The drive up window is available on both sides. The customer service is fantastic. I asked for little ice and actually got little ice. Most places still fill the cup up with Ice. So when I finally get a chance to finish the drink it would be all water. Cowgirls has never disappointed me.

I asked about my punch card and the lady Morgan was very rude and said it isn’t her job to remind customers about punch cards and i asked how are customers even supposed to know that a punch card exists at this business and she said bye and closed the window.I used to go daily. I’ll never to again.

I try, I try to like this place.If a dude is at the other window ? Forget it.2 visits 2 different employees get your drink order then ignored till they hand the drink over. First time I went in gas station to complain an they said they get complaints about that all the time. Show them the gal the first time. Second time I gave up.

Went to get some drinks. They ignored me the entire time. Talked about getting drunk all night with the other customers. Was out of something vital to my drink and had no communication. Worst coffee experience ever.

Thee best Mexican mocha and crazy friendly batistas. Even better when you are a regular haha. Ive never had a bad experience.
