Owner clearly isn’t right in the head. Took my sons iPhone to get the back fixed. Went to Alabama for a funeral & came back & he literally had the dumbest look on his face when i asked where my phone was. Talking about “it discarded”. Like huh ? Then he acted like he couldn’t find it until it was 30 days than tells me about a policy he has to keep my phone after 30 days. Basically SCAMMED me for my phone. Probably cause it was nice & new. The repair tech never returned my calls;he said it would take 6hrs and it took 2 months; the location smelled like weed and my young child was exposed to that! There were street people hanging out inside the location like they all were smoking weed with the employees. I still havent gotten my device back! They cant find the ps4!

Being ex employee i got the in scoop on everything. they give you great work hours and work around your school schedule. we got paid every week. it was great team the managers and technicians were always nice and bought us food on Friday and Saturday even took us bowling. we got employee discounts and was not penalize for missing work as long as we called first. If my school schedule was not so busy i would of stayed i cant wait next semester start back working again at electronics r us

The owner is a really cool guy. He was quick on fixing my phone and charged a reasonable price. When I noticed cash only due to the machine being down he trusted me to leave with my phone and returned with the money later. I really appreciated that because I use my phone for business will definitely recommend his services to anyone. A young entrepreneur is what moves me more to give him my business.

If I could rate it 0 stars, I would. I remember going here one day asking about my computer and to have Windows 10 installed on it. The guy (I dont know what his name was) told me that my 2007 Dual Core processor was one of the best around. Even though I did some research and saw that it basiclly has no vaule today. And they also told me they installed a year of a antivirus, even though they only got me a free trial period which was a huge ripoff. I dont feel safe with bringing my phones or tablets here. Who knows what kind of expirements they do on them. Who knows what they might do next. They might as well have said that your old 98 Windws has better graphics then Windows 7. Just, dont go here with computers. And dont waste your money on something they wont give you.
