I scheduled an appointment and was able to get an appointment on the same day. I had a very positive experience. Evan met me in the Lobby so that I would know where to go since the building is very big. The process was very easy, simple, and to the point. I also feel like I got paid good prices for the silver that I sold. If you want a private selling experience then this is definitely who you want to go to. I felt very safe and secure because my transaction did not take place in front of anyone else. My pleasure to leave this review. Long story short my father had a large collection of coins, gold and silver bars, and jewelry. He passed last year, and my brother has flown in from Anchorage, Alaska for us to finally settle Dads estate. I live in Corpus, and have been doing the preliminary work for us to visit a few dealers in San Antonio. With 3 kids, and a busy work schedule for me and my husband, email was pertinent for me to make appointments to sell his different items. Evan was 1 of only 2 dealers to professionally and patiently communicate with me via email. Most either didnt respond or were very rude and adamant I bring all this in first before they can give me any idea of their offer. I had everything inventoried and clear and concise. Most still in its original plastic. Evan was very upfront with his offer, how he would pay, and BEST OF ALL, made a private appointment for us, ON A SUNDAY! I cant say enough how nice this young man is, and how upfront and explanatory he was on everything. He was able to buy 75% of this very heavy load we had prepared, and was extremely competitive based on Fridays closing of Gold and Silver prices. Only things he couldnt help with was some paper currency and silver plated flatware and tableware. Oh forgot to mention, he also helped us cart everything in, and take out the boxes of things he couldnt make an offer on. Small Family Businesses are a dying breed, and my Brother and I are so glad we made this connection. The big city intimidates me a bit, and I was instantly put at ease when he let us in the office today. Wow, just wow! such a pleasant experience. They have a super neat xray machine that they were able to verify many unmarked pieces. this was more efficient time wise than the other places.
