exteriors put a very nice finish on our garage floor, outdoor courtyard and back patio. They coordinated schedules well in advance, called with a reminder, showed up on time and finished on time at the agreed price.
