The gentleman behind the glass wearing the biohazard suit was especially pleasant. After speaking with him on the phone I knew that I was in for a good experience. I felt comfortable that I was getting the best possible deal on my silver bullion. 10 minutes and I was out of there. I will definitely be visiting him again to buy or sell my precious metals.

Good experience, brought a silver coin in to learn about the shop. June 18, the price of spot was $17.42, I was offered $16 for it, meaning the shop took over an 8% fee. Not terrible, not amazing. Regardless, staff was professional and helpful. Id go back.

I actually wanted to say NO STARS. Apparently this guy must have placed his own good reviews. His scale weighed my items at 5gm less then everywhere else. I had him weigh things individually. He also was NOT PERSONABLE! I got way more at CASH AMERICA, and when I say more, I mean more then $200 over what this guy quoted me. Gold Cash Exchange is more like Gold Cash Ripoff!

5 stars for Mr.Belk, he is very forward and honest! He was my first stop and last stop on getting a qoute for my gold. I did also check at a few other gold buyers in the live oak/35 area just enusre I was getting a fair offer. Other gold buyers wanted to give me a lower quote and work thier way up.
